Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact ratios on the stock price of BNI (BBNI) during the 2019-2023 period. The ratios examined include Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) as profitability indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a solvency indicator and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) as a liquidity indicator. The observed phenomenon is the dynamic interaction between BNI's fundamental performance and market perception and reaction, especially amidst global and domestic economic volatility, including the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected that an increase in ROA, ROE, and NPM will positively correlate with an increase in stock price, reflecting the bank's efficiency and profitability, which are attractive to investors. Conversely, a controlled or decreasing DER and a strong LDR are expected to strengthen investor confidence in BNI's financial health, thereby supporting stock price stability or appreciation. This study provides empirical evidence that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) individually exert a significant influence on the stock price of stock price BNI (BBNI). Conversely, Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) were found to have no significant partial effect on BBNI's stock price during the same period. However, when tested simultaneously, all five vvariabels ROA, ROE, NPM, DER, and LDR collectively demonstrate a significant impact on BBNI's stock price for the period of 2019-2023.

Abstract

The franchise industry is one of the most prominent businesses in 2024, where Mixue is one of such brands that dominate the F&B franchise sector in the Indonesian market. Although Mixue shows high performance in Indonesia, there are a few exceptions in several regions where some outlets have declined such as Tangerang City, Indonesia. Hence research is needed to see the viewpoint of Mixue Tangerang City's citizens on the marketing mix of Mixue, where the factors are as follows: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The evaluation is important to help owners adjust their marketing strategy specifically in Tangerang City to help boost citizen's intention to buy Mixue products again in the future (repurchase intention). The research is conducted qualitatively, where the samples used are the customers of Mixue Tangerang who have bought more than once. The response is collected using an online questionnaire, in which they answer using the Likert Scale. The result will be analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method using the software SPSS version 26. The research gains 103 Mixue Tangerang City customer respondents. The research shows that the variables of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion have a significant impact on Repurchase Intention simultaneously. Aside from that, the result shows that Product, Place, and Promotion each have a significant partial impact on Repurchase Intention. However, research shows that the Price factor does not have a significant partial impact on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to compare investment and operational costs between electric trucks (Electric Vehicles/EV) and diesel trucks (Internal Combustion Engine/ICE) in coal transportation activities in Kutai Barat Regency. The main issue addressed is the high investment cost of electric vehicles and their suboptimal operational productivity compared to conventional vehicles. A employed using descriptive statistics and the non-parametric Mann–Whitney U test. Data were collected from actual operational measurements of both vehicle types. The results show that electric trucks have significantly higher investment costs than diesel trucks. However, in terms of energy efficiency, electric trucks offer significant savings up to 72.9% in energy costs. Meanwhile, operational and total costs between the two truck types were not statistically different. In terms of productivity and daily output capacity, diesel trucks were significantly superior. These findings suggest the adoption of a mixed-fleet strategy and underscore the importance of developing supporting infrastructure such as swab charging stations to optimize the role of electric vehicles in the mining sector.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cost management and human resource management (HR) on operational excellence monitored through the Balance Scorecard framework in the oil and gas and limited energy industry in Indonesia. In facing the challenges of the energy transition towards Net Zero Emission 2060, oil and gas companies need to optimize operational efficiency through effective cost management and optimal human resource management. This study uses a quantitative approach with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and multiple linear regression techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 71 respondents consisting of company leaders, managers, and operational staff in oil and gas and mining companies with at least 3 years of experience. The results showed that cost management had a significant effect on operational excellence with a regression coefficient of 0.454 (t-count = 4.941 > t-table = 1.9960). HR management has a stronger influence on operational excellence with a regression coefficient of 0.486 (t-count = 5.288 > t-table = 1.9960). Simultaneously, the two variables were able to explain 79.5% of the variance in operational excellence (R² = 0.795). The Balance Scorecard has proven to be effective as a holistic monitoring tool that integrates financial and non-financial aspects. This research provides a practical contribution for energy companies in optimizing operational strategies through the synergy of cost management and human resource management supported by a dynamic BSC monitoring system.
