Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman dan penguasaan anggota dan pengurus Majelis Taklim dalam aspek manajemen dan media digital. Selain itu, kajian ini menguraikan tentang upaya pendampingan manajemen majelis taklim berbasis digital untuk mengoptimalkan dakwah melalui organisasi majelis taklim. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatoris, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan mengikuti alur analisis kualitatif yakni penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang manajemen sudah baik sedangkan literasi digital masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penggunaan teknologi digital dengan internet dan handphone oleh majelis taklim diantaranya untuk media sosial, bisnis dan jual beli online, mendapatkan informasi terkait ibadah, membaca berita online, menonton, dan untuk keperluan pekerjaan. Sehingga penguatan manajemen berbasis digital harus dilakukan pada pengurus dan anggota majelis taklim untuk mengoptimalisasikan dakwah majelis taklim di Manado.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui caramengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran PendidikanAgama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di SDIT Harapan Bunda Manado, di mulai daricara penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka yang terdiri dari persiapan guru, carapelaksanaan dan cara penilaian, kemudian factor pendukung serta factorpenghambat dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaranPendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambilobjek SDIT Harapan Bunda Manado. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian iniyaitu kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam.Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan pembelajaranPendidikan Agama Islam terdiri dari 3 kegiatan yang pertama ada kegiatanpendahuluan lalu kegiatan inti dan di tutup dengan kegiatan penutup. Kemudianterdapat Adapun factor pendukung dari kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT HarapanBunda Manado yaitu Keunggulan SDIT Harapan Bunda Manado, Kegiatanpertemuan ( Pamong ) yang diselenggarakan setiap pekannya, serta peningkatankreativitas guru. Adapun factor penghambat dalam penerapannya yaitu kurangpelatihan yang dikhususkan untuk guru PAI, Kesibukan guru dikarenakanpadatnya kegiatan yang ada di SDIT Harapan Bunda Manado, Pembelajaranterdiferensiasi yang kurang maksimal, serta beberapa guru yang mindsetnyabeelum berubah, komposisi guru yang masih kurang, kemampuaj siswa yangberbeda-beda, serta kurangnya suport orang tua. dalam proses perencanaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi akad murabahah pada pembiayaan pensiun di Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Manado Kairagi sudah sesuai dengan fatwa MUI atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang mana peneliti akan menguraikan atau menggambarkan mengenai implementasi akad murabahah pada pembiayaan pensiun di bank Syariah mandiri KCP Manado Kairagi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi akad murabahah pada pembiayaan pensiun di bank Syariah mandiri KCP Manado Kairagi telah mengatur syarat dan ketentuan yang dibutuhkan ketika akan mengajukan pembiayaan pensiun pada PT Bank Syariah mandiri KCP Manado Kairagi. Dalam pembiayaan pensiun ini harus terbebas dari riba, gharar, maisyir dan juga harus halal.

Abstract

In the evolving landscape of global economics, the significant role of women in the informal economy, particularly housewives, remains underexplored. This study examines the gender dynamics and economic contributions of housewives in the informal economy, focusing on the context of Islamic values and multicultural societies in Poigar Village. Using a qualitative approach, this research delves into how housewives balance domestic responsibilities and economic activities, particularly through cake sales, to enhance family well-being. Key findings highlight the motivations driving housewives to engage in informal economic activities, such as economic necessity, skill utilization, and the pursuit of financial independence. Additionally, these activities are shown to significantly improve family income, enhance financial stability, and foster social recognition. From an Islamic perspective, these efforts align with principles of family cooperation, economic empowerment, and spiritual reward. The study underscores the importance of policies that support women in informal economies, such as access to capital, skill training, and social acknowledgment of their contributions. Future research should explore broader and more diverse samples to generalize findings and examine the long-term impacts of women's economic participation in similar contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah terhadap konsep Islamic Entrepreneurship. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam di IAIN Manado. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan dasar yang baik tentang prinsip-prinsip kewirausahaan Islami, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Namun, implementasi praktis dari konsep-konsep ini dalam aktivitas kewirausahaan masih kurang optimal. Hambatan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi kurangnya pengalaman praktis, keterbatasan akses terhadap modal, dan minimnya pelatihan kewirausahaan yang berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kurikulum yang lebih aplikatif dan adanya program inkubator bisnis Islami untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan dukungan praktis yang memadai, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menjadi pengusaha yang tidak hanya sukses secara ekonomi, tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap masyarakat sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how gender and learning modality (traditional vs. online class) influence speaking anxiety among fourth-semester students of the English Language and Literature Department. A total of sixty students, comprising 30 males and 30 females, participated in the study by completing a modified Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent-samples t-tests. The results show that speaking anxiety was consistently higher in the traditional classroom than in the online class across all FLCAS subscales, with significant differences favouring lower anxiety in online classes (p < .001). Gender differences were descriptive but not statistically significant in the traditional class, indicating that the high-pressure nature of face-to-face communication elevated anxiety similarly for both groups. In contrast, a significant gender difference emerged in the online class for the Fear of Negative Evaluation subscale (p = .033), with female students reporting stronger evaluative concern. Overall, the findings indicate that speaking anxiety is shaped more by learning modality than by gender, and that online settings may reduce certain anxiety triggers for learners. However, the limited sample size calls for further studies with larger and more diverse populations to improve the generalizability of the findings

Abstract

This study investigates the Massamper Putri musical tradition as a cultural medium for internalizing religious moderation within the multireligious community of the Sangihe Islands, Indonesia. This research is important because it highlights local cultural practices as effective, lived approaches to fostering interreligious harmony beyond formal religious instruction. Using a qualitative ethnographic method, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with performers, cultural leaders, and interfaith figures, as well as documentation of performances and musical scores. The findings show that the musical structure of Massamper Putri—characterized by responsorial singing, four-part vocal harmony, lyrical repetition, and participatory tempo—creates an inclusive and egalitarian social space. The lyrics convey universal spiritual values such as gratitude, togetherness, and respect, enabling participation across religious boundaries. This study concludes that Massamper Putri functions as a form of lived religious moderation that strengthens social cohesion in a multireligious society.

Abstract

Anxiety in the classroom, especially in presentation has a debilitating effect on students’ performance, academic development, success in learning a foreign language. Some of the students could deliver their speaking fluently and influentially. This study is limited to the aim at exploring cause of anxiety in seminar presentation, and explore the ways to be confident in presentation. The participants consisted of 3 non-native English lecturers who teach Seminar in ELT course and ten students involved in this study; five students who have anxiety problems, and five students who have good confident in classroom presentation. They were advanced students in seventh semester. Observation and interview were used to collect the data. The data were analysed in a linear hierarchical approach building from the bottom to the top. The raw data were organized and prepared for analysis. This involves transcribing interviews typing up field notes, sorting and arranging the data into different types depending on the sources of information. Dealing with the aims of the study, results revealed presentation anxiety is caused by lack of preparation, fear of audience’s judgment, personality problems, language mastery, and academic demands; the suggested ways in mitigating anxiety to be confident in classroom presentation are drilling practice, doing preparation, getting feedback, strengthening concept, and expressing nonverbal communication. Thus, the transformation of presentation anxiety to confidence occurs through interrelated process of cognitive, affective, and psychometric practices.

Abstract

Reading skill as a part of receptive skills are given the first priority in language curriculum and in Islamic education. Reading skill is important because it is a medium of communication and a tool for learning. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of English reading material based on islamic value for Islamic higher education in IAIN of Manado, that support the students learning and coprehension the Islamic values through the English reading materials. This study applied a qualitative approach using a case study design where researcher conducted the in-depth exploration of the events, processes, and activities to one or more people who are bound by time and activity. The researcher used this type of research is due to the subject of this study is only one class of second semesters students, they are 21 students. The researcher was a key instrument who participated actively in the activities. In collecting data, the researcher used observation, interview, field note, and documentation. The data were analyzed concurrently with the data collection interactively through the process of data reduction, display and verification using domain analysis, taxonomic, conventional, and cultural theme analysis. The researcher found that with apply Islamic value in reading texts materials, beside students more easily understand it, texts Islamic value can also improve the character of students as Muslim students.
