Abstract

The target partners of PKMS are community groups with non-productive types of partners, namely parents of first grade elementary school students led by Mrs. Dian Novita with a total of 40 parents. The problem of partners feeling bored, anxious about the covid-19 pandemic situation and has not found products that can be sold during the covid-19 pandemic and how to market them. The training is carried out both in theory and practice with resource persons who are experts in their fields through questions and answers, discussions and exercises. PKMS success indicators are publications in national journals, media mass publications, video implementation of activities, increasing partner empowerment in the form of increasing knowledge, skills and income. The partner location is 10 km from Politeknik LP3I Medan, namely on Jalan Cemara Gang Nangka Pulo Brayan. The results of PKMS show an increase in knowledge and skills, partners. Partners can minimize boredom by participating in motivational training, business knowledge, training to make cloth masks and using social media to sell skills or become resellers

Abstract

Perencanaan mempunyai peranan sangat penting dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan terutama dalam hal perencanaan sumber daya Manusia. Saat ini semakin disadari bahwa aset yang termahal dan terpenting perusahaan adalah manusia, yaitu karyawannya maka wajarlah apabila perencanaan sumber daya manusia perusahaan mendapatkan pemikiran dan penanganan yang sungguh-sungguh. Perencanaan sumber daya manusia merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi permintaan-permintaan bisnis dan lingkungan pada organisasi di waktu yang akan datang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhaan tenaga kerja yang ditimbulkan oleh kondisi-kondisi tertentu. Meramalkan secara sistematis kebutuhan dan persediaan karyawan dimasa yang akan datang bisa untuk jangka waktu pendek dan panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis deskriftif. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan penelitian wawancara. Secara umum, Perencanaan Sumber daya manusia pada PT. Medan Sugar Industry sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun menemui beberapa hambatan, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kurangnya pemahaman kepala departemen membedakan level pada tiap jabatan, sehingga setiap analisis terhadap level jabatan cenderung subjektif. Subjektifitas user dalam menentukan jumlah dan level karyawan di unit kerjanya pada akhirnya sulit mencapai kesepakatan mengenai hasil akhir analisis (struktur organisasi) dan berujung pada ketidakpuasan terhadap struktur yang ada; kesesuaian hasil analisis jumlah dan level dengan proses bisnis yang ada.

Abstract

Sibolangit District is one of the sub-districts located in the highlands area which is blessed with beautiful tourism potential and attracts tourists, both foreign tourists and domestic tourists. The use of the website as a medium to promote tourism in the area was very much needed. With the existence of a WebGIS-based tourism information system, it was expected to be able to increase the number of tourists visiting the location. The Web-based tourism information system application method in Sibolangit sub-district aimed to abtain a mapping of tourist sites in the form of a geographic information system. This was not without reason, because tourists needed location information, entrance fees, facilities and the natural beauty on offer. Mapping locations and providing information related to tourism can provide a high effort for easy access to spatial data and detailed information needed. The main target in implementing community service activities was to assist tourism managers to increase the number of local and foreign tourists through the use of WebGIS.

Abstract

Company or organization needs a good archive system to keep the information or data from lost and easier to find anytime. It aims to make decisions and also becoming evidence and proof if there is problem and it could be made as management responsibility. This study aims to produce an information system for incoming and outgoing mails in Microsoft Access based which can operate mails information system at PT Usaha Gedung Mandiri. In Microsoft Access, we can design,create and manage database easily and fast. This information system design was made because of an unfinished problem in this company related to mails information system that was still traditional so that it encounter delays in giving the information. Furthermore, we can choose application program, mail information system design and design the information system used and then checking and test the design. The product of this application was an information system application with Microsoft office based which can easier and shorten time of users or employee in managing the data, saving incoming and outgoing mails, then provide mail information more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Digital wallets are electronic applications that can be used to pay for transactions online without cards and without cash, Users only need to use their smartphone if they want to make transactions. This study used a quantitative descriptive data analysis method using a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique carried out by providing a number of statements through the G-Form to each respondent who qualifies as a research sample. The sample used in this study was 36 students of the LP3I Polytechnic Business Administration Study Program. This study aims to find out how much influence variable X has on variable Y. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a coefficient value of -5.578 and for the perception of benefits of 0.269 which means that if it is increased by 1%, the interest in use will decrease by 0.269, the Security Perception by 0.669 which means that if it is increased by 1%, the interest in use will decrease by 0.669, the perception easy to use by 0.332 which means that if it is increased by 1% then the interest in use will decrease by 0.332. Partially, this study is also significant because the sig value < 0.05 as well as the T value is calculated > T table (1,694) so it is concluded that the variables X1,X2,X3 have an effect on Y. Simultaneous tests found that F counts > F table (61,197 > 2,892) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And the results obtained, Variable X and Variable Y have an influence of 83,3%.

Abstract

Pariwisata adalah tempat rekreasi masyarakat untuk menghilangkan rasa penat dan bosan dalam menjalan kehidupan sehari- hari. Di kota Medan dan sekitarnya banyak sekali ditemukan tempat pariwisata yang indah dan menawan yang sering didatangi oleh masyrakat medan. Apalagi pariwisata yang tempatnya di daerah tanah karo, banyak sekali ditemukan pariwisata yang berbentuk pemandangan alam dan pemandian. Salah satu pariwisata pemandian yang dijadikan target pengabdian masyarakat saat ini adalah pemandian alam Sayum Sabah yang terletak di kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dimana pemandian ini belum mempunyai pengetahuan tentang pembuatan laporan keuangan untuk mengetahui keuntungan usaha UMKM nya secara rinci per bulannya, mereka hanya membuat pembukuan uang masuk dan uang keluar saja untuk mengetahui perputaran uang usaha UMKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan agar pemilik UMKM dan anggotanya mampu memahami proses penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan sistem akuntansi. Manfaat pelatihan yang dapat diambil oleh pihak pengusaha UMKM maupun anggotanya yaitu : 1) Membuat laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi, 2) Kemungkinan anggotanya dapat menularkan ilmunya pada pemilik usaha UMKM yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan, 3) Informasi tentang pengetahuan dasar-dasar akuntansi dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi laporan keuangan dengan software berbasis computer, 4) Keterampilan membuat laporan keuangan semakin meningkat, 5) Mudah memasukkan data keuangan dengan software yang berbasis akuntansi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (a) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. (b) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. (c) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil pengujian parsial (Uji t) variabel Pelatihan(X1) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan berdasarkan kriteria Uji T, didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0,270 > 0,05 maka Ho diterima, dapat disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Panen Lestari Internusa. Dari hasil pengujian parsial (Uji t) variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan berdasarkan kriteria Uji T, didapatkan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak, dapat disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Panen Lestari Internusa. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan nilai signifikansi adalah sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Dari analisis tersebut, maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada secara simultan variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Panen Lestari Internusa, maka harus meningkatkan pelatihan dan motivasi kerja. Nilai Adjusted R Square pada tabel di atas sebesar 0,995 atau 99,5%. Kondisi ini menjelaskan bahwa 99,5% variabel pelatihan, motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.. Sisanya sebesar 0,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Artinya dari beberapa banyak faktor penunjang Kinerja Karyawan, faktor pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terbanyak yakni sebesar 99,5%

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that the world is entering a global emergency regarding this virus. Many countries in the world are affected, including Indonesia. The outbreak of this virus has resulted in the economy in Indonesia being paralyzed because many small, micro and medium businesses cannot survive and have closed all their production activities, resulting in layoffs. The absence of production activities and termination of employment results in the loss of sources of funds obtained to carry out life in a family. This is proven based on data from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia that the divorce rate increased during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was caused by the family's economic situation. It is time, as a housewife, to understand the concept of family financial management well so that every family is able to face difficult times like this and is able to maintain the welfare of their family. There are several objectives of this PKM, namely a) Increasing Knowledge regarding Financial Management Concepts, b) Housewives can identify Needs and Desires, c) Housewives can make a household budget and evaluate the family's financial health, d) Every Family can afford increase Cash In and reduce Cash Out. PKM has the following stages: a) Discussion stage, this stage is carried out by the PKM team to explain the concept of financial management b) Workshop stage, which is carried out directly in the financial management training process

Abstract

This study was conducted to provide a view that the use of technology in the digital era is very important in supporting tourism businesses. Many digital platforms can be used to promote tourism businesses such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others. The use of digital platforms also needs to be supported by interesting content so that it can attract potential customers. The use of photos or images can also make the content more interesting. Juma Lau Nature Tourism located in Sibolangit District, Deli Serdang Regency is one of the tours that has the potential to further increase its visitors by using digital content.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the level of satisfaction of companies that occupied Polytechnic LP3I Medan graduates. The sample of this study is purposive sampling. There were 22 relations companies Polytechnic LP3I Medan that occupy its graduates. The method in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). It is a method with identification of services quality level in a service industry which has 5 dimensions, such as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. By analyzing the gap occurred because of the imbalance between priority level and graduates-user perception with services quality they got. Based on the study, it could be formulated that the company that occupy Polytechnic LP3I Medan graduates felt satisfied, even it hasn’t been as what they intend Keywords: Vocational education, services quality, Important Performance Analysis Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan perusahaan pengguna lulusan politeknik LP3I Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pusposive sampling berjumlah 22 Perusahaan yang merupakan relasi Politeknik LP3I Medan yang terus menggunakan lulusan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yaitu metode yang mengidentifikasi level kualitas pelayanan suatu industri jasa yang terdiri dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu Tangibles (bentuk fisik), Reability (dapat diandalkan), Responsiveness (daya tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan), Empaty (Empati) dengan menganalisis kesenjangan yang terjadi akibat ketidak sesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan persepsi pengguna lulusan terhadap kualitas layanan yang didapatkannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna lulusan Politeknik LP3I Medan adalah Puas namun belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan perusahaan.
