Abstract

Bagi siswa yang berada pada daerah rawan bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan tsunami, kemampuan memecahkan masalah (problem solving), merupakan kemampuan yang sangat esensial. Penelitian ini akan memberikan strategi alternatif yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan memecahkan masalah (problem solving),  pada anak-anak dalam konteks membangun resiliensi bencana (disaster resilience) yang terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran sains melalui strategi learning community. Penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe psikososial etnografi ini dilakukan terhadap 34 orang siswa di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat sebagai daerah yang paling potensial mengalami bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan strategi focused group discussion dan depth interview terhadap unsur  komunitas sekolah yaitu guru, dan orang tua. Tujuan dari terlibatnya komunitas sekolah untuk mendapatkan data dalam memahami resilience siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 94,12% responden masih memiliki rasa takut jika mendengar suara keras dan melihat gejala alam seperti hujan deras, angin kencang, dan tanah bergoyang. Lebih lanjut, 61,76% responden merasakan kecemasan dan 29,41% responden menunjukkan emosi sedih berkaitan dengan gejala alam. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa resilience berada pada taraf yang masih rendah dan kondisi ini selanjutnya memberikan rekomendasi terkait strategi alternatif untuk pengembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi bagi siswa di daerah rawan bencana.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis Hubungan Kuantitatif Struktur Aktivitas (HKSA) turunan amino pirimidoisokuinolin kuinon yang berkhasiat sebagai antitumor telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresikomponen utama. Data aktivitas biologis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan aktivitas senyawamelawan sel tumor AGS (Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma Cell Line) dalam ukuran log IC 50 . Sebagai deskriptordigunakan muatan atom bersih bersih (q) pada kerangka struktur senyawa dari hasil optimasi geometrimenggunakan perhitungan mekanika kuantum semiempirik AM1. Analisis komponen utama dilakukan sebelum proses regresi untuk mendapatkan variabel laten yang merupakan hasil transformasi data deskriptor muatanatom bersih (q). Dengan pendekatan regresi komponen utama diperoleh keterkaitan erat antara log IC 50 dan q yang direpresentasikan dengan persamaan HKSA berikut :log IC 50 = 0,671 - 0,041.x 1 + 0,232.x 2 + 0,270.x 3 - 0,087.x 4 + 0,105.x 5dengan, n = 27, r = 0,762, SE = 0,362, F hitung /F tabel = 2,168.Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) analysis of amino-pyrimido-isoquinolin-quinone analoguesas antitumor compound has been done using principal component regression approaches. Biological activitydata that used in this research were the activity against tumor cell AGS (Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma CellLine) as log IC 50 values. Atomic net charges (q) in the skeleton of the compound have been selected asdescriptors and all data were resulted by geometry optimization using AM1 semiempirical quantum mechanicscalculations. Principle component analysis has been performed before regression process to produce latentvariables by transformation of the descriptors. Based on principle component regression approaches, there isa selected quantitative relationship between log IC 50 to the descriptors that was shown by QSAR equation below:log IC 50 = 0.671 – 0.041.x 1 + 0.232.x 2 + 0.270.x 3 – 0.087.x 4 + 0.105.x 5with, n = 27, r = 0.762, SE = 0.362, F calc. /F table = 2.168.

Abstract

Seaweed has economic value that is very important for humans. Several years ago, only seaweed used as human food ingredients. Given the many types of seaweed are still not popular yet widely used and Along with the progress of science and technology, utilization of seaweed has expanded in various fields, including one uses seaweed as an ingredient of biogas alternative energy. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of seaweed species Sargassum duplicatum and Caulerpa racemosa for the manufacture of biogas as a new alternative energy sources and to know the pressure of gas contained in a type of seaweed Sargassum duplicatum and Caulerpa racemosa as a new alternative energy sources. This research was conducted in June-September 2010. Samples were taken in waters around Lampung Marine Aquaculture Development Center. Making biogas process is conducted at the Laboratory of Marine Science. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University. The method used is a laboratory experimental methods. Making biogas is done by collecting seaweed and beach sediments as seedman making, preparation of the digester and the making of starter and stuffing, were examined by using biogas pressure manometer U for three months, analyze the data descriptively biogas pressure. Based on the results of research in getting the peak pressure for this type of seaweed Sargassum duplicatum is 15.47 psi, 16.05 psi and 16.43 while to get the type of Caulerpa racemosa in the peak pressure of 15.42 psi, 15.88 psi and 16, 43 psi. Beberapa tahun yang lalu, rumput laut hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan makanan manusia. Mengingat masih banyaknya jenis rumput laut tidak popular yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan dan sering dengan kemajuan sains dan teknologi, pemanfaatan rumput laut telah meluas di berbagai bidang, termasuk salah satunya pemanfaatan rumput laut sebagai bahan energi alternatif yaitu biogas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui potensi rumput laut jenis Sargassum duplicatum dan Caulerpa racemosa untuk pembuatan biogas sebagai sumber energi alternatif  baru serta mengetahui tekanan gas yang terdapat dalam rumput laut jenis Sargassum duplicatum dan Caulerpa racemosa sebagai sumber energi alternatif baru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni – September 2010. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di  sekitar perairan Balai Pengembangan Budidaya Laut Lampung. Proses Pembuatan biogas itu sendiri dilakukan di Laboratorium Dasar Ilmu Kelautan. Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental laboratoris. Pembuatan biogas ini dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan rumput laut dan pengambilan sedimen pantai sebagai penyemai, penyiapan digester serta pembuatan starter dan isian. Dilakukan pengamatan tekanan biogas dengan menggunakan manometer U selama tiga bulan. Analisa data tekanan biogas dilakukan secara deskriptif. Abstract

This article discusses the role of fiqh knowledge in managing the muamalah process, including in the context of buying and selling. The business in the field of wooden furniture is really hot because this business is very promising and produces large profits. Especially in Bengkalis Regency, an area that is an island in Riau Province. Even though this area is small, it has a lot of natural wealth. For example, mining for oil, palm oil, and furniture materials, namely quality trees and wood to be used in making houses and other furniture materials. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using library research. In practice, not many furniture business processes apply Islamic principles in running the business. For example, illegal logging of forests is carried out, the impact of which is detrimental to residents. In fact, in Islam itself, all businesses carried out are prohibited from destroying the environment and harming other people for the sake of personal interests and some groups. For this reason, this research was carried out to analyze and review the extent of the wooden furniture business practices in Bengkalis based on Islamic fiqh, both the implementation and transactions of the furniture business carried out.

Abstract

This article examines the practice of buying and selling slot games where chips are included in the gambling buying and selling transactions. This practice is called Maysir in Islamic economics. This kind of buying and selling occurs considering that the level of public interest, from young people to adults, they switch activities by playing this kind of game. Even though a fatwa has been issued from the MUI regarding such games being haram. However, people in Bengkalis consider this game to be just a normal game. The purpose of this research is to find out about forms of buying and selling that are haram carried out with the status of online games. The research carried out is classified as field study type research. Where it uses primary and secondary data sources. The analysis used in this research is to present qualitative analysis to describe and describe slot game transactions in Bengkalis Regency which are studied based on Islamic jurisprudence and law. The current practice of Game Chip trading transactions can be Web-based, starting from advertising on internet-based virtual entertainment, be it Facebook, Instagram, WA and other virtual applications. Thus, the practice of buying and selling slot games is that the object/goods traded contain a maysir component. According to the terms and conditions, buying and selling chips in online games violates Islamic law in buying and selling because it contains elements of gambling (maysir).

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang bentuk penerapan dan pengelolaan asuransi yang tidak resmi, dimana asuransi yang non-resmi tersebut dikenal dengan nama serikat kematian. Dalam hal ini serikat kematian ini merupakan salah satu persatuan masyarakat yang dibentuk guna untuk mengantisipasi terhadap terjadinya musibah seperti ada yang meninggal dunia dikalangan masyarakat. Maka, persatuan ini yang berperan penting sebagai garda terdepan bagi masyarakat untuk mengurusi orang yang meninggal dunia (jenazah). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian Field Research (lapangan), dengan perolehan data primer yang langsung didapatkan melalui observasi dan interview (wawancara). Tulisan ini menguraikan tentang serikat kematian yang dianalisa bagian dari asuransi syariah. Poin yang dilihat yaitu pengelolaan dan output dari dana serikat kematian. Adapun objek yang ditinjau adalah rumah ibadah berupa masjid dan musholla yang ada di daerah Kelapapati, Bengkalis, dimana disana terdapat masing – masing serikat kematian. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa tercakup persamaan konsep antara serikat kematian dengan asuransi syariah. Posisi kesamaan tersebut terletak pada adanya iuran dan klaim. Maka, dua poin itu membuat serikat kematian menjadi topik pembahasan yang dilihat pada dimensi asuransi syariah. Akan tetapi, ada berbagai poin penting yang sebenarnya dievaluasi pada serikat kematian ini, hal tersebut adalah pengelolaan pendanaan dan manajemen pengorganisasian.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of discovery learning assisted by molecular simulations in improving translational ability at the same level on stoichiometric topic. The method used in this research was quasi-experimental with purposive sampling data collection techniques. The population in this study were all students in class XI Science at SMA Negeri 2 Metro for the 2022/2023 academic year. Class X IPA 2 was the experimental class while class XI IPA 3 as the control class. The increase in translational ability at the same level was measured based on the significant difference in the n-gain average in the experimental class and the control class. The research results showed that the n-gain average of students in the experimental class was 0.6 in high criteria, while the n-gain average of students in the control class was 0.53 in medium criteria. Based on the difference test, the translational ability at the same level of students in the experimental class was higher than in the control class. It can be concluded that discovery learning assisted by molecular simulations was effective in improving translation abilities at one level of chemical representation in stoichiometric topic. Keywords: discovery learning, molecular simulation, translation ability at one level chemical representation, stoichiometry

Abstract

Abstract: Current developments in information and communication technology require innovative efforts to integrate computers and visualization in learning. In the field of chemistry, many studies have proven that the integration of ICT plays a significant role in increasing the effectiveness of chemistry learning. The aim of this workshop activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of high school/MA chemistry teachers in Lampung Province in teaching atomic structure and chemical bonding based on computational chemistry using computational chemistry applications. This activity will be carried out for 6 months and will be attended by high school/MA chemistry teachers in Lampung Province. The training methods that will be used are workshops and guided practice. The activity evaluation design was carried out in 2 ways, namely evaluating participant understanding and evaluating participant skills. Evaluation of participants' understanding is based on pretest scores at the beginning of the activity and posttest at the end of the activity. Evaluation of participant skills is based on the participant performance assessment criteria during the workshop process. The results of the service implementation show that participants have been able to understand and know the types, advantages, functions and working/working procedures of smartphone-based molecular modeling applications for learning chemistry on atomic structure and the periodic system of elements. The participant performance during the training increase significantly in operating the computational program. The follow-up to this service is to expand the service participants to all teachers in Lampung Province and expand the workshop material not only on atomic structure and the periodic system of elements, but on other material such as chemical bonds, reaction rates, equilibrium, and so on. Keywords: computational chemistry training, molecular modelling skill, high school teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Dasar Hukum tentang pengaturan penilaian kesehatan Bank Syariah (BUS dan BPRS) Merujuk kepada aturan UU, PP, PBI, POJK dan Surat Edaran BI, OJK dan menjelasakan tentang penilaian RGEC pada Bank Syariah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis konten pada dokumen, artikel, jurnal, atau laporan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan desain penelitian analisis konten merupakan bentuk dari penelitian studi pustaka yang dilakukan dengan meneliti dan mengkaji dokumen tertulis baik berbentuk cetak maupun digital dan dibahas secara kualitatif terhadap topik atau masalah penelitian yang diamati. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dasar hukum tentang pengaturan penilaian kesehatan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) ialah Undang-Undang Nomor 21 tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah, Bank wajib memelihara tingkat kesehatannya. POJK No. 8 tahun 2014 pada Pasal 1 ayat 6 Tentang penilaian tingkat kesehatan bank umum syariah dan unit syariah, sementara dasar hukum tentang pengaturan penilaian kesehatan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) ialah Peraturan Bank Indonesia No.9/17/PBI/2007 tanggal 4 Desember 2007 tentang Sistem Penilaian Kesehatan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. RGEC merupakan turunan dari Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/1/PBI/2011 tentang penilaian tingkat kesehatan Bank Umum berdasarkan profil risiko.

Abstract

Abstract: This program was designed to bolster high school teachers' expertise in applying the case method to math and science instruction. Over six months, 19 teachers from Lampung Province participated in a structured series of lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions. The pretest and posttest evaluations highlighted significant gains in both conceptual understanding and the ability to develop case-based teaching materials. Participants were also trained to design student worksheets with digital tools like Canva, integrating scientific and socio-scientific scenarios into their lessons. By doing so, the program nurtured critical thinking, problem-solving, and environmental awareness among educators and their students. By equipping teachers with effective strategies for embedding real-world cases into their teaching, the initiative has taken a meaningful step toward advancing innovative practices in chemistry education and other scientific disciplines. To amplify its impact, expanding the program to additional regions and incorporating more classroom simulations is recommended. Such steps would further refine teachers' skills and boost student engagement with complex scientific topics. Emphasizing creativity, critical thinking, and real-world connections, this initiative represents a significant stride in enhancing high school science education. Keywords: case-based instruction, high school teachers, socioscientific issues.
