Schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders that has reached 24 million cases out of 300 million cases of mental disorders in the world. The most common symptom that appears in schizophrenia is hallucinations, especially auditory hallucinations which are the most common cases of hallucinations where patients hear false voices. In minimizing the impact and reducing the signs and symptoms of hallucinations, there are several ways that can be used, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. One of the nonpharmacological therapies that can be used is drawing therapy. The purpose of this case study is to determine the application of drawing therapy to reduce signs and symptoms in patients with auditory hallucination disorder. The theories underlying this scientific paper are schizophrenia, hallucinations, mental health care and scheduled activities which include the theory of drawing therapy. This study uses a qualitative design with a case study approach in two patients with auditory hallucination disorder. The results obtained showed a decrease in signs and symptoms after drawing therapy. The patient's ability also increased in controlling his hallucinations. The conclusion of this case study shows that drawing therapy is proven effective to control and reduce the signs and symptoms of hallucinations. It is expected that patients and families can cooperate in the treatment process, especially by increasing family support, client interest and motivation, and always controlling clients in drug compliance.

Final year students often experience stress in the process of preparing their final project which can interfere with mental health and reduce academic quality. Stress is an individual's inability to deal with challenges that are being faced by someone. This condition can be triggered by various things, such as physical pressure, social situations and even uncontrolled environments that can ultimately have an impact on one's own condition. Management of this stress can be done non-pharmacologically which does not involve drugs, but uses other methods such as by performing a combination of classical music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation. Objective: to determine the effect of a combination of classical music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation on the stress score of D-III Nursing students at Bakti Tunas Husada University. The theoretical basis underlying this research is stress, students and classical music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation. Method: using pre experiment with one-group pretest- posttest design on 50 final year students. Sampling using Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using the Dependent T test. Results: showed that there was a significant decrease before and after the intervention with an average difference in stress scores of 8.96 with a p-value of 0.000 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Conclusion: There is an effect of the combination of classical music therapy and progressive muscle relaxation in reducing stress scores.

Background: The kidneys are essential organs that regulate fluid and acid-base balance, metabolism, and the removal of toxins and waste from the body. If damaged, kidney function can be disrupted, and if this condition persists, it can develop into Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). One of the therapies for chronic kidney failure patients is hemodialysis. Aims: To determine the effect of administering olive oil to CKD patients who experience pruritus. Method: This method uses a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental approach, especially using the one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampling in this study used non-random sampling techniques, with purposive sampling, with a sample size of 60 people. The instrument used to measure the pruritus scale is the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The statistical test used is the Paired Sample t-test. Results: There is a difference in the average effect of the pruritus scale before and after administration of olive oil, with a Value of 0,000. Olive oil affects the pruritus scale in patients with chronic kidney failure. Conclusion: This study serves as a basis for implementing olive oil administration in chronic kidney disease patients experiencing pruritus.

Based on data from the Sindangkasih Health Center, the number of cases of severe mental disorders, namely schizophrenia, is 43 cases from all cases of mental disorders. This case study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of rebuke therapy and positive affirmation therapy on hallucinations in patients with sensory perception disorders: Auditory Hallucinations. Schizophrenia is a neurological disease that affects the patient's perception, way of thinking, language, emotions, and social behavior. Hallucinations are a condition where an individual loses the ability to distinguish between stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (the outside world). The method used in this Scientific Paper is qualitative in the form of a comparative case study on two respondents. The implementation of this case study was carried out by means of a home visit to the homes of both respondents, the interventions given were in the form of rebuke techniques and positive affirmation therapy for 5 days of nursing to reduce the signs and symptoms of hallucinations. There was a decrease in signs and symptoms in both respondents after being given intervention, signs and symptoms in client 1 decreased from the initial 24 to 11, while in client 2 decreased from the initial 33 to 24. The technique of reprimanding and positive affirmation therapy is very influential in reducing signs and symptoms of hallucinations, this intervention can be done independently or assisted by family. Suggestions for the provision of reprimanding techniques and positive affirmation therapy can be further increased as an effort to control hallucinations.
