Abstract

This study aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the proposed revision of the Indonesian National Military (TNI) Law through social media, specifically Twitter. With the growing role of social media as a public sphere, it serves as a critical platform for expressing public opinions on national issues, including legal reforms. Using sentiment analysis, this research classifies Twitter posts into positive, neutral, or negative categories based on content related to the revision of the TNI Law. Data collection was carried out using the Twitter API (Tweepy), gathering 300 tweets using keywords related to the TNI Law revision. The analysis employed two methods: a lexicon-based approach using TextBlob and machine learning classification using Naive Bayes. The results reveal that the majority of the tweets express neutral sentiment (44.3%), followed by negative sentiment (28.3%) and positive sentiment (27.3%) based on TextBlob analysis. The Naive Bayes model demonstrated better sensitivity to negative sentiment, with 38.3% of tweets classified as negative. The findings suggest that public concern centers around the potential militarization of civil space, human rights violations, and threats to democracy. These concerns highlight the importance of transparent communication from the government regarding policy changes. Additionally, the research underscores the potential of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning in monitoring public opinion in real time, which can serve as a valuable tool for policymakers in shaping responsive, data-driven legislation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pertumbuhan sistem perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce), khususnya dalam industri fashion yang sangat diminati oleh kalangan remaja. Namun, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penyediaan platform belanja yang secara khusus menyesuaikan preferensi dan gaya hidup digital remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi Trendy Store sebagai solusi e-commerce berbasis web yang menyediakan produk pakaian remaja dengan antarmuka menarik dan fungsionalitas yang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna muda. Proses pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, dengan tahapan mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, dan Alpine.js serta dihosting melalui GitHub Pages. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa Trendy Store mampu menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti katalog produk, pencarian, keranjang belanja, dan metode pembayaran digital yang responsif dan mudah digunakan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belanja yang efisien dan menyenangkan bagi remaja, serta mendukung pelaku usaha fashion dalam menjangkau pasar digital secara lebih luas

Abstract

Subject Scheduling System Using the Genetic Algorithm at SMK PGRI Rawalumbu. Bekasi. Faculty of Computer Science. Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. 2024. The aim of this research is to reduce the time required to develop and test schedules. Ensure there are no clashes in the teaching schedule. Utilizing web -based technology for easy and flexible data access. Helps schools compile subject schedules that suit their needs, reduce clashes, and increase the efficiency of automatic schedule creation Research Framework Method or strategy for planning and implementing research that focuses on collecting and analyzing quantitative data. This framework is intended to regulate the procedures required in research and provide an overview of the detailed steps that will be part of the research. A genetic algorithm is an algorithm that uses an understanding of natural evolution to solve problems. By using natural selection theory, genetic algorithms can optimize scheduling system uses a genetic algorithm cycle flow diagram, which includes initial population generation, fitness, level assessment, selected individuals, cross-over, mutation, and regeneration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of screen-printing T-shirt shops. For manual screen printing t-shirt shops, customers often have to visit the store in person or contact them via chat or phone, often encountering the following issues when ordering t-shirts: B. Irregular orders for those who have placed an order in advance or who have been waiting for a long time. One way to solve the queuing problem is the FIFO algorithm. FIFO algorithms are methods for organizing, processing, and manipulating basic data structures in computer systems. The FIFO algorithm phases in this study begin with the data preparation phase, the Gantt cart process, and finally his FIFO wait time. The result of the FIFO stage translates into creating applications using the Java programming language, Android Studio, and the FireBase database. The results of this study can be applied to his FIFO algorithm for customer queues in ordering T-shirts. A t-shirt ordering application was tested using the white box method by running the test case in four passes. All tests passed, so you can use the ordering application based on the FIFO algorithm.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of various mobile application-based services to facilitate daily activities. The Service In application is present as a digital start-up solution that provides online technician booking services via mobile devices. The development method used in this study is the Design Thinking Method which consists of the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The GSTALT principle consisting of; Proximity, Similarity, Common-region, Focal point, Continuity, Closure and Figure/ground is used in designing the user interface of the "Service In" mobile application. In this study, the UI design testing process uses the Usability Heuristic indicator to be able to observe user activity. The testing results obtained a value of 79% which indicates that the Service.in start-up falls into the user friendly criteria.Keywords: Start Up, Design Thinking, GSTALT, Service In, Usability Heuristic

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses diagnosa kerusakan printer yang masih manual di WW Print Solution, sebuah pusat layanan perbaikan printer, yang menyebabkan potensi ketidakakuratan dan keterlambatan perbaikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendiagnosa kerusakan printer menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Metode pengembangan Waterfall diterapkan secara terstruktur, mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), serta desain basis data. Implementasi dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL, dan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memvalidasi fungsionalitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dibangun berhasil mendiagnosa kerusakan printer secara otomatis sesuai dengan perhitungan probabilitas Naive Bayes. Aplikasi ini terbukti mampu mempercepat proses identifikasi masalah, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pengalaman teknisi, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memberikan solusi efektif untuk diagnosa kerusakan printer yang lebih cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan di WW Print Solution. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa kemudahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, namun juga diiringi dengan meningkatnya risiko terhadap keamanan siber, terutama dalam bentuk serangan phishing dan kebocoran data pribadi. Kurangnya literasi digital masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal keamanan informasi, menjadi celah yang sering dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku kejahatan siber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai ancaman siber serta memberikan pelatihan dasar dalam mengenali karakteristik serangan phishing dan langkah-langkah perlindungan data pribadi di dunia digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, simulasi kasus, dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif kepada peserta yang terdiri dari pelajar, guru, dan warga umum di wilayah target. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengenalan jenis-jenis phishing, tanda-tanda pesan mencurigakan, penggunaan autentikasi ganda, serta praktik baik dalam menjaga keamanan akun digital dan data pribadi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta terhadap isu keamanan siber, dengan lebih dari 85% peserta mampu mengidentifikasi pesan phishing dan memahami pentingnya pengamanan data pribadi setelah pelatihan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi dasar mengenai keamanan siber sangat diperlukan dan efektif dalam membangun budaya digital yang aman di tengah masyarakat. Ke depannya, kegiatan serupa diharapkan dapat terus dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas serta integrasi teknologi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

The design of a web-based service booking system application is deemed necessary to make it easier for customers to order photography services and to assis in managing photographer schedules and to facilitate customer data management. In this thesis, the author uses the Round Robin algorithm to manage the use of resources in the service booking system. The Round Robin algorithm is a scheduling algorithm that is used to arrange assignments to several resources with the same amount sequentially and repeatedly. In the context of a service booking system application, this algorithm is used to manage advance payments and schedule the use of photographers for each service booking made by the user. Seeing the existing problems, we need a website-based booking system that provides all information about photography packages for weddings, pre-weddings and engagements offered. This research was conducted at   from February to April 2023. This company is engaged in photography services for weddings, pre-wedding, and the engagement. the UML diagram designed, the database structure to be used, and displaying the system interface design to be built. Based on the results of the discussion and research on the design of the    booking system regarding what has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: This booking system makes it easier for customers to get information regarding the photography service packages offere. Keywords: Design, Booking System, Round Robin, Website

Abstract

AbstrakSistem pembelajaran dengan menggunakan image classification dalam pembelajaran bahasa isyarat indonesia atau dikenal dengan BISINDO untuk membantu masyarakat tunarungu maupun masyarakat non tunarungu dalam mempelajari bahasa isyarat masih dibutuhkan. Melihat sistem Android yang saat ini banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat, maka dari itu di kembangkanlah Penerapan Image Classification Pada Aplikasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (BISINDO) Berbasis Android. Tujuannya ialah pengguna yang ingin mempelajari bahasa isyarat dapat mempelajarinya secara mandiri, dimana pengecekan pola tangan dilakukan dengan Image Classification secara otomatisasi didalam aplikasi android guna memudahkan pengguna. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan menggunakan citra yang dilatih dengan algoritma Convolutional Neural Network serta pengelolaan data menggunakan Personal Home Page (PHP) dan MySql berbasis restFull API serta Kotlin digunakan dalam pemrograman aplikasi Android. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu pembelajaran bahasa isyarat indonesia dengan aplikasi android dengan persentase akurasi model sebesar 98% yang dapat membantu pengecekan secara otomatisasi dalam aplikasi android. Keywords: Bahasa Isyarat; BISINDO; Image Classification; Android

Abstract

Sequential Search is a simple search algorithm that searches for elements in a list one by one until the element you're looking for has been found or until all elements have been checked. This algorithm can search for elements in arrays or lists and is usually used for smaller lists. BPM Autowork is a car repair shop that provides maintenance services on cars, and buying and selling components on cars. In the process of collecting inventory, BPM Autowork has not been maximally compurterized and tends to use manual methods for overall data collection such as using general ledgers. That way BPM Autowork is still constrained in finding data on buying and selling car components, so it takes a lot of time to find data. Thus, the Sequential Search method was created to minimize the amount of time wasted in searching for a lot of data and become more effective, practical and efficient.
