Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the One-Stop Integrated Service at the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Service (DPMPPTSP) of North Sumatera Province and what factors hinder increasing investment. This research method is qualitative with the type of data in the research using primary data through interviews with informants, then secondary data is obtained by conducting an analysis of literature and literature related to research. The analysis technique in this research through reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research shows that in order to attract investors to invest in North Sumatera Province, the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatera Province tries to create positive image by removing negative images of poor licensing services. In addition to creating positive image the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatera Province tries to implementing the One-Stop Integrated Service policy which is not yet complete, in the sense that there is still a gap in authority between agencies so that it has not fully met the expectations and satisfaction of users of licensing services and besides that, a complex bureaucracy which makes it difficult for investors to manage business the permits. This causing fluctuate on investment growth. In the context of licensing and non-licensing services the Governor of North Sumatera delegated authority in accordance with the regulation of North Sumatera Governor Number 39 of 2020, delegates its authority to the North Sumatera Province’s DPMPPTSP in particular to provide licensing services and supported community as users of licensing services.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of agricultural extension agents' role on the productivity of paddy fields in Kota Manna District, This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. We used single-table analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, the partial t test, the simultaneous F test, and the coefficient of determination to analyse the research data. The results confirmed the acceptance of Ha1, indicating a relationship between the role of agricultural extension workers and the productivity of paddy rice in Kota Manna Subdistrict; the acceptance of Ha2, indicating a relationship between the communication competence of agricultural extension workers and the productivity of paddy rice in Kota Manna Subdistrict; and concurrently, the acceptance of Ha3, indicating that both the role of agricultural extension workers and their communication competence have an influence on the productivity of paddy rice in Kota Manna Subdistrict. The Guilford scale categorizes the simultaneous influence of the role variable and the communication competence of agricultural extension workers as moderate or medium, indicating a relatively high impact. nstitutions, and the availability of credit.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of digital literacy training in preventing cyberbullying and fostering virtual harmonization among students of Jabal Noor Integrated Islamic Junior High School. Using a quantitative pretest–posttest one-group design, the research involved 33 students from grades VII–IX who participated in a digital literacy training program. Data were collected through validated questionnaires measuring awareness of cyberbullying prevention and skills in maintaining ethical communication in virtual spaces. The results showed a significant increase in the average score from 64.33 (pretest) to 73.82 (posttest), with a mean difference of 9.49 points. A paired sample t-test yielded t = 20.06, p < 0.001, indicating a highly significant effect. The findings demonstrate that digital literacy training not only enhances students’ understanding of online ethics but also reduces the tendency to engage in cyberbullying while promoting inclusive and harmonious digital interactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the tourism strategies in order to Developing the potential of Child-Friendly Tourism at Belawan Bahari Village, Medan Belawan District in Medan City. This research applied descriptive qualitative approach as its method. Sources of data are obtained from informants through interviews and focus group discussions, observation as well as documentation. The analysis of Data are divided into four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research results have been found that the development of child-friendly tourism at Belawan Bahari Village, Medan Belawan District, Medan City has tourism potential that get further developed in the form of marine tourism, seafood culinary tourism and its cultural so it can be conclude that this area are worth to developed as child-friendly tourist destination or place. The potential of tourism at Belawan Bahari Village is seems very prospective to continue to be developed in the nearest future, especially for its natural and culinary tourism which own its uniqueness for tourists. The Provision of infrastructure facilities which is available even though still in minimal conditions which requires support and attention from the government and those are private sector companies as well as participation from its community. Supporting facilities such as short distance to access, the existence of adequate public transportation and also the enthusiasm of the local community who really hope that the stereotypes relates to Belawan Bahari Village about being slum village are change into a child-friendly coastal village which become the role model for developing sustainable of coastal tourism that is Child friendly.
