Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan yang ada di Indonesia. Modal diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan nilai perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan tobins-q. Sampel penelitian berjumlah empat puluh perusahaan perbankan yang ada di Indonesia dari tahun 2020-2021, yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan periode tahun 2020-2021. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa jumlah modal bank tidak memberikan bukti secara empiris mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2021.

Abstract

The small and medium business sector (UMKM) is an important pillar in the Indonesian economy. There should be no doubt about its existence, considering that this sector absorbs a lot of labor which has proven to be able to survive in the midst of the storm of the economic crisis and become the driving force of the economy. Currently, UMKM are in a trend that positive with the number continuing to increase every year. This positive trend will have a good impact on the Indonesian economy. One of the business actors that dominates the most is the culinary sector. The culinary delights that will be used as material for this service are sala lauak snacks. In this service activity, we from the team provide education about the application of simple target costing to business actors which will be linked to the turnover generated by producers in 1 day. The application of target costing is based on the difference between the target cost per unit of production and the desired profit margin from the product selling price. Based on this, producers are expected to be able to generate maximum profits and further improve the quality standards of the products they produce

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the financial performance of energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and how their stock prices have changed from 2018 to 2022. Academics are keen on understanding the factors influencing the stock prices of energy businesses due to recent market volatility in this sector. Seven companies listed on the IDX during the specified period are included in the sample, covering the entire population of these companies. Data were collected from the financial reports of these companies and analyzed using EViews software. The analysis found no statistically significant relationship between current ratio, debt equity ratio, net profit margin, and the stock prices of energy sector companies on the IDX during the study period. These results offer valuable insights for stakeholders, including investors and energy sector managers, in evaluating factors influencing stock prices and considering the potential impact of other factors in assessing the market valuation of energy companies. Further research is needed to explore other variables that may affect stock valuation in the energy sector and enhance understanding of the dynamics of the stock market in this sector

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of inflation on the profits of Indonesian banking companies in 2020-2022. The population in this study is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The number of samples in this study was 34 banking companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The research method used is quantitative with data sources in the form of secondary data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with E-Views version 12. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that partially the inflation variable has a positive effect on company profits

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh negatif pajak terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan analisis empiris pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik E-Views untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara beban pajak dan nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pajak yang tinggi dapat mengurangi nilai perusahaan melalui penurunan laba bersih dan peningkatan risiko keuangan. Artikel ini juga membahas implikasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola kewajiban pajak mereka untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professional ethics, independence, and work experience on auditor performance at Regional Office 2 of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in West Sumatra, Riau, and Riau Islands. This research is quantitative research with the intention to test models that reveal the relationship between research constructs, namely professional ethics, independence, work experience and auditor performance. Interviews and questionnaires distributed to bank auditors using complete sampling approaches were utilized to gather data for this study. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Professional ethics have a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (2) Independence has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (3) Work experience has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (4) Professional ethics, independence, and work experience together have a significant influence on auditor performance. The implication of this study is the importance of maintaining professional ethics, independence, and improving auditors' work experience to improve the quality of performance in conducting audits.

Abstract

Return saham merupakan hasil yang diperoleh dari investasi yang dilakukan investor. Return merupakan motivasi dan prinsip penting dalam investasi serta, kunci yang memungkinkan investor memutuskan pilihan alternatif investasinya. Return dapat diperoleh dari dua bentuk, yaitu dividen dan capital gain (kenaikan harga jual saham atas harga belinya), sehingga investor akan memilih saham perusahaan mana yang akan memberikan return yang tinggi. Setiap investor berhak atas bagian laba yang dibagikan atau deviden sesuai dengan proporsi kepemilikan. Jika terjadi kenaikan return saham pada suatu perusahaan, maka investor menilai bahwa perusahaan menjalankan usahanya dengan baik. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya return saham suatu perusahaan seperti kinerja keuangan, resiko, deviden, tingkat suku bunga, ukuran perusahaan, penawaran, permintaan, laju inflasi, dan kondisi perekonomian. Dalam kondisi perekonomian yang tidak menentu, menjadikan informasi keuangan menjadi hal penting bagi para investor dalam pengambil keputusan. Penggunaan informasi keuangan yang akurat oleh pihak luar (investor, kreditor dan calon kreditor) memiliki peran yang besar yaitu sebagai dasar pertimbangan apakah investasi yang akan dilakukan nantinya akan mendapatkan suatu keuntungan dan melihat kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Net Profit is the profit obtained after deducting tax. In more detail, this profit is the profit obtained from the difference in income and costs that have been deducted by tax. This research aims to determine the effect of Sales (X1) and Operational Costs (X2) on Net Profit in agricultural sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is quantitative using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of agricultural sector companies for the period 2019 - 2022. The analysis technique used is Panel Data Regression. Based on the research results, it shows that Sales (X1) has a positive influence on Net Profit. Sales are a company that determines the level of net profit of a company and Operational Costs (X2) Operational Costs have a negative effect on Net Profit. Operational costs are the company's ability to increase long-term costs. The level of operational costs can be a factor that has a real influence on the level of net profit that will be obtained.

Abstract

Analisis bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal perusahaan serta menyusun formulasi strategi bisnis agar dapat diperoleh keunggulan bersaing bagi perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, survey dan kuesioner yang dilakukan terhadap pihak-pihak terkait di dalam perusahaan. Data-data yang telah diperoleh tersebut dianalisis menggunakan Matriks IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy dan QSPM. Hasil dari Matriks IFE sebesar 2,512 dan Matriks EFE sebesar 2,871. Hasil analisis dari Matriks TOWS, SPACE, IE, serta Grand Strategy menunjukkan alternatif yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan adalah strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini mempunyai kesimpulan bahwa rekomendasi atau usulan strategi bisnis yang tepat bagi perusahaan didapatkan berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data melalui Matriks QSPM adalah strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration) yang lalu diikuti oleh pengembangan pasar (market development).

Abstract

Kelangsungan dan kesuksesan suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan sasaran kerja pegawai dan prilaku kerja, khususnya kinerja. Apabila kinerja karyawan meningkat, maka produktivitas perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting dalam keberlangsungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus mengetahui faktor apa saja yang akan mendukung atau menghambat dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi, beban kerja, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tri Wanka Sejahtera. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa kompetensi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi, dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi.
