Abstract

According to Sarwono (2011), the emergence of problems in adolescent reproductive health is a consequence. Suddenly pregnant and there will also be ridicule of rejection (in F.Paputungan: 2023). Hypertension is a health problem throughout the world and is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension is also referred to as a non-communicable disease, because hypertension is not transmitted from person to person. Non-communicable diseases are chronic diseases that cannot be transmitted to other people. Non-communicable diseases are still a health problem of concern in Indonesia today. This is because the emergence of PTM is generally caused by the lifestyle of each individual who pays little attention to health (Riskesdas, 2018). Data released by WHO (2018) shows that around 26.4% of the world's population suffers from hypertension, with a ratio of 26.6% of men and 26.1% of women. Approximately 60% of hypertension sufferers are in developing countries, including Indonesia. According to data released by the Ministry of Health, hypertension and other heart diseases account for more than a third of the causes of death, with hypertension being the second cause of death after stroke. Hypertension is defined as an increase in systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mmHg, and an increase in diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90 mmHg. Hypertension is the main cause of heart failure, stroke and kidney failure. Many factors can influence blood pressure, both factors that can be changed and not. One factor that can be changed is lifestyle, where a person's lifestyle is greatly influenced by their knowledge of a disease. And the factor that cannot be changed is genetic.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of individualization for students in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Higher education is currently faced with new challenges caused by technological developments and social transformation. The concept of individualization is an important key in ensuring that students can develop their unique potential optimally. This article discusses the impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on higher education and outlines individualization strategies that can be implemented to improve the student learning experience Individualization in the 4.0 era refers to the concept of giving freedom to students to develop their unique potential according to their interests, talents and career goals. In a learning environment characterized by the integration of technology, students are encouraged to choose study paths that suit technological developments, while building distinctive personal and professional skills. Through this approach, students can become individuals who are adaptive, creative, and ready to face the complex demands of the world of work in the 4.0 era. Individualization in students in the 4.0 era includes the development of unique personal and professional skills according to their interests, talents, and career goals. Era 4.0 emphasizes technology integration, creativity and adaptability. Students need to explore their own potential, choose an appropriate study path, and engage in learning that is collaborative and oriented. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has created a deep transformation in almost all aspects of life, including the world of education. Higher education, as the main support for human resource development, cannot escape the impact of this change.

Abstract

Individual personal life is a life that is whole and complete and has special or unique characteristics. A person's personal life involves various aspects, including emotional, social-psychological, socio-cultural, and intellectual abilities which are integrated in an integrative manner with the environmental factors of his life. At the beginning of life, in order to lead to a more mature pattern of personal life, individuals will strive to live independently, in the sense of being able to take care of themselves by managing and meeting their needs and carrying out their daily duties and responsibilities. For this reason, it is necessary to have the ability to master situations in the face of various stimuli that can disrupt personal stability. In addition, in personal life harmony between physical and non-physical needs is needed. Physical needs, for example someone needs to breathe freely, need to eat well, drink enough, enjoyment, happiness, security, and so on. With regard to the socio-psychological aspect, every person needs the ability to master his attitudes and emotions as well as a means of communication to socialize. This is seen as a whole and complete in the form of steady behavior and actions. Thus the problem of personal life is a form of integration between physical, socio-cultural and psychological factors.
