Abstract

The development of ICT in education means that in the 21st century there has been a revolution in learning resources which mandates that the role of the teacher is no longer the only source of learning and the classroom is no longer the only place of learning. The virtual world with Google, Wikipedia and Kindle is also a place for learning without being limited by space and time. Therefore, teachers' external challenges in learning will become increasingly complex. To support a learning process that keeps up with current developments, the Educational Information and Communication Technology Center (BTIKP) is usually under the auspices of the Provincial Education Service in a region. This center is really needed to support the creation of tools, methods, models, resources and learning media in schools. Especially in Gorontalo Province, BTIKP has not yet been formed. So the demands and needs of school education are still very minimal, let alone the availability of appropriate learning devices. To answer this problem, research is needed that proves that BTIKP is important to be formed to support the learning process in Gorontalo City schools.

Abstract

In today's developments, traditional learning activities are rarely found, school classrooms are emptied and replaced with digital classrooms that are presented virtually. Parents also play the role of homeroom teacher and suddenly have to help their children with their studies. The digital education ecosystem in Indonesia has a wide range of control spaces, including geographical differences, gaps in infrastructure distribution, gaps in educators' digital capabilities, and gaps in different teaching methods. Thus, several scenarios or strategies must be used to be used during the post-Covid 19 digital education transformation. The demand for using technology for learning has actually been around for a long time. Technological progress is unrelenting, unnoticed, and unavoidable, even unstoppable, but there are some application gaps. Among them are the availability of electricity, the availability of the internet, laptops, cellphones, television and geographical inequality where Indonesia faces various obstacles in deploying this infrastructure. A communication network must also be used. Teachers' competency levels are also inconsistent in their use of ICT, staffing gaps range from a lack of communication channels to acquire digital learning information to an equally important factor, support in ICT use. As for the reason, educators and teachers use digital technology, teachers become more confident by always accompanying the implementation of the application of digital technology in learning as an affirmative step in the introduction of learning technology innovations. To address digital needs in the learning process in schools, online learning media are needed that are easy to use and can support the achievement of student learning outcomes. Online learning media in the form of the Academia Edu application is believed to be able to solve student problems to facilitate the learning process anytime and anywhere. Apart from being easy to use, Academia Edu provides several online features including uploading/downloading pdf, complete document options, unlimited data sources, discussion options and much more

Abstract

The five affective traits of (1) interests, (2) attitudes, (3) self-concept, and (4) values are crucial for learning. Affective assessment seeks to: 1) ascertain students' interest in accounting subjects, which can then be used to boost interest if it turns out that it is low; 2) ascertain students' attitudes toward accounting subjects, as these attitudes can be used to determine the best learning strategies for students. 3) To be aware of one's own strengths and shortcomings, which can be utilized to establish the course that students should take to select their career and 4) To disclose personal values, the material is presented as positive and negative values, with the positive values being emphasized and the negative values being subdued.

Abstract

Issues regarding HIV/AIDS From the past until now, the problem of HIV/AIDS is not only a problem that occurs at the local level, but has become a regional and global problem. This problem has caused many victims, both children and adults, and has even shaken family life. HIV not only has medical impacts but also psychosocial-spiritual impacts. This condition is very worrying if it is not treated quickly and appropriately. The Indonesian nation will lose a productive young generation. Therefore, to suppress the spread of this virus, it requires the involvement and support of various parties, especially families, in treatment and care so that those infected with HIV have a longer life. An important finding in the world of medicine to suppress the proliferation of the HIV virus is antiretroviral (ARV) drugs which must be consumed regularly. ARVs cannot kill the HIV virus in the body, but they can suppress the reproduction of the virus. The most rapid cases of transmission and development of HIV/AIDS are concentrated in third world countries, where people are still struggling with the problems of educational, economic backwardness, and especially access to inadequate or affordable health services. Lack of education and poor economic conditions mean that people do not carry out regular health checks, resulting in the emergence of various diseases, including HIV/AIDS. Based on research, there were 34.0 billion (31.4-35.9 billion) people living with HIV at the end of 2011. It is estimated that 0.8% of people in the world aged 15-49 years were living with HIV with the highest incidence in Sub-Saharan Africa. Based on statistics on HIV/AIDS cases in Indonesia in 2013 by the Directorate General of PP & PL, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the number of HIV cases reached 118,792, ranking first in the province of Papua. The skin disorders that often occur in HIV/AIDS patients are opportunistic infections. Opportunistic infections become more common in untreated advanced stages of HIV disease, including various causes including bacteria, viruses and fungi.

Abstract

The emergence of this self-healing phenomenon attracted a lot of attention from generation Zduring the pandemic, starting in 2021 until now. According to (Madura, 2021) self-healing meansself-healing, in other words healing means "a process of cure" a process of treatment or healing. Crane(in Aisa et al., 2021) explains that self-healing is a process of treatment or healing carried out byoneself through the beliefs one has and is supported by the environment and external supportingfactors. Meanwhile, in practice, self-healing has a term that uses the process principle that the humanbody is actually something that can scientifically repair and heal itself in certain ways (Bahrien &Ardianty, 2017). The successful implementation of self-healing depends on self-confidence andinternal communication, which means there is a need for the desire and ability to carry out internaldialogue. Self-healing is useful for recognizing and understanding emotions (Mutoharoh, 2022).Self-control also helps identify problems that individuals are experiencing, thought patterns, and otherpsychological aspects that influence current conditions. Sari & Aryanto (2022) say that Self-Healingis a method of healing disease not with the help of drugs, but by eliminating feelings of anxiety andemotional outbursts that are hidden in the body. Self-healing is usually done because students areexperiencing academic stress. The consequences of academic stress occur in the school environmentor educational environment.According to Desmita (in Barseli & Nikmarijal, 2017) academic stressors are defined as stressexperienced by students due to learning or problems related to learning activities; such as pressure toimprove grades, long periods of studying, cheating, lots of assignments, exam results, makingimportant decisions, exam difficulties, and stress management. Rahmawati (in Barseli et al., 2017)states that there are several factors that cause stress in students; including excessive academicdemands, poor exam results, mounting homework, and the social environment. Academic stressoccurs when expectations of academic achievement from parents, teachers, and peers increase. Theseexpectations often do not match students' abilities, causing psychological pressure that affects learningat school (Barseli & Nikmarijal, 2017).

Abstract

According to Sarwono (2011), the emergence of problems in adolescent reproductive health is a consequence. Suddenly pregnant and there will also be ridicule of rejection (in F.Paputungan: 2023). Hypertension is a health problem throughout the world and is one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Hypertension is also referred to as a non-communicable disease, because hypertension is not transmitted from person to person. Non-communicable diseases are chronic diseases that cannot be transmitted to other people. Non-communicable diseases are still a health problem of concern in Indonesia today. This is because the emergence of PTM is generally caused by the lifestyle of each individual who pays little attention to health (Riskesdas, 2018). Data released by WHO (2018) shows that around 26.4% of the world's population suffers from hypertension, with a ratio of 26.6% of men and 26.1% of women. Approximately 60% of hypertension sufferers are in developing countries, including Indonesia. According to data released by the Ministry of Health, hypertension and other heart diseases account for more than a third of the causes of death, with hypertension being the second cause of death after stroke. Hypertension is defined as an increase in systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mmHg, and an increase in diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90 mmHg. Hypertension is the main cause of heart failure, stroke and kidney failure. Many factors can influence blood pressure, both factors that can be changed and not. One factor that can be changed is lifestyle, where a person's lifestyle is greatly influenced by their knowledge of a disease. And the factor that cannot be changed is genetic.
