Affective integration in the learning process can increase motivation, social interaction, and student learning out comes. There are several theories and models that support the role of affect in education, including the theory of intrinsic motivation and the theory of emotional intelligence. Abstract

It is well recognized that learning is influenced by four affective traits: (1) interests; (2) attitudes; (3) self-concept; and (4) values. Goals of affective assessment: 1) to determine students' attitudes toward accounting subjects; the results of attitude measurement are useful for determining appropriate learning strategies for students; 2) to determine students' interest in accounting subjects, which is then used to increase it if it turns out that students' interest is low. 3) to identify their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as the programs that students should enroll in to determine their career paths. 4) To reveal personal values; the information is obtained in the form of positive and negative values, with the positives being emphasized and the negatives being minimized

Abstract

Basically development refers to systematic changes in physical and psychological functions. Physical changes include basic biological development as a result of conception (fertilization of the ovum by sperm), and the result of the interaction of biological and genetic processes with the environment. Meanwhile, psychological changes involve the overall psychological characteristics of individuals, such as cognitive, emotional, social and moral development. Development can also be interpreted as "a process of change in an individual or organism, both physically (physically) and psychologically (spiritually) towards a level of maturity or maturity that takes place systematically, progressively, and continuously." Development is also adaptive, meaning that development occurs to deal with conditions in life (Papalia et al., 2009). For example, why then can the baby walk? Of course it is for supports the baby's mobility process because as they get older, a person's desire for exploration will increase and it will be impossible for him to continue to rely on other people to move from one place to another. Human development is one of the signs of the continuation of life, in which various events are contained which then shape the person to live and deal with the problems of his life. Real development doesn't happen in separate boxes but to simplify and facilitate the discussion, developments are often divided into several aspects. The learning method is a systematic way in a concrete form in the form of steps to streamline the implementation of a lesson. There are many learning methods with other names that can actually be covered by similar learning models. This is reasonable, because the learning model is a general conceptual framework that may still be related to certain learning methods. Especially in the world of education, developments need to be understood to determine appropriate and effective learning methods.

Abstract

Humans are whole, unique and have characteristics as individual beings. In his life there are needs that are intended for his personal interests. These personal needs include physical needs and socio-psychological needs. In his physical growth, humans need endurance to protect their physical security. Healthy physical condition is very important in the development and formation of one's personality. Individual personal life is a life that is whole and complete and has special or unique characteristics. A person's personal life involves various aspects, including emotional, social-psychological, socio-cultural, and intellectual abilities which are integrated in an integrative manner with the environmental factors of his life. At the beginning of life, in order to lead to a more mature pattern of personal life, individuals will strive to live independently, in the sense of being able to take care of themselves by managing and meeting their needs and carrying out their daily duties and responsibilities. For this reason, it is necessary to have the ability to master situations in the face of various stimuli that can disrupt personal stability. In addition, in personal life harmony between physical and non-physical needs is needed. Physical needs, for example someone needs to breathe freely, need to eat well, drink enough, enjoyment, happiness, security, and so on. With regard to the socio-psychological aspect, every person needs the ability to master his attitudes and emotions as well as a means of communication to socialize. This is seen as a whole and complete in the form of steady behavior and actions. Thus the problem of personal life is a form of integration between physical, socio-cultural and psychological factors. An individual also needs recognition from other parties about his self-esteem, both from his own family and from society in general. He has self-esteem and wishes to always maintain that self-esteem.

Abstract

Adolescence is often associated with myths and stereotypes regarding deviance and abnormality. This can be seen from the many developmental theories that discuss incongruity, emotional disturbances and behavioral disturbances as a result of the pressures experienced by adolescents due to changes that occur to them and due to changes in the environment. In line with the changes that occur in adolescents, they are also faced with tasks that are different from those in childhood. As is known, in every phase of development, including in adolescence, individuals have developmental tasks that must be fulfilled. If these tasks are successfully completed, satisfaction, happiness and acceptance from the environment will be achieved. Individual success in fulfilling these tasks will also determine individual success in fulfilling developmental tasks in the next phase. Hurlock (1973) defines adolescence based on chronological age, which is between 13 and 18 years. According to Thornburgh (1982), this age limit is a traditional limit, while contemporary schools limit the age of youth between 11 to 22 years.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is an intracurricular form which is an implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education to provide students with work and study experience in community empowerment. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education in article 1 paragraph 9 states that Tridharma is the obligation of Higher Education to organize Education, research and community service. Then it is also explained in paragraph 11 that community service is an activity of the academic community that utilizes science and technology to promote people's welfare which educates the life of the nation. In tertiary institutions the implementation of community service will be carried out by students in the form of Real Work Lectures (KKN). Real work lecture activities are a golden opportunity for smart, critical, innovative and creative students in finding the right solutions, formulas and strategies for various problems of unproductive business units/MSMEs and existing development in the village. Placement of many KKN student locations is directed at villages that have superior potential but still lack community skills in managing their natural products. This is a challenge in itself for the group of real lecture participants to change the superior potential of existing villages to have economic value through community empowerment work programs which will be directly assisted by practitioners and the academic community. Students who carry out KKN activities are carried out to mobilize the community in development through various activities that can involve, include, and foster a sense of community ownership of development. KKN is carried out interactively and synergistically between students and the community. Involvement starts from the planning of field activity programs and implementation. Thus students must be empathetic and participatory.

Abstract

Growth is a process of increasing height, volume or body mass in living things. This process is quantitative or can be measured and calculated with numbers. Development is a process towards maturity with changes in thoughts, emotions and skills that are more mature. Growth and development are natural phenomena that occur in all living things, including humans. These laws are the principles governing the processes of growth and development that have had a significant impact on biology, psychology, and economics. Piaget's Laws of Development describe the stages of cognitive development that children go through as they get older. Growth and development are complex processes in human life, and an understanding of these laws is important for understanding and supporting healthy development. There are several well-known laws of human growth and development, including the laws of physical growth, the laws of cognitive development, and the laws of social and emotional development. These laws cover general patterns that occur throughout life, such as physical growth, the development of thinking, learning, and understanding information, and the social and emotional development of relationships with other people. Understanding the laws of growth and development is valuable insight into our understanding of growth and development processes. This knowledge plays an important role in various aspects of life, from education, health, to making economic decisions.
