The results of the studyshow that the use of litecoin digital money according to an Islamic view is the same as buying and sellingmoney with money or in fiqh muamalah terms it is called al-sharf, so it is only natural that according tothe MUI fatwa Number: 28/DSn-MUI/III/2002, rules regarding buying and selling have beenestablished. money in the fatwa which reads: Currency buying and selling transactions are in principlepermissible, with the following conditions: Not for speculation (coincidence), there is a transaction needor for precaution (savings), If the transaction is carried out in the same currency, the value must be thesame and in cash (attaqbudh). If it is of a different type, it must be made at the exchange rate (rate)valid at the time the transaction was made and in cash. The mechanism for using Litecoin digital moneyin buying and selling transactions already has conditions and rules that must be met, which are far fromgharar (obscurity), because Litecoin is purely evil in nature (unknown). and demands. this is whatmakes this practice contain maesar. Because there is speculation seeking profit, and trying their luck. Will sell when the price goes up, and sometimes the value can drop to zero. even though in Islam there isno stipulation that money must be in the form of gold and silver, then as an object digital money litecoinis permissible. However, in practice it contains unclear elements and seeks profit by exploiting pricefluctuations that are not in accordance with Islamic law. So, using Litecoin digital money is notrecommended because it has disadvantages for users.

Abstract

The ability and professionalism of the waqf manager (nazhir) is one aspect that determines the success of waqf empowerment, which means it will be related to the process or value chain of waqf empowerment. One of the waqf empowerment capabilities in this study is aimed at the development of halal tourism. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to formulate a value chain model and manage waqf-based halal tourism development. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, and the type of data needed is primary data obtained through interviews with halal tourism managers and visitors who come to the tourist attraction. Meanwhile, other data is obtained from relevant references related to the unit of analysis in this research discussion. Based on the information and data obtained, an analysis is carried out using the value chain model, followed by a description. The results show that nazhir has an important role in managing waqf assets. Therefore, in order to manage assets properly, a nazhir must have both managerial and entrepreneurial skills. From the value chain model, it is known that many aspects determine the success of halal tourism management, including the role of the government, investors, or business people, as well as individuals or communities that have contributed to building waqf-based halal tourism. The results of this study recommend that nazhir plays an important role in the value chain of halal tourism development and is one of the main keys to the success of waqf-based halal tourism management, so the ability and professionalism of nazir must continue to be built.

Abstract

As a province operating under Sharia law, Aceh has implemented a Sharia economic system that covers all sectors, including financial institutions. The basic regulation for this system, Qanun Aceh No. 11 of 2008 on Sharia Financial Institutions, establishes the initial framework. However, broader development requires regulatory improvements. This study examines the transformation of the Qanun and its implications for the Islamic economic system in Aceh. Using a normative-empirical legal approach, this study analyses Qanun and field data from Banda Aceh and Lhokseumawe. Informants from the regulatory, banking and community sectors were interviewed. Triangulation and thematic analysis ensured valid findings on the implementation of Islamic economic norms, balancing legal examination with empirical observations of practical challenges and social acceptance. The findings show that although the regulatory framework for Islamic economics in Aceh has developed well, the socio-economic promise of justice and inclusion that it holds is still hampered by implementation gaps, structural barriers, and limited public consensus. The future of Aceh's Islamic economy does not depend on additional legislation, but rather on focused efforts in education, capacity building, and the provision of quality services to build public trust and ensure equitable benefits for all communities. The study highlights legal pluralism studies in decentralized governance and can provide framework for analysing sharia-based economic development models.

Abstract

The Mekarmukti Forest Village Community Institute (LMDH) is a farmer organization established to implement the Community Forest Management (PHBM) partnership program with Perhutani in Mekarwangi Village, Ibun District, Bandung Regency. LMDH Mekarmukti comprises five Forest Farmers Groups (KTH) with approximately 280 members, cultivating 100 hectares of Perhutani land, primarily focused on Arabica coffee plants. Like many rural communities, LMDH Mekarmukti faces various challenges. One major obstacle for its members is limited market access and the inability to add value to their coffee products, resulting in selling coffee logs to middlemen. This significantly reduces their income and impacts their welfare. Hence, it is crucial to provide assistance and empower the community by raising awareness about their assets and improving their welfare. The empowerment approach used is the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method, which involves identifying assets, planning and evaluating programs to enhance farmers' progress and welfare. By employing the ABCD method, the aim is to increase awareness and optimize asset utilization. The successful implementation of the ABCD method requires collaboration among farmers, the community, and the government to jointly support farmer empowerment programs and improve their welfare.
