Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya, (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya, (3) pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 47 responden berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan mengambil 25% dari jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket yang dibagikan kepada karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, , uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS for Windows Versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya dengan, hasil pengujian menunjukkan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya dan disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Makassar Raya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the current performance conditions of PT. MPC Vetindo Pratama Makassar Employees.As for the variables used in this study are Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and performance (Y). For the sample in this study 64 respondents. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research using primary data. For the sampling technique in this study using the survey method. While for the analysis method used in this study, namely data validity test, data reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous influence test (F test), partial influence test (t) and simultaneous determination test R2. The research results show that: (1)Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. MPC Vetindo Pratama Makassar. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. MPC Vetindo Pratama Makassar. Abstract

Daily life expenses are defined as a number of expenditures to produce or obtain a number of goods. For students undergoing studies, they are often faced with various problems and challenges in financial management. Students frequently have limitations in terms of income and expenses, making it difficult for them to manage their finances. Understanding that influences decision-making processes in controlling daily expenses is crucial. Mental accounting is an important psychological concept in financial decision-making. This study collected data from students in Parepare City, which was then processed using an application to form quantitative data. The study population consisted of all students registered at 3 campuses in Parepare City from various study programs and academic levels. In this research, the researcher utilized Probability Sampling known as Simple Random Sampling as the sample technique. The research findings indicate that mental accounting behavior and self-control have beneficial impacts on managing daily expenses for students. Students with high levels of mental accounting awareness show high consciousness of their daily spending patterns.
