Abstract

Strategi Pemasaran Produk Abon Ikan pada Industri Rumah Tangga di Kota Makassar.Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pemasaran abon ikan ke beberapa tempat, menyiapkan beberapa outlet abon ikan di beberapa tempat yang ramai.Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan teknik pelatihan dan pemberian pengetahuan kepada pihak UMKM tentang analisa peluang usaha yang disebut SWOT (Strenght, weakness, opportunity, threat). Hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan di Kota Makassar terhadap sentra-sentra pembuatan abon ikan menunjukkan : Membuat produk yang berkualitas dan bermanfaat dengan harga yang mampu bersaing, membuat desain atau cover produk yang inovatif dan kreatif serta memasang harga yang terjangkau, membuat produk yang bisa lebih cepat dan tahan lama (paling lama 3 bulan), menentukan wilayah pemasaran yang strategis dan menguntungkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction have a real and significant impact on the performance of the Makassar Islamic University Academic Office and identify the most important variables affecting the performance of university academic staff. The research method use Analysis method. Data were collected using a list of questions or questionnaires filled out by respondents and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that labor discipline (Discipline variable1), work environment variable X2 )and job satisfaction variable X3) also significantly demonstrate the performance of employees at the Islamic University Academic Makassar. The variable that has a significant impact on employee performance is the work discipline variable.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how much costs are incurred in the promotion mix PT Sungai Budi Group increases sales; examines the promotion mix, the most dominant increase in sales. The method of observation, library research, interview, are the research methods used in this study. The multiple linear regression method is the analytical method employed. The study was carried out at PT Sungai Budi Group in Makassar. Multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data. The result shows that mixed advertising, promotion and advertising have a positive influence on sales growth

Abstract

Kalibone Hamlet, Bonto Langkasa Village, Minasatene District, Pangkep Regency, is dominated by freshwater fish cultivators in rice fields and ponds, especially tilapia. The partner group involved in this activity is the Maminasata fish cultivator group. This group of pond farmers generally cultivate tilapia by providing artificial feed that is purchased at a high enough price so that it becomes a fairly heavy burden in tilapia cultivation activities. Some of the obstacles faced by the group of pond farmers include limited capital to buy feed which is the main input in tilapia cultivation activities, so it is necessary to make efforts to make their own fish feed (independent feed) in order to meet the needs of tilapia feed so that fish farming business can be done continuously.The purpose of this community service activity is to help facilitate tilapia farming groups through training in fish feed making, financial management and feed management, so that efforts to carry out tilapia cultivation can be sustainable and know financial management and proper fish feed management.The method used in the training is a participatory training method, which involves as many partners as possible participation in lectures, discussions, and the practice of design and creation of works. The program that has been agreed with the business group partners is carried out using the training method for making fish feed.The expected output target from the implementation of science and technology through this training is an increase in understanding, knowledge and skills of fish pond farmer group partners on how to make fish feed, financial management and fish feed management.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo Makassar New Port. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari karyawan PT. Pelindo Makassar New Port. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah keseluruhan dari karyawan tetap PT. Pelindo Petikemas Makassar New Port yang berjumlah 37 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 37 orang karena jumlah populasi relativ kecil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo Petikemas Makassar New Port, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi budaya organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya, (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelindo Petikemas MakassarNew Port, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika seorang karyawan mempunyai stres kerja yang tinggi, maka karyawan tersebut akan melakukan pekerjaannya dengan keras, tekun, dan dengan dedikasi tinggi sehingga akan tercapai hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dari Work From Home dan Teknologi Informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 137 pegawai, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 58 pegawai. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel adalah metode Slovin. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Work From Home dengan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, Teknologi Informasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Work From Home merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menandakan bahwa penerapan Work From Home memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan pengaruh dari Teknologi Informasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa implementasi Work From Home dan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Pemuda Olahraga Kabupaten Majene. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan kebijakan yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja pegawai melalui penerapan Work From Home dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment policies in attracting and retaining qualified talent within organizations by assessing key factors, including the selection process, compensation packages, candidate experience, career development opportunities, and work-life balance initiatives. The research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of how recruitment strategies can influence both short-term hiring success and long-term employee retention. Research Design and Methodology: A qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) approach was employed to assess existing recruitment and retention practices research critically. The study synthesized findings from recent academic and industry-related sources to identify patterns, key trends, and gaps in current recruitment frameworks. By adopting a holistic review methodology, the study aims to connect theoretical insights with practical strategies for improving talent management. Findings and Discussion: The study found that effective recruitment policies extend beyond the hiring process and contribute significantly to fostering employee engagement and organizational loyalty. Transparent communication, fair selection procedures, and clear career pathways were key candidate satisfaction and long-term retention drivers. Additionally, work-life balance policies, competitive compensation, and inclusive work environments strengthened emotional attachment and commitment to the organization. These findings highlight the importance of designing recruitment policies that align with organizational values and support professional and personal growth. Implications: The study emphasizes the need for organizations to integrate recruitment strategies with holistic human resource development frameworks. The practical consequences suggest implementing comprehensive onboarding programs, flexible work arrangements, and continuous training initiatives to enhance employee loyalty and resilience. This research offers actionable insights into developing adaptive recruitment policies that enhance competitiveness and sustainability in dynamic labor markets.

Abstract

Indonesia's public servants struggle to match the comparative performance of its top ASEAN peers, potentially due to an underdeveloped workforce. This study, drawing on insights from 214 public servants, delves deeper to identify key performance drivers. Surprisingly, this analysis, using a Structural Equation Model, reveals no significant link between organizational culture and employee commitment, motivation, or performance. Instead, the study pinpoints competency mismatch as the critical factor hindering effectiveness. Actionable insights emerge, highlighting the need for strategic skill development programs tailored to individual roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, the research underscores the current emphasis on behavioral factors, calling for a shift towards targeted interventions that modify employee behavior and drive performance improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kafe di Kecamatan Panakkukang, Kota Makassar. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pelaku usaha kafe yang berada di wilayah tersebut, dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan sensus (total sampling). Sebanyak 30 responden dilibatkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha kafe. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan, serta kemudahan akses terhadap produk dan layanan keuangan formal, menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usaha kafe. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi dan inklusi keuangan perlu menjadi perhatian dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di sektor kuliner.

Abstract

Frontline employees stand where technology meets human service. This study contributes to HRM scholarship by integrating Job Demands–Resources and Social Exchange theories to explain how technological support and a supportive working environment jointly uphold employee growth in service organizations. Using survey data from 329 Indonesian retail workers and partial-least-square structural-equation-modeling, results reveal that technology enhances growth both directly and through a supportive climate that nurtures trust and engagement. The findings extend socio-technical and JD–R perspectives by illustrating how digital tools become developmental resources only when embedded in caring organizational climates. Managers should treat technology not as automation but as a partner in human capability building through empathy, training, and supportive design.
