Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis ekonomi kreatif untuk menunjang sektor pariwisata pada industri tenun sutera di desa Pakanna, Kecamatan Tanasitolo kabupaten Wajo serta implementasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Adapun informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Seksi Industri Tekstil, Aneka dan Elektronika Telematika dari pihak DISPERINDANGKOP UKM; Kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Ekonomi Kreatif dari pihak DISPORAPAR; 3 orang penenun dan 2 orang pengusaha tenun sutera yang berdomisili di Desa Pakkanna, Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan, yakni: 1) Peningkatan kapasitas: dengan pelatihan pengunaan pewarnaan, pengembangan motif dan kreasi berbagai produk dari kain sutera 2) Kemampuan pengembangan: dengan pemberian sarana dan prasarana berupa bantuan ATMB dan pengadaan bahan baku dengan penanaman satu juta murbei serta pelatihan promosi dan pemasaran online dengan pembuatan poster, keikutsertaan di pameran dan iklan digital. 3) Perlindungan: menjaga kelestarian kemampuan menenun dengan mewariskan kepada generasi selanjutnya, dengan sosialisasi dan persuasif. 4) Dengan pengembangan wisata budaya kampung sutera dapat menunjang sektor pariwisata yang kemudian berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan daerah dan masyarakat secara khusus.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek transfer pengetahuan dalam perspektif pendidikan ekonomi informal melalui model SECI Nonaka dan mengkaji proses revitalisasi produk kain sutera dalam pengembangan produk yang berbasis fashion modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap objek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transfer pengetahuan yaitu (1) terciptanya pengetahuan baru dan inovasi seperti modifikasi motif dan diversifikasi produk kain sutera yang merupakan keberhasilan proses konversi transfer pengetahuan. (2) memberikan pembaharuan yang merujuk pada perubahan berbasis modern bagi perkembangan industri pensuteraan di Kabupaten Wajo dengan mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai filsofi kain sutera melalui produk-produk aplikasi kain sutera untuk merevitalisasikan dan menjaga ketahanan eksistensi kain sutera.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of education, business motivation, entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City which is mediated by increasing competitiveness. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires while sample determination using purposive sampling which is adjusted to the analysis requirements used with a sample size of 180 respondents. The data analysis technique is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). This study found that the variables of education, business motivation, entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy have an effect on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City which is mediated by increasing competitiveness. The results of this study serve as a reference that education and business motivation are very necessary in entrepreneurship and business actors also need to increase their knowledge of entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy for the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in the culinary sector.

Abstract

An important issue for entrepreneurship today is to increase the entrepreneurial intention of a country"™s productive age groups, including Generation Z. This research seeks to explore key components of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control) to explain the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative method. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed using a purposive sampling technique, and a total of 713 respondents were participated in this study. Partial Least Squares "“ Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data. The results confirm that the TPB can predict the entrepreneurial intention and behavior of Generation Z in Indonesia, demonstrating that the attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention, as do the attitude and perceived behavioral control on the entrepreneurial behavior. Further, entrepreneurial intention has been shown to mediate the positive relationship between attitude, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial behavior among Generation Z in Indonesia.JEL: E24, E220, I25, I140.

Abstract

This research aims to provide insight and knowledge regarding the influence of product quality and innovation on the competitive advantage of culinary business actors in the PTB Maros Regency area by using digital marketing as a moderating factor. This strategy uses descriptive methods combined with quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 100 business actors in the PTB area of Maros Regency. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to examine the data. Based on tests conducted on culinary practitioners in the PTB area of Maros Regency, researchers concluded that product quality and innovation have an influence on the use of digital marketing. Innovation and product quality affect a company's ability to compete. Competitive advantage is greatly influenced by the use of digital marketing. You can use digital marketing to make product quality work for you. Gaining a competitive advantage and expressing your product innovation is possible through digital marketing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy and self-regulation on family financial management in Laiyolo Baru Village. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Questionnaires and documentation are used as data collection methods. The population in the study were 53 housewives. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of economic literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) had an effect on the financial management of housewives in Laiyolo Baru Village.Keywords : Economic Literacy, Self-Control, Financial Managemen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi, pendapatan orangtua, dan teman sebaya terhadap perilaku mengonsumsi dalam perspektif rasional pada siswa SMA Negeri 5 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini berfokus pada populasi sebanyak siswa SMA Negeri 5 Makassar. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, literasi ekonomi, pendapatan orangtua, dan teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku mengonsumsi dalam perspektif rasional pada siswa SMA Negeri 5 Makassar.Kata Kunci: Literasi Ekonomi, Pendapatan Orangtua, Teman Sebaya, Rasionalitas Mengonsumsi

Abstract

In order to promote economic independence for communities, Social Entrepreneurship promotes social activities by encouraging the local community to become engaged in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as part of Social entrepreneurship. One way SMEs may ensure their own long-term success and expand their worldwide presence is by adopting a creative economy strategy from each industry. The goal is to ensure that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia can thrive for the long term and ultimately become the backbone of the country's economy. The focus of this study is on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the goal of incorporating them into the expanding field of social entrepreneurship within the context of the creative economy. Data is gathered via interviews, written records, and in-person observations (qualitative, interactive analysis approach). Based on these findings, it's clear that the local government actively promotes the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), notably those operating in the food service industry. Social entrepreneurship that relies on the creative economy is encouraged by both the government and large corporations like Google and Facebook because of its potential to boost the economy. Government and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) must be involved in order to ensure the long-term success of social entrepreneurship based on the creative economy.

Abstract

This study aims to develop audio visual learning media based on the Canva application. This study uses a Research and Development approach with the stages of initial analysis, material identification, product preparation, and testing. After the product is developed, a feasibility assessment is carried out by the expert to see the feasibility of the media design, match between content, design completeness, and attractiveness. Based on the results of expert judgment, the design of audio visual learning media based on the Canva application obtained a score of 82.28 percent with the very feasible category. The results of limited student responses obtained a score of 86.73 percent with the very feasible category. From the results of expert and student assessments, it means that the Audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application is suitable for use in pilot schools. The results of the first cycle 1 field trials were 67.13 percent and second cycle  was 88 percent. The percentage of student learning outcomes shows an increase. This shows that it is easier for students to master labor material using audio-visual learning media based on the Canva application with very good criteria. Thus, the media developed can be used in online and offline learning.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of transparency, accountability, and competence of village officials on the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Jeneponto Regency. A quantitative approach was used with an analysis of the relationship between variables. Data were collected through the distribution of 60 questionnaires to village officials, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS application version 4.1.0.8. The results showed that transparency (p = 0.000), accountability (p = 0.002), and competence of village officials (p = 0.000) had a significant effect on the management of the APBDes. These findings provide an important contribution to policy formulation, particularly in improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of village fund management, including in the village transportation sector. By strengthening transparency, accountability, and the competence of village officials, village governments can achieve more efficient and responsive budget management to community needs, including in the development of equitable and sustainable transportation infrastructure. Practically, these results can serve as a reference for policymakers and village technical implementers in designing strategies to increase the capacity of village officials. Academically, this research enriches the literature on public financial governance at the village level with a quantitative approach based on PLS-SEM.
