Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the generative learning model to improve the mathematical connection of elementary school students. This research was conducted at SDN Tanjungwangi in the 2020/2021 academic year with a research sample of 20 class III A students and 20 class III B students. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method. The data analysis technique in this study uses N-gain calculations to measure the increase in students' mathematical connection abilities, (t-test) to determine the effect of using generative learning models on students' mathematical connection abilities. The results showed that (1) an increase in mathematical connection ability with an average N-gain in the experimental class obtained a result of 0.79 with the criteria "high" and the average N-gain in the control obtained a result of 0.05 with the criteria "very low" . (2) there is an effect of the use of generative models on the ability of mathematical connections with the results of tcount < ttable 0.830 < 2.024. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the generative learning model on the mathematical connection ability of elementary school students.

Abstract

The background of this research is because of the low learning motivation of students. The causes of the low learning motivation of students are the lack of interest in learning, not being diligent in facing assignments, quickly giving up when faced with difficulties. Some of the causes of these problems include because the learning process is still using conventional learning. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate learning models that are in line with current needs and realities. One of the learning models that can be applied is the Problem Based Learning model. This study aims to determine: 1) To find out the concept of the Problem Based Learning model. 2) To find out the condition of students' learning motivation so far based on previous research, 3) To find out the use of Problem Based Learning models has an effect on students' learning motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used is library research. Sources of data obtained from books, journals, articles and publications by collecting several previous studies on the Problem Based Learning model on students' learning motivation. Based on research journals that researchers analyzed, it showed that the Problem Based Learning model had an effect on the learning motivation of elementary school students, judging by the results of students' learning tests in elementary school students' learning motivation had increased. Student learning through the Problem Based Learning model shows an influence, seen from the class that was treated using the Problem Based Learning model, the value was higher than the class that was treated with the conventional model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) to ecoliteracy and critical thinking skills of elementary school students in learning Social Science. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design, using the two study groups. Subjects in this study were students of class IVSDN Cijerah Indah, Bandung Kulon District Bandung City. The experimental group was given the treatment of learning Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and the control group was given conventional learning. The results showed that in general there is a difference between learners ecoliteracy experimental class and control class and critical thinking skills among learners experimental class and control class after each class has been getting treatment that has been set.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMita PKM adalah KKG 066 Kecamata Lengkong Kota Bandung yang memiliki permasalahan dalam menciptakan pembelajaran inovatif dan minimnya pemahaman guru dalam pembelajaran digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu KKG dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan literasi digital sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan workshop dan pendampingan yang mencakup dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan teoretis dan praktis. Pendekatan teoretis dengan menjelaskan mengenai model pembelajaran inovatif dan penggunaan kahoot dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan praktis dilakukan dengan menyiapkan rencana pembelajaran (RPP) menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan kahoot. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan ini adalah 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru tentang model pembelajaran inovatif dan menggunakan kahoot dalam pembelajaran, 2) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dalam membuat rencana pembelajaran (RPP) dan 3) meningkatkan keterampilan menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan penggunakan media pembelajaran digital berbasis game. Kata Kunci : kahoot, model pembelajaran inovatif, pembelajaran berbasis game ABSTRACTMita PKM is a KKG 066 in Lengkong Sub-District of Bandung which has problems in creating innovative learning and the lack of understanding of teachers in digital learning. This activity aims to assist the KKG in increasing knowledge and skills using innovative learning models by using digital literacy so as to improve the quality of learning. This activity method is carried out with workshops and mentoring which includes two approaches namely theoretical and practical approaches. Theoretical approach by explaining about innovative learning models and the use of kahoot in learning. A practical approach is carried out by preparing a learning plan (RPP) using an innovative learning model using kahoot. The results obtained through this activity are 1) increasing teacher knowledge about innovative learning models and using kahoot in learning, 2) increasing teacher knowledge in making learning plans (RPP) and 3) improving skills using innovative learning models by using game-based digital learning. Keywords: kahoot, innovative earning model, games based learning

Abstract

Abstract. Entrepreneurship education is a government program that is conducted every level of education. Implementation of the values of entrepreneurship learning in primary schools is an effort to promote entrepreneurship, so that people can develop into a reliable personal and be the generation that can create jobs. This study aims to assess the extent to which the learning of Social Sciences can provide space in growing the value of entrepreneurship in primary school students. This research was conducted in SDPN Pajagalan 58 with qualitative approach case study method. The subject is the person responsible for entrepreneurship education program, one teacher of Social Sciences and seventeen students of class IV. Based on the survey results revealed that entrepreneurship education program has been designed as possible into school programs that are implemented on an ongoing basis. The values of entrepreneurship has been published in school activities such as extracurricular activities, events and activities programmed habituation. Planning learning Social Sciences laden entrepreneurial values starting from the manufacture of the syllabus and lesson plans. Implementation of classroom learning is done in accordance with the lesson plan gives more space for students to develop a personality. Assessment of learning laden entrepreneurial values is done through observation and checks on student attendance. At the time of the learning takes place, the student has demonstrated an attitude / entrepreneurial character that is honest, self-discipline, confidence, leadership, creative, independent, hard work, responsibility, curiosity, communicative, and cooperation. The main problem is the plan that is prepared teacher is not maximized and not yet fully apply in learning. From the results of this study are expected to provide benefits for the development of entrepreneurship education in primary schools, especially in SDPN Pajagalan 58 and become material for the evaluation of Bandung City Education Department.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) The concept of distance learning methods in elementary schools; 2) The application of distance learning in elementary schools so that the learning process is effective; 3) The relationship between distance learning and the effectiveness of the learning process in elementary schools. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis with the type of literature study or literature study (Library Research), which is a series of activities related to collecting library data by exploring, observing, analyzing, identifying reading journals, notes, reports, research results, and other sources. which is relevant. Sources of data used in this study using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used in this research are editing, organizing, and finding. And analyzed using comparative, interpretative, deductive and inductive analysis. The results of the analysis that have been carried out prove that distance learning has a fairly good influence on the effectiveness of the learning process in elementary schools. This is proven based on the results of the analysis of research that has been done previously. The implementation of distance learning will be successful or effective if you apply the steps correctly. Distance learning steps include pre-learning steps, during learning and after learning or also called preparation, implementation and evaluation steps.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is still something that worries everyone. The Covid-19 outbreak has made everyone cannot carry out activities both in the fields of education, society, and Village government. In Indonesia itself, there have been large restrictions on activities namely PSBB and PPKM. This research activity was carried out during PPKM conditions. The students try continue to serve in the fields of education, community, and village government. College student What is done in terms of education is to provide online learning assistance and activities other. While in the social community service is carried out by counseling or work devotion. And the last service in the field of village government is helping the village in run village programs. By providing learning assistance, students can produce good study quality. While in community service, realizing how to live live healthy during the current pandemic. The village government is helped by the service that is done by assisting in carrying out village programs. The thematic student study service work program that has been planned can run well even though there are some activities that have been changed due to several obstacles in the field. Forming students to be more mature in responding to existing problems and being able to understand how to live in society, besides that they can form independent personalities and are responsible for the tasks that must be carried out. Students gain new knowledge that is not found in the material in class that is useful later for use in everyday life. The local government and the community were enthusiastic and very helpful in the implementation of the Thematic Community Service Program. This thematic student study service activity is a student service effort to the community.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SDN Tanjung III, Subang district. On the basis of the need for repairs done either by applying the model of SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectual). So the purpose of this study was to determine the increase critical thinking skills of students in Social Science before and after applying the model SAVI, the performance of teachers in applying the model SAVI, activities and students' response to the model SAVI. The method used in this research is the CAR (Classroom Action Research). Subject of research that fourth grade students of SDN Tanjung III by the number of students as many as 23 people. The instrument used was LKS (Student Worksheet), observation sheet of students and teachers as well as student questionnaire responses. From these results, it can be concluded that by applying the model in study SAVI social science with social problems in the local environment can enhance students' critical thinking skills. The result can be seen from the percentage of the overall level of mastery learning increased from 52.2% in the first cycle, 78.3% in the second cycle and 100% in the third cycle. The average grade class of students increased from 44.3 prasiklus of data with less criteria, up to the third cycle, which reached 91.3 with the criteria very well. With the improvement of students' critical thinking skills that are calculated based on the n-gain of 0.53 with the criteria of being in the first cycle, and 0.65 with the criteria of being on the second cycle, and 0.81 with the high criteria of the third cycle. The results of observations also showed that the ability of teachers and students' activity in applying the model of SAVI increased. Based on questionnaire responses, 100% of students showed interest in learning social science model with SAVI. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers use models SAVI  to enhance the critical thinking skills of students so that students used to learn to analyze problems well.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low skill of writing essays for grade 3 students in elementary school. The low writing ability is due to writing learning in elementary schools often not being noticed. The selection of the right model will give students added value to the learning process so as to facilitate learning activities. One model that can be used by teachers in writing activities includes the picture and picture model, which is a learning model that uses series image media, namely images that are interrelated and form a whole story. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The reason for using this method is to find out how to use the learning model in improving the results of learning activities at Nugraha Pelita Elementary School Jl. Field of Bunihayu Jalancagak Sports Subang Regency. The research subjects were class III Nugraha Pelita Elementary School Jl. Field of Bunihayu Jalancagak Sports Subang Regency. Based on the results of the study concluded as follows: 1) The process of learning activities by applying picture and picture to third grade students of SDN Nugraha Pelita, students are very enthusiastic and active in learning no longer feel bored or bored, this is indicated by an increase in essay writing skills to students; 2) Writing essay skills by applying the picture and picture model can increase, this can be proven by the results of the average value obtained by students which in each cycle has increased, starting from the initial data which only has an average value of 57, in the cycle I meeting 1 on average obtained by students is 65, and the first cycle of meeting 2 on average obtained by students is 70. Then in cycle II. meeting 1 the average value obtained by students is 74, and the second cycle of meeting 2 the average value obtained by students is 78. Then in the third cycle of meeting 1 the average value obtained by students is 81 and the second cycle of meetings 2 values averaged the average obtained by students is 85 which is included in criterion A (very good).
