Indonesia is a country with various ethnic cultures and religions. And the city of Medan is one area that has a diversity of ethnicities and religions, with this difference sometimes it will cause a difference and the principle of how to understand the interpretation of an object problem park is open land that is used to get pleasure, joy, and comfort both in housing (houses/ residential complexes) and in the city. And the park is equipped with facilities that support the community and the environment. And the link between the park and its environment is the pedestrian. Pedestrian is a word that is absorbed in a foreign language which means pedestrians, which is closely related to open spaces in a city, This study examines the local wisdom found in the community in utilizing the use of parks and destrins which are a form of human behavior and the natural environment and seeks to be able to provide concepts and strategies that can be used by the community to help increase awareness to participate actively in improving the quality of the environment. surrounding. Community Interpretation of Parks and Destroying is a method or way of how people view using parks and pedestrian paths as facilities to enjoy the feel of a park, this is because pedestrians are the main indicator for the progress of civilization and future city development. For this reason, it is necessary to anticipate it by carrying out several approaches to the community.

: Lingkungan bermain Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini perlu ditata sedemikian rupa sehingga hal ini akan sanagat berdampak besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini sehingga anak memeiliki kesiapan untuk melanjutkan kependidikan berikutnya penataan tepatnya set plan tampilan indoor maupun outdoor. Walaupun kegiatan mendesain penampilan indoor maupun outdoor. Dunia fantasi anak usia dini berpengaruh besar terhadap terhadap optimalnya aspek perkembangan nilai agama dan moral, bahasa, kognitif, sosial emosional, dan fisik motorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen desain lingkungan bermain pendidikan anak usia dini di RA Babussalam dan RA Raudhatul Jannah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, penelitian dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen desain lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini baik indoor maupun outdoor di RA Babussalam dan RA Raudhatul Hasanah masih belum terlaksana dengan baik. Karena menyesuaikan kondisi sekolah dengan bangunan yang tidak begitu luas. Maka dari itu belum semua fasilitas terwujud. Akan tetapi fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dilakukan oleh lembaga tersebut. Pemanfaatan fasilitas indoor dan outdoor di RA Babussalam dan RA Raudhatul Hasanah sudah cukup maksimal. Dimana proses pembelajaran selalu memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada. Dengan begitu juga menjaga dan merawat dengan baik fasilitas yang telah dimiliki.

This study aims to find out human resource management strategies to reduce the transfer of employee duties. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, descriptive research does not provide treatment, manipulation or alteration to the variables studied, but describes a condition as it is. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. As a result of the previous discussions, the author concludes that effective HR management strategies to suppress the transfer of employee duties are a key factor in the success of the organization. By implementing the right strategies in human resource management, organizations can reap significant benefits, from increased productivity to better employee retention. It is important for organizations to continue to improve strategies in effective human resource management to reduce the transfer of employee duties in accordance with the development of the times and employee needs.

This study aims to find out how much work attachment: distributive justice, procedural justice and interpersonal justice are mediated by job satisfaction in employees of the Solok Regency Health Office. The type of researcher used is quantitative. The data analysis used is Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing a questionnaire of 82 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an influence There was no significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Procedural Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Satisfaction, There was a significant influence of Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, There was an insignificant influence of Procedural Justice on Engagement, There was no significant influence of Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement, There was a significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Distributive Justice on Job Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Procedural Justice on Engagement, Job Satisfaction did not mediate Interpersonal Justice on Job Engagement

The design of a building connection bridge at the main plaza is a crucial step in urban infrastructure development, enabling pedestrians to move safely and efficiently between various key points within an area. This study aims to understand the design of the connection bridge at the main plaza of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, and how it will serve pedestrians. The research subject is the site location in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, with the observed parameters being the physical and non-physical conditions of the design location. The results of this study show that the facilities and infrastructure of the connection bridge for the Mixed-Use Building of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park consist of circulation pathways connecting the Mixed-Use buildings and a viewing deck, and the design direction of the Mixed-Use Building of Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park meets the criteria.

Mixed Use Building is the combination of buildings with different functions, a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural buildings planned within a city. This research focuses on the design of a Mixed Use building, referring to the process of planning, illustrating, and developing a concept or idea for a building or physical structure. The aim of this research is to understand the design of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed Use Building in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District. The research material is the site location in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, the needs of the academic community of Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi regarding research land, and the potential development of the area as a tourist facility, in this case, a mall and other buildings that will support the activities of the area and the surrounding community. The results of this research explain that the facilities and infrastructure of the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed Use Building consist of a café, coffee shop, meeting room, viewing area, and toilets, and that the design direction for the Al-Amin Living Lab and Industrial Park Mixed Use Building has met the criteria.

Indonesia is a country renowned for its rich natural resources and cultural heritage. The tourism sector, particularly in North Sumatra, includes the Batak Toba culture as one of its highlights. One aspect of Batak Toba culture reflects the potential for cultural tourism in Huta Tinggi, Samosir Regency. To develop and enhance the potential of the tourism sector in Huta Tinggi, and as an effort to preserve cultural heritage, it is necessary to establish a homestay building. A homestay plays an important role in the development of the Huta Tinggi area. The design of the homestay area adopts a local wisdom-based approach using the modern (Neo-Vernacular) Batak Toba architectural style. This is because Neo-Vernacular architecture represents a modern form that still retains the image or distinctive characteristics of the region, with a design that is adapted to contemporary contexts.

This study investigates the role of the English Linguistic Landscape as a potential learning medium for English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in Padang, West Sumatra. While previous studies have described the English Linguistic Landscape in Indonesia, few have explicitly explored its pedagogical value and discursive implications for language learning. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzed 850 English-containing public signs across the city and surveyed 114 EFL students at Universitas Andalas regarding their perceptions of English in public spaces. We examined the signs regarding linguistic units (as the texts) and their visual positioning and relation to symbolic meaning and cultural identity. Findings reveal that English is prominently used in commercial signage, often in larger fonts and strategic positions, signaling its dominance and symbolic prestige over Indonesian. Student responses indicate generally positive attitudes, with more than 80% acknowledging that the English Linguistic Landscape contributes to vocabulary building, grammar awareness, and motivation for language learning. However, the study also notes grammatical and hybrid construction inaccuracies that may reinforce non-standard English patterns. The discussion highlights English Linguistic Landscape as a discourse resource that reflects globalization, power relations, and shifting identities in urban Indonesia. Implications suggest that the English Linguistic Landscape can be integrated into EFL pedagogy through critical analysis tasks and multimodal learning activities. Future research should expand to the digital English Linguistic Landscape and comparative contexts across Indonesian cities. This research underscores the pedagogical and sociocultural significance of the English Linguistic Landscape, though further work is needed to deepen its discourse analysis and pedagogical applications.
