Abstract

Babussalam Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that has education levels ranging from kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and high school with a population of students, teachers, and employees in the Islamic Boarding School of Babussalam which is 2248 people. A large population with an area available produces waste generation (organic, paper, and plastic). Research has been conducted related to the generation of waste generated in the Babussalam Islamic Boarding School and the predictions for the next five years. Measurement methods and data calculations use SNI 19-3964-1994. Total solid waste generation in Pesantren Babussalam is 0.3746 kg/person with an average of 0.042 kg/person. The total volume of solid waste generation in Pesantren Babussalam is 98.338 liter/person with an average of 1.37 liter/person. The average composition of organic waste is 0.1392 kg/person with a percentage of 37%. The average composition of waste paper is 0.1374 kg/person with a percentage of 36%. The average composition of plastic waste is 0.1042 kg/person with a percentage of 27%. Waste generation in 2024 is predicted to increase by 35.33371 kg/year, with a total generation in 2024 of 176.668 tons.

Abstract

Methane gas is one of the greenhouse gases that is 21 times more potent than C02. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the quality of pollutants released by landfills around the world. The purpose of this research is to predict the amount of methane emitted from Muara Fajar 2 landfill in Pekanbaru city using Landfill Gas Emissions (LandGEM) model. AERMOD is used to model the distribution of pollutants generated by landfills. This model requires meteorological data such as temperature, temperature, wind direction, wind speed, radiation, air pressure, cloud cover, humidity and cloud base height. The meteorological parameters used in this study are meteorological data obtained from the Climate Data Store (CDS) of Pekanbaru city. The results showed that the peak of methane emissions produced by Muara Fajar 2 Landfill was 19,290 Mg/year in 2049. Pollutant dispersion showed that in 2022 Muara Fajar 2 Landfill produced a dispersion of 2447814 μg/m3. Methane gas pollutants produced by Muara Fajar 2 Landfill have no impact on the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study looks at how consistent PT. XYZ's centralized financial reporting is, as the company doesn't make separate financial reports for its branches, using the rules for consolidation in PSAK 65. The study's goal is to look at how consistent PT. XYZ's financial statements are over time, if they follow PSAK 65, and how this affects the quality of the financial information. We used a qualitative case study method, which included in-depth interviews and document analysis. The results show that the financial reports are consistently made over the years and follow the rules for consolidation, even though reports for each branch are not shown. The centralized method makes reporting more efficient and accurate, but it also makes it less clear and thorough. This study adds to what we know about how companies with non-legal-entity branch structures do centralized reporting.
