Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of promotional strategies in increasing sales of subsidized Home Ownership Credit (KPR) products amidst increasingly competitive market and implementation of marketing strategies in Islam. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach at one of the banks that offers subsidized KPR products through interviews and direct observation with Customer Financing Officers at BTN KCPS Jombang. The results of the study indicate that promotions carried out through personal selling are effective in attracting potential customers, especially in the low-income segment. However, tight market competition demands continuous innovation in promotional strategies so that subsidized KPR products can remain competitive as well as marketing strategies based on Islam.

Abstract

Industri halal kini menjadi tren di berbagai penjuru dunia. Bukan hanya di negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, industri halal juga mulai berkembang di negara-negara dengan mayoritas penduduk non-Muslim. Hal ini terjadi karena aspek halal dianggap sebagai indikator universal untuk menjamin kualitas produk dan standar hidup. Oleh karena itu, industri halal memiliki peluang besar untuk menguasai pasar global jika dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi industri halal di Indonesia melalui peninjauan terhadap berbagai karya ilmiah sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SLR (Sytematic Liberature Review) Sebanyak 16 karya ilmiah yang membahas industri halal dengan sumber metadata dari Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu 2018-2022 telah dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk Muslim, sektor makanan halal merupakan sektor unggulan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam industri halal di Indonesia. selain itu, terdapat sektor yang tidak kalah memiliki potensi besar di negara Muslim khususnya Indonesia yakni meliputi sektor fesyen halal, parawisata halal, keuangan syariah, kosmetik dan farmasi halal. Dalam hal ini kerjasama antara konsumen, produsen dan pemerintah sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung kemajuan dan perkembangan potensi industri halal baik dalam lingkup nasional maupun dunia.

Abstract

The number of Gen Z entrepreneurs in the 2024 KDLK Entrepreneurship Program at Unhasy who hold halal certification is less than half of the total participants. Additionally, their knowledge and understanding of halal assurance are limited. To address this issue, the Community Service Team from the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics at Unhasy, conducted a halal literacy education program for Gen Z entrepreneurs participating in the KDLK Entrepreneurship Program. Prior to this, the participants had never received similar halal literacy training. The program aims to enhance the quality of Gen Z entrepreneurs' products in the future through halal certification, enabling them to sustain and compete in the modern world. The activity also supports students without halal certification to independently register their businesses using the self-declare halal certification mechanism, facilitated by the community service team. The results show that all students in the KDLK Entrepreneurship Program successfully registered halal certification for their businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to survey the influence of environmental awareness, quality, price, and product brand image on Generation Z's purchase intention, with non-plastic snack food as the mediation. The method used is a survey of SMA/SMK/MA students in five districts: Jombang, Kediri City, Kediri Regency, Tulungagung, and Trenggalek, using purposive sampling technique for respondents who have or will buy snacks without plastic packaging, a total of 352 have filled it out. The results state that environmental awareness, product quality and brand image have no direct effect on purchase intention, while price does. Indirectly, all variables affect purchase intention intervened by non-plastic snack food, except product quality. This shows that respondents pay more attention to price, brand image and environmental awareness regarding non-plastic goods. The implication of this research is important for producers in designing marketing strategies that consider these factors to attract Generation Z buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of halal products and halal labels on Generation Z's purchasing decisions, considering product quality, brand perception, and price as mediating variables. The trend of increasing awareness of halal products among young consumers, this study focuses on the role of these factors in shaping purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving 523 respondents from five districts and cities in East Java (Jombang, Kediri City, Kediri Regency, Tulungagung, and Trenggalek) selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that halal products affect product quality, which in turn affects purchasing decisions through price. Halal labelling, although it has an effect on brand perception, does not show a direct effect on price or purchasing decisions through brand perception and price. This study provides new insights into how halal, quality and price factors are interrelated in influencing Generation Z's purchasing behaviour, as well as the importance of product quality as a key factor in halal value-oriented purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menggerakkan ekonomi daerah di Gudo, Jombang, melalui sinergi antara industri kreatif berbasis syariah, keterampilan Bahasa Inggris, dan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Gudo memiliki potensi besar di sektor ekonomi kreatif, terutama dalam kerajinan dan produk khas daerah, namun pelaku usaha lokal sering menghadapi tantangan terkait penerapan nilai-nilai syariah, keterampilan bahasa untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, serta standar keselamatan kerja yang masih terbatas. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, program ini melibatkan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang terarah pada tiga aspek utama yaitu syariah, Bahasa Inggris, dan K3. Melalui rangkaian pelatihan ini, pelaku UMKM mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai syariah dalam produk mereka, peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris fungsional yang dapat menunjang pemasaran global, serta penerapan standar K3 guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman. Selain pelatihan, program ini juga mencakup pendampingan langsung untuk membantu pelaku usaha menerapkan materi yang telah dipelajari dalam praktik sehari-hari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya industri kreatif syariah, kemampuan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris untuk komunikasi pemasaran, dan penerapan prinsip-prinsip K3 yang baik. Dampak nyata dari program ini terlihat dari peningkatan pendapatan pelaku usaha, perluasan pasar melalui platform pemasaran digital, dan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih terstandar. Sinergi antara ketiga elemen ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif lokal yang berkelanjutan, serta dapat dijadikan model bagi pengembangan ekonomi daerah lain yang memiliki potensi serupa

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the gold installment pricing policy at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and analyze its implications for market competitiveness and growth. The gold installment pricing policy plays an important role in attracting customer interest and maintaining the stability of the gold market in the Islamic banking sector. This study uses a secondary research method with a descriptive analytical approach from BSI's financial statements and internal policies. The results of the study indicate that a competitive gold installment pricing policy can increase BSI's competitiveness in the Islamic banking market, while simultaneously driving significant market growth. However, there are challenges in maintaining a balance between pricing in accordance with Islamic principles and fluctuating market dynamics. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of adjusting pricing policies to be in line with market needs and sharia principles. Competitive policies not only expand market share but also maintain BSI's position as a leader in the sharia banking sector.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan soft skill kader IPNU-IPPNU PAC Babat melalui pelatihan manajemen konflik berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah experiential learning melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul berbasis empat pilar kompetensi—konseptual, teknis, spiritual, dan praktik—pelaksanaan pelatihan langsung, serta pendampingan pasca-pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep konflik, keterampilan komunikasi, dan perubahan pola perilaku organisasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi model Kirkpatrick, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah pelatihan, penurunan konflik internal, dan peningkatan capaian program kerja organisasi. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas kader secara adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap kinerja Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Data diambil dari laporan resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia periode Juli 2019 hingga Juni 2024. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ISSI, sedangkan inflasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Hasil uji simultan juga mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua variabel bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja ISSI dengan kontribusi sebesar 60,5%, yang diindikasikan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter, terutama perubahan suku bunga, perlu diperhatikan oleh investor dan manajer portofolio di pasar saham syariah. Sementara inflasi tidak memiliki dampak signifikan, investor disarankan tetap mempertimbangkan faktor fundamental perusahaan dan stabilitas ekonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.
