Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kualitas pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi pemerintah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pegawai, diambil melalui teknik sampling jenuh karena populasi yang diteliti relatif kecil dan dapat dijangkau seluruhnya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,165 dan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Kompetensi pegawai juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,827 dan signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05. Secara simultan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 17,812 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,428 menunjukkan bahwa 42,8% variasi kualitas pelayanan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi yang adaptif serta kompetensi pegawai yang mumpuni merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the disharmony between employees, characterized by reluctance to share information or data with other colleagues, which causes internal communication to be less than optimal. In addition, there is a problem of organizational culture instability due to changes in leadership, causing employees to be confused in adapting to new work patterns and policies. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of internal communication and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province. This study uses quantitative research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated samples using the Slovin formula, obtained a sample of 65 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that (1) internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) internal communication and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja instansi pemerintah, khususnya di sektor pelayanan publik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 109 karyawan, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode probabilitas sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 86 responden yang dijadikan sampel. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dengan empat kategori respons, yaitu: Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Tidak Setuju (TS), dan Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan keandalan dan konsistensi instrumen sebelum digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online melalui Google Form guna mempermudah distribusi dan meningkatkan partisipasi responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 7.159, dan Motivasi juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 6.649. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai F sebesar 29.050. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang dan peningkatan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose – This study examines the influence of psychological capital and work environment on organizational commitment, with work engagement as a mediating variable among hospital employees. The research seeks to explain how both internal psychological resources and external workplace conditions contribute to fostering commitment in the healthcare sector. Novelty – Unlike previous studies that consistently report work engagement as a universal mediator, this study finds that engagement mediates only the relationship between the work environment and organizational commitment, not between psychological capital and commitment. This provides nuanced empirical evidence that challenges existing assumptions. Furthermore, by focusing on a private hospital in Indonesia, a setting that has received limited attention in organizational behavior research this study extends the geographical and contextual scope of current literature. Method – A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed. Data were collected from 201 hospital employees through systematic random sampling from a population of 404 staff. Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test both direct and indirect relationships. Findings – The results show that psychological capital and work environment both significantly influence organizational commitment. Work engagement also has a positive effect on organizational commitment but mediates only the link between work environment and commitment. Limitations and Implications – The research is limited to a single private hospital, constraining the generalizability of findings. Nevertheless, it underscores the importance of strengthening employees’ psychological capital and improving the work environment to enhance organizational loyalty. Theoretically, the study refines the understanding of work engagement’s role as a conditional rather than universal mediator. Practically, the insights can guide hospital managers and policymakers in designing strategies that foster both engagement and commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROE (Return on Equity) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on Stock Prices in mining companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The dependent variable used is stock prices. This study also used ROE (return on equity), and CSR (corporate social responsibility) as independent variables. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. According to data on www.idx.co.id and based on criteria, there are 27 companies that meet the research requirements. This study was conducted using secondary data from the company for 4 years so that the number of observations was 108 samples

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Profitability and Sales Growth on Capital Structure in Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research covers 41 mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange and which have published consecutive annual financial reports from 2020 to 2022. This research uses non-probability sampling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods and research data is analyses using hypothetical statistical techniques with the help of the SPSS 27 for Windows program. The F test results show that profitability and sales growth simultaneously influence capital structure with an R2 value of 26%. The t test results show that the profitability variable affects capital structure, while the sales growth variable does not have a partially significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of the relationship between variables consisting of Web Quality on Perceived Usefulness, Web Quality on Behavior Intention, and Perceived Usefulness on Behavior Intention. The object of this research is Shopeefood users in Samarinda City. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Using primary data and research data collected using a survey method with questionnaires. The research sample is 90 data and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools with Smart-PLS Software. The results of this study are Web Quality has a significant positive effect on Perceived Usefulness, Web Quality has a significant positive effect on Behavior Intention, and Perceived Usefulness has a significant positive effect on Behavior Intention. The value of the greatest relationship path is found in the relationship between the Web Quality variable and Perceived Usefulness. There is a direct and indirect relationship in this study, the results of the study show that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect. The researcher's suggestion to Shopeefood, Shopeefood should further improve the Web Quality to increase Behavior Intention for interest to use Shopeefood in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengusaha mikro kecil dan menegah di Desa Loa Duri Ulu, BUMDES dan pelaku UMKM diberi sosialisasi dan pelatihan keterampilan sistem pelaporan perpajakan pada tanggal 18 Maret 2022, sebelum tanggal terakhir pelaporan perpajakan. Dosen di tim pengabdi memiliki pengetahuan, keahlian, dan pengalaman dalam perpajakan. Tujuan pelatihan ini, khusus untuk BUMDes dan pelaku UMKM, adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan melalui web DJP online dan elemen lain yang terkait. Kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan, merumuskan tujuan pelatihan, mempersiapkan materi dan melaksanakan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini mencakup ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pelatihan tentang pelaporan perpajakan, khususnya pelaporan SPT tahunan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberi BUMDes dan pelaku UMKM pengetahuan teknis yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya, terutama pajak penghasilan, termasuk cara mengisi SPT tahunan baik sebagai badan maupun individu.  Abstract. To improve the capabilities of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in Loa Duri Ulu Village, BUMDES and MSME actors were given socialization and training on tax reporting system skills on March 18 2022, before the last date for tax reporting. Lecturers in the service team have knowledge, expertise and experience in taxation. The aim of this training, specifically for BUMDes and MSMEs, is to improve their ability to carry out tax obligations via the online DJP website and other related elements. Activities start from preparation by analyzing training needs, formulating training objectives, preparing materials and implementing training. This training includes lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and training on tax reporting, especially annual SPT reporting. The result of this training is to provide BUMDes and MSME actors with the technical knowledge needed to fulfill their tax obligations, especially income tax, including how to fill out annual tax returns for both bodies and individuals.

Abstract

This study's objective is to ascertain and identify influencing the decision to pay dividends. Dividend data were subjected to fixed effects model. Panel regression analysis taken from annual reports issued by manufacturing companies listed on the BEI above 2016-2022 period. The affect dividends are ROA, DER, Size and TR. The company must pay attention to the overall factor that used, so that policies can be taken appropriately. Dividend payments are concentrated in large companies. Managers can use the empirical findings to make dividend payment decisions. The government learn from the impact of changes to the Job Creation Law and Income Tax Law, so that Indonesia becomes an investment destination. The dividend puzzle needs close attention to the different characteristics of firms in explanations for paying dividends.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh price earning ratio, earning per share dan return on assets terhadap return saham pada Properti dan Real Estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, metode dalam pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 perusahaan dengan populasi yang digunakan ada 53 perusahaan dari sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dengan periode penelitian dari tahun 2014-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Sementara hanya secara parsial earning per share dan return on assets berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, price earning ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
