Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji peran dan partisipasi perempuan dalam dakwah Islam dan kepemimpinan melalui dua organisasi perempuan Muslim terbesar di Indonesia, Aisyiyah (yang berafiliasi dengan Muhammadiyah) dan Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis bagaimana kedua organisasi ini berkontribusi dalam mempromosikan Islam moderat dan memberdayakan perempuan Muslim di masyarakat modern. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik perbandingan dan eksploratif, penelitian ini mengacu pada literatur yang ada untuk menyoroti peran penting perempuan dalam membentuk nilai-nilai sosial dan membina generasi pemimpin berikutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam dakwah, baik sebagai peserta aktif maupun pendukung inisiatif dakwah suami mereka. Kontribusi mereka sangat penting dalam mempercepat kegiatan dakwah dan memperkuat ajaran Islam dalam konteks kontemporer. Selain itu, studi ini menekankan pentingnya kedua organisasi ini dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial, seperti mempromosikan moderasi dan memberdayakan perempuan di tengah dinamika sosial dan budaya yang berubah. Dengan mengisi kekosongan penelitian sebelumnya, studi ini menawarkan wawasan baru tentang kepemimpinan dan kontribusi perempuan dalam dakwah, dengan implikasi praktis dan akademik bagi dakwah Islam modern dan pengembangan komunitas.  Kata Kunci:Muballighah, Dakwah, Ormas Islam Permpuan, Kepemimpinan Perempuan [This study examines the leadership roles and participation of female preachers in Islamic da’wah and leadership through two of Indonesia's largest Muslim women's organizations, 'Aisyiyah (affiliated with Muhammadiyah) and Muslimat Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). The study aims to critically analyze how these organizations contribute to promoting moderate Islam and empowering Muslim women in modern society. Using a qualitative approach with comparative and exploratory techniques, the research draws on existing literature to highlight the significant roles of women in shaping societal values and nurturing the next generation of leaders. The findings reveal that women play integral roles in da’wah, both as active participants and supporters of their husbands' da’wah initiatives. Their contributions are essential in advancing da’wah activities and reinforcing Islamic teachings in contemporary contexts. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of these organizations in addressing societal challenges, such as promoting moderation and empowering women amid shifting cultural and social dynamics. By bridging gaps in previous research, this study offers new insights into the leadership and contributions of women in da’wah, with both practical and academic implications for contemporary  Islamic preaching and community development. Abstract

This research aims to find out that during the reign of the Ottoman Empire there was inter-religious tolerance. There were even concrete contributions from Turkish Sultans respecting followers of other religions, providing protection for Christians and Jews who were hit by bloody conflicts. Several areas of the Turkish Sultanate allowed residents of different religious beliefs to live. Through the social structure that has been created by Muslim, Christian and Jewish citizens can live together in peace and tranquility. The research method is carried out by collecting information and data of various kinds of materials in the library such as reference books, results of similar previous research, articles, notes, and various journals related to the problem. The results are that the reality of religious tolerance and protection of non-Muslims during the Ottoman era was implemented well, especially since there was the al-Qanun law which generally regulated the legal system for its territory with an emphasis on the benefit of the ummah. There is also a Millet System that specifically regulates Muslims and non-Muslims living peacefully. The fact that the conquest of Constantinople did not destroy places of worship, nor did it force the conquered people to convert to Islam.

Abstract

من المعروف أن لفظين " الفلاح والفرح " من مصطلاحات القرآن التى انتشرت في مختلف الآيات المشتملة عليها. يشير كل منها إلى معنى متحد يتركز على أفعال الفلاح والفرح فهي تندرج في مباحث الترادف عند علم الدلالة. واستعمل القرآن الكريم لفظين " الفلاح والفرح " في السياقات المختلفة التى تؤثر على اختلاف دلالتهما.  ومن ناحية أخرى أن لفظين " الفلاح والفرح " لهما التضمين التربوي حيث يؤيد منزلة القرآن هدى للناس في كل مجال، وبخاصة مجال التربية.  يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة صورة عامة لاستعمال لفظي " الفلاح والفرح " في القرآن الكريم ومعرفة معانيهما المعجمية والسياقية لهما، ومعرفة التضمين التربوي من دلالتهما.يتأسس هذا البحث على أساس التفكير لتحليل معاني الألفاظ المترادفة تحتاج الكاتبة إلى استخدام علم الدلالة الذي يبحث عن معاني الألفاظ ومنها الترادف الذي هو الألفاظ المفردة الدالة على شيء واحد باعتبار واحد، ولإيجاد التضمين التربوي من معاني لفظي " الفلاح والفرح " تعتمد الكاتبة على علم التربية الإسلامية. والطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي طريقة تحليل المضمون بتحليل دلالي حيث يوجه البحث إلى تحليل معاني الألفاظ وطريقة موضوعية أي طريقة تستخدم في تفسير آيات القرآن الكريم التي تتعلق بموضع خاص بجمع كل آية تتصل به.وأما المدخل الذي تختاره الباحثة في هذا البحث فهو المدخل النوعي بدراسة مكتبية.ومن نتائج البحث ؛ (1) إنّ في القرآن الكريم استعمال لفظي " الفلاح والفرح " في مختلف الآيات والسور بالبنية الصرفية التى تتوزع بين صيغة الماضي وصيغة المضارع وصيغة النهي وصيغة اسم فاعل وصفة مشبهة باسم فاعل. ولكل منها مواقع إعرابية حسب العلاقات النحوية.وللفظ الفلاح ومايشتق منه وجدت 40 الآية في 40 السور، وللفظ الفرح ومايشتق منه وجدت 21 الأية في 21 السور.(2) إنّ لفظين " الفلاح والفرح " لهما معانيهما المعجمية والسياقية. من المعاني المعجمية للفظ " الفلاح " الفَوْزُ بما يُغْتبَط به وفيه صَلاحُ الحال. وللفظ " الفرح " نقيض الحُزْن.ومن المعاني السياقية للفظ الفلاح هناك معنيين سعد و فاز. ومن المعاني السياقية للفظ الفرح هي البطر أو المرح، الرضا، و السرور أو الفرح بعينه.(3) إن التضمين التربوي من معاني لفظي الفلاح والفرح يعودان من أحد نموذاج التعليم وهي تعليم بالنشاط والإبداعية والفعالية والمتعة. إن في إجراءات التعليم المتعة وتدعم بعدة المكونات وهي سلوك وصفات المعلم، طرق التعليم، و الجو أو البيئة التعليم.  ومع ان ذلك لفظي الفلاح و الفرح ذو مختلفة إما في المعنى و التعبير.الكلمة الرئيسية : فلاح، فرح، التضمين التربوي

Abstract

Dissatisfaction with the policies often leads to protests from the people. It also took place in Ponorogo during the Dutch colonialization in 1885. Indonesian people protested by looting the Dutch Kontroleur Coffee warehouse due to the policy of forced planting and tax tightening. The action is known as Kampak Patik or Patik Robbery. The Dutch Kontroleur deliberately disseminated this negative stigma to impress as criminal behavior against the law. This paper conducts historical defense attempts by examining the value of Patriotism and heroism in the Kampak Patik event. The researchers use three stages of research, namely revealing the background of events, the action events, and the final solution of the action in the form of patriotism values. The approach of this paper is socio-historical with local document data sources (babad), books, and historical data. This paper concludes first, the Dutch policy of forced cultivation and tax tightening had impoverished the citizens in plantations area. Second, the protest was carried out by community leaders, including patih Ponorogo regency, lurah, carik, village staff, and members of Patik village community. Third, there is the value of patriotism, namely the defense of the small people, selfless struggle, sacrifice, and the nature of chivalry. Forth, the Kampak Patik protest had a positive impact on rising coffee commodities and tax reductions.

Abstract

The emergence of intangible digital assets within the Metaverse, notably Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) adhering to the ERC-721 and ERC-1155 standards, presents significant challenges to Islamic inheritance law (farāʾiḍ), which has traditionally been predicated on tangible notions of property. Situated within the nascent discourse of Techno-Sharia, this study undertakes a reconstruction of the classical concept of māl (property) to ascertain the legal status and inheritability of such digital assets. Utilizing a qualitative, library-based methodology, the research employs a taḥlīlī (analytical) and muqāran (comparative) fiqh approach to deconstruct juristic criteria of māl and apply them to blockchain-based assets. The findings indicate that Metaverse assets satisfy the three fundamental conditions of māl: recognized market value (al-taqawwum), permissible utility (al-manfaʿah), and exclusive control through cryptographic ownership, which functions as a contemporary analogue to al-ḥiyāzah (possession). Accordingly, these assets qualify as part of the tirkah (inheritable estate). Nonetheless, their inclusion introduces considerable challenges for the implementation of farāʾiḍ, including inaccessible wallets resulting from lost private keys (rendering assets māl dāʾiʿ), valuation volatility (taqwīm), indivisibility (qismah), and conflicts between immutable smart contracts and Sharia-based distribution principles. This study proposes the adoption of fractionalized NFTs (fNFTs) and the development of Sharia-compliant smart contracts to ensure accessibility, validity, and justice in digital inheritance practices.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the Moroccan Government's efforts in empowering women, by involving them in real terms in the Literacy Eradication Program in mosques. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques through interviews with several people related to the Literacy Eradication Program in Morocco and library data. By using descriptive analysis methods and the concept of women's empowerment as a tool for reading data, this article finds that the Moroccan government's efforts to empower women through the Ministry of Endowments in the Literacy Eradication Program in Mosques are carried out by involving women as teachers and participants. It is recorded that more than seven thousand teachers and instructors, program coordinators and education advisors from among women are actively involved in efforts to eradicate illiteracy in Morocco. In addition to being expected to develop social, economic and educational status, as well as improve the standard of living of individual program participants and also the community, this program concretely produced a mushaf written jointly by 75 thousand female program participants, which was then published under the name Al-Mushaf al-Mohammadi min Naskh an-Nisa` al-Mustafidat min Barnamij Muharabah al-Ummiyah fi al-Masajid bi Riwayah Warsy `an Nafi'.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan mengungkap upaya Pemerintah Maroko dalam pemberdayaan perempuan, dengan melibatkan mereka secara riil pada Program Pemberantasan Buta Huruf di masjid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan beberapa orang yang berkaitan dengan Program Pemberantasan Buta Huruf di Maroko dan data kepustakaan. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dan konsep pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai alat membaca data, artikel ini menemukan bahwa upaya pemberdayaan perempuan pemerintah Maroko melalui Kementerian Wakaf dalam Program Pemberantasan Buta Huruf di Masjid, dilakukan dengan melibatkan perempuan sebagai pengajar dan peserta. Tercatat lebih dari tujuh ribu guru dan pengajar, koordinator program serta penasehat pendidikan dari kalangan perempuan terlibat aktif dalam upaya pemberantasan buta huruf di Maroko. Selain diharapkan dapat mengembangkan status sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup individu peserta program dan juga masyarakat, secara konkret program ini menghasilkan mushaf yang ditulis secara bersama-sama oleh 75 ribu perempuan peserta program, yang kemudian diterbitkan dengan nama Al-Mushaf al-Mohammadi min Naskh an-Nisa` al-Mustafidat min Barnamij Muharabah al-Ummiyah fi al-Masajid bi Riwayah Warsy `an Nafi’.

Abstract

This study examines how Islamic awareness influences social media users’ responses to cyberbullying, with a particular focus on individuals with disabilities. The rising cases of cyberbullying targeting vulnerable groups, especially individuals with disabilities, highlight the need for more effective approaches to addressing this negative behavior. In this context, understanding the role of religious values, particularly Islamic teachings, in shaping online behavior becomes crucial. This research aims to explore how Islamic principles such as justice, empathy, and compassion contribute to respectful and supportive responses in online interactions. Using a qualitative approach, 3,869 comments were collected and analyzed from social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The findings reveal a consistent pattern of supportive and empathetic responses, with users often framing their interactions through Islamic teachings, which deters hostile behavior and encourages positive engagement. Compared to previous studies emphasizing regulatory approaches to prevent cyberbullying, this study suggests that internalized religious values may provide a more foundational framework for fostering ethical online conduct. The findings underscore the potential of Islamic awareness as a values-based approach to cyberbullying prevention, offering a culturally resonant solution to complement existing strategies. This study contributes to the field of digital ethics by highlighting the role of religious values in promoting inclusive digital interactions and opens avenues for further research into integrating religious ethics into digital literacy programs.
