Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the student assessment system at Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Nurul Ihsan, located in Desa Pergam. The main issue faced by the institution is that the assessment process is still conducted manually and subjectively, making it difficult to produce objective evaluation results. The SAW algorithm is applied to evaluate students based on five main criteria: Daily Scores, Midterm Test (UTS), Final Test (UAS) which include memorization of prayers, selected verses, short surahs, prayer practice, recitation performance, and attitude as well as attendance. Each criterion is assigned a weight according to its level of importance, followed by normalization and preference value calculation to determine student rankings. The system is implemented on a mobile-based platform using the Laravel and Flutter frameworks. The testing results show that the SAW method produces consistent scores with an accuracy rate of 89.03%, categorized as “Very Good” based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Therefore, the SAW method is proven to be effective in enhancing the objectivity and efficiency of student assessment at TPA Nurul Ihsan.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TBC) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama yang ada di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Bangka. Keterlambatan diagnosis dan keterbatasan dalam akses konsultasi, turut menjadi hambatan dalam menangani kasus ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengembangkan sebuah inovasi sistem cerdas diagnosis dini TBC berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan metode Bernoulli Naive Bayes sebagai algoritma, lengkap dengan fitur Chatbot AI sebagai sarana konsultasi. Sistem ini dirancang agar masyarakat dapat melakukan pemeriksaan mandiri secara cepat dan memperoleh informasi awal melalui Chatbot AI yang interaktif. Uji coba model memperlihatkan bahwa sistem berhasil mencapai akurasi 95,24%, dengan tingkat presisi 100%, dan recall 93,33%. Selanjutnya evaluasi kinerja sistem dilakukan melalui metode Blackbox Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan. Dengan hasil tersebut, sistem ini dinilai mampu mendukung proses deteksi dini TBC secara lebih efektif, sekaligus menyediakan layanan konsultasi awal yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Bangka.

Abstract

The digitization of administration in Islamic boarding schools is an important requirement for improving the effectiveness of academic and financial data management for students. The manual system that was previously used sometimes caused delays in reporting, risks of recording errors, and limited access to information for parents and administrators. Based on these needs, the researcher developed and evaluated a website-based Academic and Financial Information System for students at an Islamic boarding school to support transparency in reporting and ease of access. The system was developed using a prototyping approach utilizing the Laravel framework. The system was tested using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method, which involved 31 respondents as direct users. The UAT instrument consisted of 22 questions covering user-friendliness, user satisfaction, system functionality, and system performance. The test results showed that all aspects received a “very good” rating with the following average percentages: ease of use 88.5%, satisfaction 91.05%, functionality 90.07%, and performance 89.6%. These findings confirm that the system has worked according to the operational needs of the Islamic boarding school, is capable of managing academic, financial, and student savings data in an integrated manner, and supports the involvement of guardians through real-time access to information. Then, the system is considered feasible to implement and has the potential to improve the quality of administrative services in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Toko Perikanan IMA is a shop that is engaged in the sale of fishing equipment in Sungailiat city. To manage store data such as sales data and product stock, Toko Perikanan IMA still uses a manual check by making written in the administration book which makes the owner get difficult. In fact, by managing store data, the owner can choose and make the right decisions. Besides that, marketing and promotion in Toko Perikanan IMA are very restricted and doesn't optimal. Therefore, a management information system is needed to solve the problem of the owner shop. Honestly, with a management information system, can more expect to make it easier for owner shop to manage a store data, both sales data, product data, product stock data, etc. Besides that, is be able to present information about fisheries that is more up to date and can promote the store widely without space and time-limited. The method used in building this system is the waterfall method. This method is used so that the system can be structured and neatly organized. To make a system design the owner uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the programming languages used are PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

Musong is a wholesaler of healthy drinks, especially Bangka wild forest honey located in Bangka Belitung. trading activities are still manual and advertising and promotions are still limited. For that we want a data framework that can develop to promote and cooperate with the exchange of transactions so that it is more effective, fast and simple without being hindered by distance and time. The purpose of this study is to develop a business data framework for a website-based Musong store. Therefore, a CODEIGNITER-BASED MUSONG STORE SYSTEM is planned or known as a Web-based business. This application is designed as simple as possible to make it easier for clients to buy goods at the Musong shop online whenever and wherever without taking up time. The use of the site is relied on to expand the scope of advertising, expand the offering.

Abstract

Laboratory asset management in academic environments is commonly administrative and manual, resulting in low efficiency, accountability, and transparency. This study aims to formulate a digital governance model for laboratory asset management through the application of a web-based information system integrated with QR Code technology and automated notifications. The research method involves system design, real-time asset identification implementation, and user acceptance evaluation using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results indicate that QR Code and notification integration not only improves operational efficiency but also establishes a structured and traceable asset control mechanism. User satisfaction exceeding 90% confirms that the system supports transparency and accountability principles in laboratory asset governance. This study contributes an applied digital governance principle that can be generalized to other institutional asset management contexts.
