Abstract

Pembangunan Sistem informasi pelaporan kerusakan sarana dan prasarana serta pendataan aset dapat memudahankan staff dalam membuat pelaporan untuk akreditasi RSJ Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Selain itu dengan penerapan sistem informasi maka waktu penanganan perbaikan kerusakan lebih cepat dibandingkan pelaporan dengan cara tradisional karena teknisi menerima notifikasi secara langsung apabila adanya informasi kerusakan sarana dan prasarana serta pelapor dan pimpinan dapat memonitoring progres perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh teknisi unit instalasi pemeliharaan sarana rumah sakit (IPSRS). Pada saat pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi diperoleh bahwa seluruh staff di RSJ Provinsi Bangka Belitung dapat mengggunakan sistem ini dengan baik dan mudah sesuai dengan hak akses pengguna sistem. Selain itu terdapat fitur pendataan aset yang dapat membantu staff bmn dan ipsrs dalam melakukan pelaporan dan pencarian data aset. Pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi dilakukan selama lima hari kerja dengan hak akses sebagai admin ipsrs, teknisi, pegawai/pelapor, dan staff bmn.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini yakni menguji pengaruh variabel CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), NPL (Non Pеrforming Loan), BOPO (Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional) terhadap ROA (Return on Assets) baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama pada perusahaan sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan 13 perusahaan yang memiliki laporan keuangan selama periode 2017 sampai dengan 2020 dan memiliki data yang lengkap terkait dengan variabel-variabel yang dibahas. Teknik analisis menggunakan E-Views 12 dengan memilih data model panel (common effect, fixed effect dan random effect) kemudian dilakukan uji data panel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Capital Adequacy Ratio  (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap ROA, sedangkan BOPO berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Return on Assets (ROA). Pada variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Good management in managing correspondence is very necessary for government agencies. In today's digital era, the management of mail administration using an correspondence service system is more effective and efficient than management using conventional methods. Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polman still uses conventional methods in managing mail administration. therefore an e-disposition information system is needed to make it easier to manage mail such as disposition and search for documents that are more efficient in terms of time. The information system can be accessed anywhere, making it easier for campus leaders and officials to make dispositions quickly. In designing this e-disposition information system using the FAST method. At the needs analysis stage using the UML method because the system developed is object-oriented and at the testing stage using the black box testing method. The results of this study that the functional e-disposition system runs well and a comparison of time measurements is obtained that to search and disposition takes less than 1 minute.

Abstract

Aplikasi Re-Tuberis sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan pelayanan tuberkulosis sesuai dengan standar di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Aplikasi Re-Tuberis dibangun dengan menggunakan metode FAST karena proses dalam pembuatan aplikasi yang lebih cepat. Aplikasi Re-Tuberis dapat membantu PMO dan pasien dalam hal kepatuhan penggunaan obat karena PMO dapat memonitoring secara realtime. PMO dapat mengecek kebenaran pasien dalam melakukan aktivitas minum obat serta pada Aplikasi ini terdapat suara notifikasi untuk mengingat pasien agar segera minum obat sesuai jadwal yang telah diberikan oleh PMO. Dari hasil pengujian sistem diperoleh hasil bahwa fungsionalitas sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna

Abstract

This study's goal is to determine if the return on assets (ROA) variable posted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, together with the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and non-performing loans (NPL), are correlated with profitability. The impact of return on assets (ROA) factors on the banking sector is investigated in this study. The research used a data sample of 245 from 49 financial institutions that have continuously fulfilled the necessary data requirements for a minimum of five years. Panel data, testing of panel data, testing of classical assumptions, and multiple regression analysis employing econometric views (E-views 12) are among the chosen analytical techniques. The ROA variable is unaffected by the LDR variable's t-test findings. In a similar vein, the ROA variable is unaffected by the t-test findings for the CAR variable. Moreover, the ROA variable is unaffected by the NPL variable's t-test findings. Nonetheless, the ROA variable is concurrently impacted by the LDR, CAR, and NPL factors.

Abstract

Student affairs at Polman Negeri Babel are divided into Student Activity Units (UKM) and Student Organizations (ORMAWA). Administrative processes such as submitting work programs, accountability reports, and submitting activity proposals are not well structured. There is no data collection for UKM and ORMAWA members, the membership registration process is still conventional and there is a lack of information delivery media. Based on these problems, research was carried out which aimed to build a Management Information System for UKM and ORMAWA at Polman Negeri Babel. The methods used in data collection are observation and interviews. As for the research method used prototype method. The method used to test the system is the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method with black box testing and beta testing techniques. The system built is in accordance with the plan based on the results of black box testing. While the beta testing results obtained a percentage of 88.48%. It can be concluded from this study that the development of the Management Information System for UKM and ORMAWA at Polman Negeri Babel suits user needs and facilitates the administrative process, membership registration, conveying or obtaining information, records logs of activities and membership of UKM and ORMAWA

Abstract

Vehicle license plate detection is a system used to automatically recognize and identify license plates on passing vehicles. This system is useful to assist in managing traffic, reducing crime, and increasing the efficiency of the transportation system. However, in its implementation, license plate detection often encounters difficulties due to variations in shape, color, and lighting conditions. In addition, vehicle license plates are also cut off or distorted in digital images, which can complicate the detection process. To solve these problems, an effective method is needed to identify objects from digital images. This study aims to evaluate and compare the performance of two popular algorithms used for vehicle license plate detection, namely YOLO (You only look once) and RCNN (Region Convolutional Neural network). The performance evaluation of the two algorithms uses the same dataset so that their accuracy can be compared. The results showed that the YOLOv4 algorithm has a higher level of detection accuracy than RCNN with an accuracy of 96% and 87,8%, respectively. Based on these results it can be concluded that YOLOv4 is more suitable for use in vehicle license plate detection applications with prioritized speeds.

Abstract

Cie-Cie Koeraw is an UMKM engaged in the culinary field, namely the sale of brittle products in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This UMKM have difficulty competing with other businesses that have used e-commerce in marketing. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a sales management system for this UMKM with an emphasis on sales and management features to be able to manage buying and selling transactions and reporting. The development method used to develop the intended system is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method consists of 4 phases, namely planning, design, construction, and testing. The testing was carried out using the blackbox testing method which concluded that the system could run properly. In addition, user acceptance testing was also carried out by producing a satisfaction percentage of 82,83% for the ease of use of the system, 82,67% for the benefits of using the system, and 84,67% for the suitability of the system with user requests.

Abstract

One of the largest SMKs in the Bangka Belitung Islands is SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang. At SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang, alumni registration is still done with a Google form that can't be edited in the event of a data collection error, which can make the administration's validation process more difficult. The process of collecting alumni data, therefore, requires a more efficient system. The creation of a SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang alumni data system is the goal of this study. This study used observation, interviews, and data collection about the alumni data collection information system at SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang to collect the data. The waterfall development method is used to create the system. The development of a website-based alumni data information system for SMK Negeri 2 Pangkalpinang that is capable of managing alumni data and assisting the administration in processing alumni data is the outcome of this study. The user satisfaction survey found that 81.2% of respondents agreed that the system works well.

Abstract

The snakehead fish is a type of freshwater fish that is widely cultivated due to its relatively high economic value. Achieving success in snakehead fish farming requires careful planning, effective management, understanding of cultivation techniques, and compliance with regulations and business requirements. However, temperature and pH checks in the fish pond at PT Mahkota Tanah Air are currently conducted manually. The environmental conditions of the pond significantly affect the freshwater fish farming process. Therefore, a modern technology-based detection system is needed to monitor the temperature and pH of the fish pond using the Fuzzy method. Thus, the implementation of this temperature and pH detection monitoring system can assist pond operators in monitoring the temperature and pH of the fish pond. The testing results of the temperature and pH sensors at PT Mahkota Tanah Air show an accuracy rate of 98%, indicating success.
