Abstract

Background: Pengembangan manajemen usaha produk pertanian mencakup berbagai aspek yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan usaha pertanian. salah satu bentuk pengembangan dimaksud adalah manajemen usaha produk pertanian berbasis e-commerce sebagai langkah strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan pemasaran produk pertanian. Program ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mitra dalam pengembangan manajemen usaha berbasis e-commerce sebagai bentuk inovasi baru yang mengadopsi teknologi ke dalam produk pertanian Mitra dari program abdimas ini adalah KWT surya Sembada yang terdiri dari 50 orang anggota dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan pekerjaan yang heterogeny. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini yaitu sosialisasi pemaparan terkait manajemen usaha dan inovasi E-commerce Swasembada Fresh Farm dengan tujuan agar informasi tersampaikan dengan baik kepada peserta kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, kegiatan workshop juga dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, 1) workshop pendampingan produk hasil panen, 2) workshop pengembangan manajemen usaha dan strategi pengembangan usaha, dan 3) workshop pemasaran produk hasil pertanian dengan sistem aplikasi online. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kelompok wanita tani (KWT) Dukuh Plosorejo, Desa Sidoharjo, Kecamatan Pulung, Kabupaten Magetan. Hasil: Hasil dari implementasi program ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman, kompetensi mitra terhadap pengembangan manajemen usaha dan inovasi pemasaran produk melalui penjualan online. Kesimpulan: Dengan demikian sistem e-commerce dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan dan pendapatan mitra.

Abstract

Kadin Ponorogo as the parent organization for entrepreneurs has a role in providing education and training services for Kadin partners. There are some institutions or companies, especially MSMEs in Ponorogo, who do not understand the strategy of writing good correspondence. Therefore, as an effort to overcome this problem, the Ponorogo Chamber of Commerce and Industry in collaboration with the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo held correspondence writing training. The methods used are theory and practice. Theory is an effort to provide valuable understanding of the concept of good correspondence, and is strengthened by practice to find out the extent of understanding of correspondence. As a result, the correspondent learned about good writing strategies by applying strategies such as ATM (Observe Modified Imitation) and the correspondent succeeded in creating examples of good correspondence.

Abstract

General Background: Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership are pivotal elements influencing employee performance in contemporary organizations. Specific Background: However, there is limited empirical evidence on the distinct and combined impacts of these factors in specific organizational contexts. Knowledge Gap: The literature lacks focused studies on how these variables interact to affect employee performance, particularly in Indonesian companies. Aims: This study aims to examine the effect of communication, teamwork, and leadership on employee performance at PT Syncore Indonesia using a quantitative approach. Results: Utilizing SPSS for data analysis, the study found that communication, teamwork, and leadership are positively and significantly correlated with employee performance. Specifically, effective communication enhances task clarity and reduces misunderstandings, improving performance. Good teamwork fosters efficiency and innovation, while supportive leadership boosts motivation and commitment. Novelty: The research contributes novel insights by demonstrating the individual and interactive effects of these variables in a specific organizational setting, thereby filling a gap in the existing literature. Implications: The findings underscore the importance for PT Syncore Indonesia to continuously develop communication strategies, foster teamwork, and implement supportive leadership practices to enhance overall employee performance. This study provides practical implications for management to formulate strategies and policies aimed at improving productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Sebelum melakukan aktivitas produksi di sebuah usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar pasti selalu memperhatikan yang namaya perencanaan produksi. Perencanaan produksi sendiri berperan penting dalam mengatur seberapa besar biaya dan efisiensi yang bisa di hasilkan dalam melakukan aktifitas produksi. Dalam penelitian yang kami usung, kami mengamati sebuah usaha yang masih tergolong kedalam UMKM yang menjual salad buah. Usaha ini dirintis oleh perorangan yang bernama Mbak Nadya yang sudah mendirikan usahanya kurang lebih 1 tahun yang lalu. Alasan kami memilih usaha milik Mbak Nadya adalah karena usahanya yang masih tergolong baru dan tentunya masih banyak kekurangan dari usaha tersebut terutama di bagian perencanaan produksi. Tentunya dalam perencanaan produksi tidak terlepas dari hitung-hitungan dan model matematika yang kami ambil adalah program linear di bagian metode grafis. Dengan menggunakan metode grafis kami bisa memaksimalkan proses produksi dari salat buah Mbak Nadya dengan anggaran yang cukup terbatas yaitu sekitar kurang dari Rp 1.000.000.

Abstract

Goal of the study is to determine how customers' decisions to purchase azarine sunscreen are influenced by online user reviews, perceptions of product quality, and pricing. Therefore, this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors motivating consumer purchase decisions, particularly among students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The respondents are management students from the 2020-2023 cohorts at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, totaling 80 individuals as calculated using the Heir formula. The study's findings show that the variable Online Customer Reviews had no discernible impact on consumers' decisions to buy Azarine sunscreen, while the variables Product Quality and Price Perception have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Azarine sunscreen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence organizational commitment have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah,, work life balance have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah, and workload have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Research variable data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, work life balance does not have a significant effect on performance, workload has a significant effect on performance. The R-Square value shows 70.8%, the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and price value on the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study is Generation Z Ponorogo, who have paid zakat through digital payments, where the number is still being determined. Accidentally, sampling was used and measured using the Hair approach so that 98 respondents were obtained. The data source for this study uses primary data obtained from respondents filling out questionnaires, which are then analyzed using multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 25 software. The study results indicate that facilitating conditions and price value positively affect the intention of Generation Z to pay zakat through digital payments. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence do not affect Generation Z's intention to pay for zakat through digital payments. The results of this study can complement existing theories, especially the effect of facilitating conditions and price value on intention. The results of this study can be used as a reference for zakat management institutions to increase the intention of the community, especially Generation Z, to pay for zakat through digital payments.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah aktivitas dan proses menciptakan, mengkomunikasikan, menyampaikan, dan mempertukarkan tawaran  yang bernilai bagi pelanggan, klien, mitra dan masyarakat umum. Pemasaran adalah kegiatan menyeluruh dan terencana yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan atau institusi dalam melakukan berbagai upaya agar mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah Daya Tarik Wisata, Inovasi Produk Wisata dan Electronic Word Of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali pada Madiun Umbul Square. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Madiun Umbul Square yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Tahapan pengujian yang digunakan meliputi uji instrument, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap hasil uji pada pengaruh Price Discount, Time Pressure, terhadap Impulse Buying dengan Social Presence sebagai variabel Mediasi pada live streaming TikTok Shop. Studi kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan pengumpulan data sekunder melalui media literasi yang terkait dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 1.305 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Menggunakan analisis Direct Effect, Indirect Effect Analysis, dan Mediasi dalam suatu model (uji-t) untuk menguji hipotesis. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat uji software SmartPLS 4.0. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh 100 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo.

Abstract

This research is intended to be able to see partially and simultaneously whether purchasing decisions at Makaronimu Madiun (Dolopo District Outlets) are influenced by social support, product quality, and location. Because at this time in the business world there is always intense competition, so you have to be able to correct those that occur as a result of various problems and be more sensitive in order to maintain and develop your business. The current research applies a quantitative method that uses important information by distributing it to 100 people. The sampling method used by researchers is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. The analysis used in this study applies multiple linear regression analysis through processing the SPSS 26 application. The conclusion of this study shows that the partial test (t) consists of Social Support (X1) = 0.000, Product Quality (X2) = 0.005, and Location (X3) ) = 0.000.
