Abstract

Financial distress is the financial difficulties experience by a company before the company become bankruptcy (Mafiroh, 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine which firms would be predicted financial distress. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. In this study, the population is used 365 companies. The process of collecting samples are using purposive sampling method. The model used to analyze the rate of financial distress is Altman Z-Score Model. The results showed that of the 15 companies that were sampled 5 (five) of them were healthy (>2,99), 2 (two) of them were financial distress (<1,81) and 8 (eight) indicated in grey area (1,81 – 2,99).

Abstract

    Fast traslate Icon translate The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of inflation, 7-Day (reverse) Repo Rate and Rupiah Exchange Rate on the Composite Stock Price Index listed on the IDX. The study population is the entire Stock Price Index in the IDX period August 2016 - December 2019. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method with sample criteria is all JCI data for the period August 2016 - December 2019 on the IDX, and obtained a sample of 41 months. Types of data using quantitative data and data sources using secondary data obtained from Finance.yahoo and www.bi.go.id. The data of this study were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method of time series through the Eviews application version 8. The results showed that the Inflation variable and the BI 7-Day (reverse) Repo Rate variable had a negative and not significant effect on the CSPI, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate had an effect positive and significant effect on the JCI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan seberapa besar pengaruh kerelasian nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Pasar Raya Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana instrumen dari penelitian ini adalah membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah peminjam kredit di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Pasar Raya Kota Padang dangan jumlah populasi sebanyak 997 orang dan dengan jumlah sampel 91 responden. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang telah didapat meliputi uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji total capaian responden, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), uji regresi berganda, uji korelasi dan koefisien determinasi (R²), uji hipotesis melalui uji T dan uji F.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah sedangkan kerelasian nasabah berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Pasar Raya Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran dan kerelasian nasabah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT Bank Nagari Cabang Pasar Raya Kota Padang.

This research method is a quantitative method, with 100 respondents as a sample to collect data through a questionnaire. The Likert scale is used with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the rice field duck restaurant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.
