Abstract

Shopee Indonesia menjadi e-commerce yang menduduki peringkat teratas dalam kategori belanja di PlayStore dan AppStore. Untuk memperluas jaringan bisnisnya, Shopee menciptakan program Shopee Affiliate Program. Di Indonesia affiliate marketing baru ramai dibicarakan pada akhir tahun 2020, saat Shopee merilis Shopee Affiliates Program. Shopee Affiliates Program merupakan kegiatan pemasaran yang menghubungkan Shopee Seller, afiliasi dan pelanggan. Kegiatan pengiklanan para afiliasi tidak terlepas dari digital marketing. Digital marketing yang diterapkan dalam program ini berupa content marketing dan influecer marketing Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi afiliasi dalam Shopee Affiliates Program. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplorasi kualitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian in-depth interview kepada 10 afiliasi dan seorang expert dalam digital merketing mengingat keterbatasan penelitian terdahulu mengenai Affiliates Program. Penelitian ini akan berfokus kepada tiga analisis utama yaitu analisis personal preference seorang afiliasi dalam memilih produk, analisis content marketing dan analisis influencer marketing yang mereka lakukan. Urgensitas dilakukannya penelitian ini karena program afiliasi sudah dilakukan oleh beberapa platform, sementara penelitian mengenai affiliate marketing di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam memilih produk afiliasi mempertimbangkan komisi, reward, dan penilaian pembeli. Selain itu afiliasi juga memilih produk yang mereka pakai dan gunakan. Konten yang populer untuk mengiklankan produk afiliasi adalah konten yang merekomendasikan produk, review produk dan unboxing produk. Selain itu, setiap platform seperti Tiktok, Instagram dan Twitter memiliki perlakuan yang berbeda terkait followers. Sehingga dalam Tiktok akun non-influencer bisa menjangkau lebih banyak audiensi. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi kebaruan dalam ilmu marketing mengenai affiliate marketing. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi implikasi manajerial bagi Shopee, Shopee Seller yang ingin memperluas jangkauan produk dan meningkatkan penjualan serta untuk mereka yang ingin mendaftar menjadi seorang afiliasi Shopee.

Abstract

The wave of Covid-19 has forced the industry to transform so that the products produced can remain competitive in the market. Old products in the period before Covid-19 certainly no longer have the same competitive performance as today, so the industry is required to be able to develop new product innovations that can excel in the market. To be able to produce innovative new products, the industry requires sufficient knowledge. The ability of industries to be able to acquire and implement knowledge is called absorptive capacity. In various previous studies, absorptive capacity has four aspects including acquisition capacity, assimilation capacity, transformation capacity and exploitation capacity. In this article the conceptual framework for the relationship between aspects of absorptive capacity and the performance of new products is presented. We hypothesize that there are interesting correlations between aspects of absorptive capacity and new product development performance.

Abstract

Improving students’ satisfaction to the teaching subjects team of Department of Technology Management ITS Department was assessed using Gap Analysis. The analysis was chosen to find out the expectation and reality that students served to academic service provided by teaching team. Industrial Management, Project Management, and Information Technology Management. Total subjects were 23 pursued by studnt of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th semester. The data processing results show that there were 17 subjects with valid data. Enhancements needed to improve students’ satisfaction are by implementating midterm exam, final exam, and task (presentation) on schedule, giving lecture material according to the expertises, giving clear and understandable lecture material, giving subjects literature, performing objective and transparent assessment, explaining lesson plan, holding lecture on schedule, being able to understand students’ characteristic, being available for discussion outside the class meetings, accepting criticism and suggestion. Abstract

The growing global concern for sustainability in the fashion industry underscores the need for a comprehensive scientific mapping of trends in slow fashion and sustainable consumer behavior. This study employs a quantitative-descriptive bibliometric approach, analyzing 137 scholarly documents published between 2014 and the first quarter of 2025. The analysis utilizes Biblioshiny to generate descriptive statistics and thematic maps, while VOSviewer is used to visualize keyword co-occurrence networks and author collaborations. The results reveal a significant annual growth in publications, dominated by themes such as sustainability, consumer behavior, and the fashion industry. The United States emerges as the most prolific contributor, with the Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management being the primary source of publications. Keyword mapping highlights major thematic clusters related to ethical consumption, circular economy, and purchase intention. The thematic map positions slow fashion as an emerging yet underdeveloped theme with considerable academic potential. This study emphasizes the importance of adopting a more holistic perspective by integrating qualitative methods, expanding geographic contexts to include the Global South, and exploring the role of digital technologies and social dynamics in driving more equitable and sustainable fashion consumption behavior.

Abstract

The UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target Universal Health Coverage (UHC) to ensure equitable access to health without financial burden. The National Health Insurance Program-Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN-KIS) by BPJS Kesehatan seeks to meet the health needs of the Indonesian people, especially vulnerable groups, including in East Java, which faces many cases of catastrophic diseases. This study aims to analyse the impact of the quality of referral health services and the efficiency of insurance administration on the satisfaction and quality of life of catastrophic patients in East Java. This study uses a positivist quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based Cross-Sectional design to collect data from outpatient catastrophic patients in East Java. Two hundred sixty-three responses were analysed using the PLS-SEM technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software to test hypotheses regarding the quality of referral services, insurance administration, patient satisfaction, and quality of life. The results showed that the ease of JKN-KIS administration significantly affected participant satisfaction, corroborating previous findings regarding the importance of easy access and simple administrative procedures in increasing the positive perception of services. In addition, the quality of referral health facility services also increases satisfaction, especially in meeting the care needs of catastrophic patients. Satisfaction with JKN-KIS also significantly impacts patients' quality of life, improving their physical health, emotional stability, and social satisfaction. These findings encourage optimising JKN-KIS services through digitisation and improving the quality of special services for catastrophic patients to maintain participant satisfaction and trust

Abstract

The healthcare sector faces critical challenges, including climate change, rising healthcare demands, and resource inefficiencies, making sustainability a priority. This study investigates the integration of sustainable practices and green marketing within the healthcare sector using a bibliometric analysis of 194 journal articles published from 2015 to 2024. Key research questions explore evolving trends, thematic areas, and gaps in the literature to address sustainability issues. The study employs a rigorous five-phase bibliometric methodology, utilizing Scopus database data and tools like Bibliometrix and VOSViewer to identify key themes and relationships. The research demonstrates an annual growth rate of 56.24%, reflecting the rising global attention to sustainability in healthcare. Key journals, such as Sustainability and Journal of Cleaner Production, are identified as prominent platforms, while China and India lead in research contributions. Descriptive statistics reveal an average of 26.18 citations per article, with 43.3% involving international collaborations. The co-occurrence analysis identifies six clusters focusing on environmental sustainability, CSR, green supply chains, economic performance, green HR, and green product innovation in healthcare. The thematic analysis highlights the convergence of sustainability principles, operational efficiency, and green marketing strategies in addressing healthcare challenges. Central themes include Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), and frugal innovation. Notably, GSCM practices, such as eco-design and waste management, are pivotal in mitigating the healthcare sector's environmental footprint. The study also emphasizes the role of emerging technologies like AI and IoT in optimizing sustainable operations. While significant progress has been made, gaps remain in integrating green practices with marketing strategies and assessing long-term impacts. Future direction should focus on adopting innovative technologies, developing targeted green marketing campaigns, and addressing challenges in resource-limited healthcare systems. This research contributes to improving operational efficiency, reducing carbon footprints, and enhancing patient satisfaction through sustainable practices and green marketing strategies.

Abstract

The growing importance of sustainability in the global tourism industry has led to a surge of research exploring how marketing contributes to sustainable destination development. This study aims to analyze the evolution, trends, and emerging themes in sustainable tourism marketing from 2015 to 2025. Using data retrieved from 305 Scopus database, a bibliometric analysis was conducted through performance analysis and science mapping (keyword co-occurrence and bibliographic coupling) using VOSviewer software. The findings reveal a steady growth of publications over the last decade, with major contributions originating from the United Kingdom, Poland, China, and Spain. The most influential journals include Sustainability (Switzerland), Journal of Sustainable Tourism, and Tourism Management Perspectives. Four dominant thematic clusters were identified: environmental and cultural sustainability, marketing and communication strategies, community-based governance, and post-pandemic behavioral adaptation. These findings indicate that sustainable tourism marketing has evolved into an interdisciplinary research domain bridging sustainability, consumer behavior, and destination branding. This study provides an integrated overview of the intellectual structure of sustainable tourism marketing, serving as a reference for academics, policymakers, and practitioners in designing evidence-based and competitive sustainability strategies.

Latar belakang: Tantangan global abad ke-21, terutama terkait keberlanjutan, semakin mendesak dengan meningkatnya konsumsi sumber daya alam dan ketimpangan sosial. Salah satu Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG) yang penting adalah "Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan yang Baik," yang menjadi prioritas selama pandemi COVID-19. Transformasi digital melalui Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) disruptif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang adil bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan ilmiah dalam integrasi teknologi maju untuk mendukung sistem kesehatan nasional yang berkelanjutan belum banyak dikaji. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi digital 5.0 dalam mendukung tujuan SDGs Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan Berkelanjutan serta menganalisis integrasi teknologi digital dalam sistem kesehatan yang lebih inklusif dan efisien. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan sistematis untuk menganalisis integrasi transformasi digital 5.0 dalam sistem kesehatan berkelanjutan. Hasil: Studi ini menyoroti transformasi signifikan yang dihadirkan oleh Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, Big Data, robotika medis, dan metaverse. AI meningkatkan efisiensi dalam diagnosis dan perawatan, IoT memungkinkan pemantauan kesehatan secara real-time, sementara blockchain menjamin keamanan data medis. Big Data mendukung analisis epidemiologi, robotika mempercepat prosedur medis, dan metaverse menawarkan pelatihan interaktif bagi tenaga kesehatan. Integrasi ICT 5.0 dalam sistem kesehatan di Indonesia membuka peluang untuk pengembangan e-Health yang lebih efisien dan inklusif, meningkatkan akses serta kualitas layanan, mendukung universal health coverage (UHC), dan membantu pencapaian SDGs. Kesimpulan: Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan digital dan keterbatasan infrastruktur, kolaborasi lintas sektor diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan integrasi ICT dalam sistem kesehatan nasional. Digitalisasi layanan kesehatan tidak hanya berpotensi mengurangi kesenjangan sosial dan dampak ekologis, tetapi juga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dengan demikian, transformasi digital 5.0 dapat membantu Indonesia menciptakan sistem kesehatan yang berkelanjutan serta memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to map and analyze the scientific development of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) research and its relationship with brand equity within the fields of business, management, and accounting. Methodology – A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 175 peer-reviewed articles indexed in the Scopus database published between 1996 and 2023. The study applies performance analysis and science mapping techniques, utilizing VOSviewer to identify influential authors, documents, journals, and thematic research clusters in the IMC–branding literature. Findings – The results reveal that Keller (2009) and Schultz emerge as the most influential contributors in the IMC research landscape. The thematic mapping indicates that recent research trends emphasize the integration of social media and message consistency as critical elements of effective IMC strategies in building brand equity. The analysis also shows a growing interdisciplinary orientation and increasing academic interest in digital communication channels. Originality – This study offers a comprehensive bibliometric overview of IMC and branding research over nearly three decades, highlighting intellectual structures, influential contributors, and emerging themes. It contributes to the literature by systematically synthesizing the evolution of IMC scholarship and identifying future research directions relevant to both academics and practitioners. Practical implications – The findings provide valuable insights for marketing practitioners and brand managers in designing cohesive IMC strategies, particularly in leveraging digital and social media platforms to enhance brand equity through consistent messaging.
