Abstract

Community service focus on training translation skill for our people or the translator in Indonesia which become from difference background (province and culture). The purposes of conducting of community service by online to Improvement knowledge, each share one to other participants and also the keynote speaker. Community service method used Training because the servant used some of sequence event likes: gives materials, Question and answer session, Quiz and Evaluation. by conducting Training Translation skill by online many participants are more understanding about how to good translation, more confidence while doing translation and participants suggested that there should be online and scheduled translation classes facilitated by the ngampooz platform

Abstract

Surat merupakan salah satu media komunikasi tertulis yang digunakan dalam berinteraksi. Dalam penulisan surat khususnya surat dinas bukan hanya sekadar isi surat saja yang harus diperhatikan, melainkan aspek pendukung lainnya juga harus diperhatikan, seperti bentuk surat dan redaksi surat berkenaan dengan penggunaan diksi, ejaan, dan kalimat efektif. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan surat dinas dilakukan Kantor Kelurahan Susunan Baru, Tanjung Karang Barat, Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti oleh seluruh staf dan karyawan kelurahan susunan baru. Pelatihan surat dinas dilakukan bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengetahuan dalam menulis surat dinas / surat resmi yang baik dan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalan ceramah dalam penyampaian materi. Selain itu, juga menggunakan metode diskusi untuk tanya jawab setelah para peserta menerima materi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu: (1) persiapan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan mulai dari pengetahuan dan praktik dalam membuat surat dinas sesuai dengan aturan standar baku penulisan surat dinas/resmi.

Abstract

Tempeh is an original traditional food from Indonesia which is a cultural heritage of the noble culture of the Indonesian nation. Tempeh is a super food or food that is rich in nutrients. Tempeh innovation can be used as a variety of food that can increase the economic value of the community. Partners' problems include the lack of community skills on how to process tempeh into various kinds of foods that are attractive and have high nutritional value. The solution offered is to provide education and training on the skills of making various processed tempeh products, one of which is making tempeh chips. Community service activities are carried out with four stages of activities, namely identification, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Identification of the problems faced, preparatory activities include taking care of permits, the implementation of activities includes training in making tempeh chips as an effort to innovate products and demonstrations of making tempeh chips. Participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training until it was finished. The training on making tempeh chips as an effort to innovate products runs smoothly, can improve the community's economy and participants follow.

Abstract

Sustainable village development requires an integrated approach between strengthening the productive sector and meeting the basic needs of the community. Munjuk Sempurna Village, South Lampung Regency, has great potential in the agricultural sector and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly the local food-based snack industry. However, the development of these two sectors still faces major obstacles in the form of limited access to irrigation water and weak MSME business capacity. This article aims to examine the integration of borehole development as a source of irrigation water for rice fields with the development of rengginang MSMEs as a strategy to improve the welfare of the village community. The methods used include field surveys, observations, interviews with farmers and MSME actors, and documentation of activities. The results of the activities show that the construction of bore wells can increase planting intensity and agricultural productivity, while strengthening local food-based MSMEs has the potential to increase household income. The integration of these two programs contributes to improving food security, empowering the community economically, and promoting village independence.

Abstract

Community-based infrastructure development is a participatory approach that encourages active community involvement in the planning, implementation, and supervision of development. However, the success of this approach is highly dependent on the competence of the human resources involved. This community service activity aims to improve the technical and managerial competence of human resources in managing village-scale infrastructure development. The implementation methods include needs identification, simple construction technical training, project human resource management training, assistance in preparing the Budget Plan (RAB), and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of technical planning, quality control, labor management, and budget management transparency. This competency strengthening has resulted in increased effectiveness and quality of self-reliant development implementation. This activity has practical implications in the form of an integrated training model combining civil engineering and human resource management approaches that can be replicated in other regions to support participatory, accountable, and sustainable village development.
