Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in building an adaptive society in the 21st-century globalization era. The learning paradigm has shifted from a teacher-centered to a student-centered approach, emphasizing critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative skills development. Technological limitations hinder the attainment of these skills, hence it is imperative for educators to leverage technology to foster innovative and engaging learning environments. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of education at SMK Negeri 1 Cileungsi through the implementation of digital modules, preparing students for 21st-century education. Proposed methods include: 1) Socialization of 21st-century learning approaches to educators and students; 2) Intensive training in digital module usage; and 3) Provision and training on audio-visual learning material production tools as engaging and interactive learning resources. The outcomes of this community engagement initiative encompass improved understanding of 21st-century learning concepts among educators, staff, and students. Teachers will be able to integrate digital modules into the curriculum, while students will actively engage with captivating audio-visual materials. Regular evaluations will ensure implementation effectiveness and measure academic progress and students' skills in tackling modern learning challenges. Additionally, feedback from school representatives suggests extending these activities to other departments beyond Computer Networking Engineering. In conclusion, the adoption of digital modules and audio-visual materials enhances learning enthusiasm by providing adaptive learning tailored to student needs. Recommendations for enhancing school technology infrastructure and sustainably evaluating programs aim to enrich future learning experiences.

Abstract

PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara adalah perusahaan jasa perjalanan dan wisata yang terus mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek manajerial untuk memajukan bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan sistem manajemen efisien, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi ekonomi yang memengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Kesimpulannya, dengan pengembangan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kecap Cap Korma Jaya Utama Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kompensasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan sistem kompensasi agar produktivitas karyawan semakin optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman konsumen dan reputasi merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk fashion di aplikasi Shopee pada masyarakat Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini didasarkan pada maraknya penggunaan aplikasi Shopee sebagai platform belanja online, khususnya untuk produk fashion yang banyak diminati masyarakat urban. Pengalaman konsumen dan reputasi merek menjadi dua faktor penting yang diyakini dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen dalam berbelanja secara daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Depok dan pernah membeli produk fashion melalui aplikasi Shopee. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pengalaman konsumen maupun reputasi merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman yang baik dan reputasi merek yang kuat dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dalam berbelanja produk fashion di aplikasi Shopee pada masyarakat Kota Depok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) dan kompetensi digital terhadap kemampuan bersaing UMKM di Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 100 pelaku UMKM. Instrumen dikembangkan dari indikator-indikator yang telah divalidasi dalam penelitian terdahulu. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green HRM berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sedangkan Kompetensi Digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh bersama-sama yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap kemampuan bersaing UMKM. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,578 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 57,8% variasi kemampuan bersaing. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi strategi manajemen SDM berbasis lingkungan dan penguatan kapabilitas digital dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin dinamis.

Abstract

The digital transformation era has significantly changed consumer behavior, demanding faster, more responsive, and accessible services. In response to these shifts, this community service program was conducted in the form of an educational seminar entitled "Optimizing Customer Service and Digital Marketing for Handmade MSMEs in Depok." This initiative aimed to enhance MSME actors’ understanding and skills in customer service and digital marketing through participatory methods combining lectures, interactive discussions, and practical training. The program was carried out by a team of management students at Jakarta Global University and involved selected handmade MSME participants. During the seminar, participants were equipped with knowledge about effective customer service strategies and the use of digital platforms such as Capcut, Instagram, and online marketplaces. The results showed increased participant awareness, improved ability to create promotional content, and readiness to apply digital marketing in their businesses. This initiative demonstrates the strategic role of higher education institutions in bridging theory and practice, while empowering MSMEs to become more competitive in the digital economy.

Abstract

The laundry service MSME sector in Depok City faces significant challenges in the form of intense competition and reliance on conventional marketing methods, resulting in low visibility in the digital era. The objective of this community service activity is to improve the digital literacy and branding skills of laundry MSME operators in the Beji area to Grand Depok City. The implementation method uses a participatory-educational approach that includes three stages: pre-implementation (survey and needs identification), implementation (strategic seminars and hands-on workshops), and evaluation. The results of the activity show that through education on digital marketing strategies, customer complaint management using the LEARN method, and practical video editing training using the CapCut application, participants are able to transform their business identity to be more professional. The success of this program is marked by increased competence of participants in optimizing Instagram Business accounts and producing creative, aesthetic content. Strengthening digital literacy and visual skills has proven to be key for laundry MSMEs in building brand awareness and maintaining customer loyalty sustainably amidst the dynamics of the modern market.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java. This is based on the problem of several complaints by patients regarding the quality of existing services. In this study, the unit of analysis was patients at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, the population included were all patients at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Provincial Government, from January 2021 to March 2021, a total of 1,658 patients. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling and the number of samples is 94 people. Based on the results, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Province with an effect of 33.98% and a regression function of Y = 14.080 + 0.555 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency affect worker productivity. This study's design, which takes a quantitative approach, combines associative and descriptive research techniques. The sample used in this study consisted of 70 respondents who were drawn from the whole workforce at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency using complete sampling or census methodologies. To test the analysis in this study, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression were used in conjunction with instrument validity tests, instrument reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence. According to the findings of previous research, incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul fishing in the Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, with the remaining 45.9% influenced by variables other than incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, and others.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have experienced positive developments over time, MSME players also produce a variety of products. To determine the effect of competitive advantage on the performance of MSMEs in Sukmajaya District. To find out whether HR Management strategies and competitive advantage have affected the performance of MSMEs in Sukmajaya District, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics for MSMEs in Sukmajaya District, there will be a decline in 2022 - 2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The quantitative approach can be explained as a research method based on positivism philosophy. This method is used as a research tool on a certain population or sample. This research shows that HR management strategies have a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in Sukmajaya District. MSME performance also has a positive impact on HR Management strategies. Together, HR Management strategy and competitive advantage have a significant effect on MSME performance. Implications for business actors: this research provides direction for effective management regarding HRM strategy and competitive advantage. HR Management Strategy and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Sukmajaya District, with a significance value of 0.000 and 0.000 0.05. The linear regression results show that the Adjusted R² is 0.876, which means that 87,6% of the MSME performance variables are explained by these two variables. The F test shows F count (81,632) F table 3.130, strengthening the positive and significant influence of these two variables on performance.
