Abstract

This research has two purpose. First purpose to identify any kind of risk that appeared from bank activity on PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung. Second purpose to know appliance of risk management for minimizing Non Performing Loan– NPL on one of their product, Kredit of Bank Lampung. The result of identifying the risk show that the risk which appeared from bank activity PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung are credit risk, operational risk, and reputation risk. Credit risk are focus of this research. Risk credit appear on the form No Performing Loan that caused by several factor, that is internal, external, and other factor. To minimiz ecredit risk, PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung has applying good risk management and provesuccesfully minimizing Non Performing Loan. The success of PT. Bank Lampung KC Bandar Lampung can be proven from NPL ratio that not exceed Bank Indonesia’s regulation no more than 5% and Bank Lampung Central Office’sregulation, no morethan 3%.

Abstract

The research conducted ascertains how location, product quality, and price affect consumer satisfaction in traditional markets in West Tulang Bawang Regency. To collect data for this study, questionnaires or a number of statements were presented to a total of 100 respondents. Respondents were taken from traditional market visitors in Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. Data processing uses SPSS version 25. The results of the research location do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and price also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of service at Rest Area 49A Bakauheni Palembang Toll Road and analyze the efforts made by the Rest Area owner to improve service quality, with the hope of stimulating consumer interest in stopping by. The research method applied is qualitative with an interview approach. The theoretical basis used includes aspects of marketing management, service quality, and interest in visiting rest areas. The research results show that the quality of service at Rest Area 49A includes extensive facilities, such as parking lots, worship facilities, and clean and comfortable food stalls. The services provided by employees include quick response to customer complaints, attention to customer needs, as well as friendly, polite, and polite service. In terms of security guarantees, the Rest Area protects its visitors. Rest Area owners make various efforts to improve service quality, including increasing security, increasing comfort, and improving facilities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Ganjar Asri, Kota Metro melalui pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian, termasuk persiapan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan yang melibatkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri. Pelatihan difokuskan pada aspek pembuatan laporan keuangan, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep dasar akuntansi, pengelolaan data transaksi, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman para pelaku UMKM terkait laporan keuangan. Mereka mampu menerapkan pengetahuan baru mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat dan relevan. Dengan meningkatnya kapabilitas keuangan, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri dapat meningkatkan daya saing, mendapatkan akses lebih besar ke sumber pembiayaan, dan mencapai pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal melalui penguatan aspek keuangan pada tingkat UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the influence of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on credit risk in the use of PayLater services among students. This research employs a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with a sample of 91 students. This analysis states that financial literacy has a significant inverse relationship with credit risk, which means that increased financial literacy results in a decrease in credit risk levels when using pay later. Additionally, financial self-efficacy also has an inverse relationship with risky credit behavior, indicating that self-confidence in managing finances can reduce risky credit behavior. This research implies that efforts to improve financial literacy and strengthen financial self-efficacy need to be undertaken, especially among students, in order to minimize the detrimental impacts of risky credit behavior in the use of pay later.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the efficiency of financial management in micro, small and medium businesses carried out by micro, small and medium angkringan businesses on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung. The research was carried out using descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques refer to the methods used to collect information or data required in a research or project. The data analysis technique used for this research is qualitative descriptive analysis, with the following analysis stages: inductive and descriptive analysis. The results of the research are that it is known that micro, small and medium enterprises on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung feel that they do not need a good planning, recording, reporting and management process in accordance with SAK for micro, small and medium enterprises even though they are aware that deficiencies in their financial management practices cause profit results.  This is because the goal that micro, small and medium business actors on Jalan Teuku Umar Kedaton Bandar Lampung have in running their business is to fulfill their daily needs so that without these four processes the business goal can be achieved. Business expansion is something they have never thought about, therefore training is needed to provide micro, small and medium business entrepreneurs with a more personal understanding regarding good financial management. The process of borrowing capital from banks carried out by informants does not require business financial reports because the files used to obtain loan funds are from personal assets as collateral (land/house certificates). Capital loans are made when micro, small and medium enterprises want to open a business first, not to expand, because not all angkringan businesses have been passed down from generation to generation. This causes micro, small and medium enterprises to increasingly lack the motivation to make careful planning, careful record keeping, financial reports and overall good control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan Inovasi terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel berjumlah 30 responden.Teknik Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan inovasi sebagai variable bebas,sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keberhasilan usaha.Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM, sedangkan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM.Secara bersama-sama pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan inovasi berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha di peternakan lele di desa batuliman indah.Lalu terdapat pengaruh antara engetahuan kewirausahaan (X1) inovasi (X2) dan keberhasilan usaha UMKM (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan COBIT 2019 dengan studi kasus pada MMS Helpdesk Sistem (MHS) yang diterapkan di PT. Megarap Mitra Solusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada PT. Megarap Mitra Solusi saat ini berada pada level 1 Namun, perusahaan memiliki harapan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan menjadi level 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat Gap 2 antara tingkat kematangan saat ini dan harapan tingkat kematangan. Gap ini terlihat pada beberapa aspek tata kelola teknologi informasi seperti dibutuhkan desain sistem manajemen pengelolaan TI pada MMS Helpdesk Sistem agar mencapai target tata kelola yang selaras dengan tujuan organisasi, sehingga perusahaan disarankan melakukan evaluasi tata kelola TI pada MHS dan membuat project proposal desain tata kelola TI pada Sistem Informasi agar output dapat mencapai target tata kelola TI dan tujuan yang diharapkan perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar PT. Megarap Mitra Solusi melakukan beberapa perbaikan dan pengembangan untuk mencapai harapan tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada level 3. Perbaikan dan pengembangan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan review terhadap kebijakan, prosedur, dan praktik tata kelola teknologi informasi saat ini, mengadopsi best practice COBIT 2019, serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan karyawan dalam hal tata kelola teknologi informasi. Dengan melakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan ini, diharapkan PT. Megarap Mitra Solusi dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan keberhasilan bisnis melalui penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang matang dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how operational management is implemented at PT. Aneka Usaha Tanggamus Jaya Wayku Tanggamus in company activities in the production of bottled drinking water (AMDK). Qualitative descriptive research techniques are used by researchers by analyzing operational management through project management, forecasting management, design of goods and services, managing quality, inventory management, and supply chain management using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, namely, data reduction, data display, and concluding drawing, the results found from this research are: In the implementation of operational management PT AUTJ Wayku Tanggamus has implemented project management in the production process and formed company SOPs, in forecasting management PT AUTJ Wayku Tanggamus uses a type of forecasting, namely demand forecasting, in section design gods and services collaborate with external parties in product design and provide services to business partners, partners and customers as outlined in the SOP, Managing Quality which is implemented in quality control is not only carried out alone but in collaboration with local laboratories to carry out quality control PT.AUTJ Wayku Tanggamus established a water reservoir or raw material inventory that is very good and is considered to have very little chance of being contaminated by foreign substances that can damage water quality, and for finished products the company applies.

Abstract

To support business growth and continuity, it is important to understand the influence of competitive advantage through product innovation and product quality. This research uses quantitative methods to explore competitive advantage which is influenced by product innovation and product quality implemented by IGI Restaurant. In this research, data was collected through surveys and statistical analysis to identify the relationship between product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage. The results of the quantitative analysis show that the innovation and product quality of IGI Restaurant have a positive impact on achieving competitive advantage with the regression coefficient value of product innovation on competitive advantage has a positive value. The regression coefficient value of the product quality variable on competitive advantage also has a positive value. This research provides strong quantitative support for the effectiveness of achieving competitive advantage through product innovation and product quality implemented by IGI Restaurant. These findings can be a basis for other culinary business players to make decisions in developing product innovation and product quality.
