Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada temuan adanya ketidaksesuaian latar belakang pendidikan beberapa pengajar dengan bidang yang diajarkan serta kondisi pengajar yang menangani lebih dari satu mata pelajaran. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran dan mutu pendidik di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan melibatkan satu supervisor dan sembilan guru sebagai informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi untuk memastikan keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran MSDM di CLC Lampung dilaksanakan melalui fungsi perencanaan, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta pemberian kompensasi. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan cabang dan standar kualifikasi minimal sarjana, meskipun tidak selalu linier dengan bidang ajar, karena didukung oleh program pelatihan internal. Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi menekankan pada sikap, kemampuan komunikasi, dan kesiapan mengikuti pelatihan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan dilakukan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru. Selain itu, pemberian kompensasi dan evaluasi kinerja menjadi faktor pendukung dalam menjaga motivasi dan kinerja pendidik. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan fungsi MSDM yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidik di Clover Leaf Course Lampung, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam penyesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dan pembagian beban mengajar.

Abstract

The performance of civil servants is a key determinant of the effectiveness and success of public sector organizations in carrying out their duties and functions. In election supervisory institutions such as the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu), civil servant performance plays a crucial role due to the complexity of tasks, high demands for professionalism, and work pressures that arise throughout the electoral process. In practice, civil servant performance is influenced not only by individual capabilities but also by organizational factors that shape employees’ attitudes and work behavior. Several organizational factors are assumed to influence civil servant performance, including transformational leadership, work discipline, and the work environment. Transformational leadership emphasizes the ability of leaders to provide role models, motivate, and inspire subordinates to perform optimally. Work discipline reflects the level of compliance of civil servants with applicable rules, procedures, and work standards. Meanwhile, a safe, comfortable, and conducive work environment is believed to create working conditions that support employee morale and productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and the work environment on the performance of civil servants at the Election Supervisory Board of Pesawaran Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This research is expected to provide empirical insights into organizational factors that contribute to improving civil servant performance in regional election supervisory institutions. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population and sample consisted of all civil servants at the Election Supervisory Board of Pesawaran Regency, totaling 18 respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Prior to regression analysis, the data were tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions to ensure the adequacy of the research model. The results indicate that, partially, transformational leadership does not have a significant effect on civil servant performance. In contrast, work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work discipline, and the work environment have a significant influence on civil servant performance at the Election Supervisory Board of Pesawaran Regency. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that improving civil servant performance in the Election Supervisory Board of Pesawaran Regency is more effectively achieved through strengthening work discipline and creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive work environment.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effects of online customer reviews, E-promotion, and perceived ease of use on the purchase intention of cosmetic products on the Shopee Live platform. Research Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables and confirm hypotheses that have been formulated based on previous theories and findings. The study population was composed of all potential buyers of cosmetics during live shopping on Shopee, the exact number of which is still unknown. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique, more precisely purposive sampling. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula so that the final number of respondents was 100. Results: The results of the study stated that online customer reviews, E-promotion, and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. Conclusions: This study concludes that businesses should manage customer reviews well, design effective promotions, and ensure ease of navigation and transactions to increase consumer buying intent. Limitations: Although the observations show a relationship between online customer reviews, E-promotion, and perceived ease of use on purchase intention, this study has limitations because it only focuses on correlational relationships and does not directly examine causality relationships or other factors that may influence customer purchase intention. Contributions: The present study contributes to cosmetic businesses by optimizing digital strategies through the live shopping feature to increase consumer interaction and purchase intention.
