Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is a form of Tri Dharma college activity.As an academic, the lecturer of accounting study Program S1 of Pamulang University strives to implement Tri Dharma colleges by organizing community service activities (PKM).The implementation of community service lasts for 3 days. The purpose of this community devotion is to provide understanding to the individual/small and medium entrepreneurs in the South Tangerang community Berkibar about practical and simple knowledge of management of financial management In accordance with the principles of financial management.The method of study used is a classical method with discussion/question and simulation approach with the intent that the material can be received by the participants well.Guidance/consultation is done either through one last meeting session with the participant, or over the phone.The results of this dedication demonstrate with the training that participants have the knowledge and insight as a small businessman who manages to manage the finances and also able to seek opportunities and sustainable knowledge.Keywords: management; financial; small and medium industries

Abstract

The purpose of community dedication activities conducted by the Faculty of Economics lecturer of Pamulang University is to provide knowledge and understanding related to the marketing of goods/services both online and conventionally (offline) For small and medium enterprises of agriculture (SME-P).The direct benefit of this community service is to add knowledge, skills, and experience to business owners regarding the utilization of activities in marketing to increase sales volume. Derivative benefits are expected, can make the SMES-P to feel better welfare and increase the competitiveness of the business along with increasing aspects of the cognition and skill of the business actors.This community service is implemented in the form of training with material giving and practice of digital marketing utilization as a means of marketing.The training was held for 3 days, the target audience of community service activities is a small and medium enterprises who belong to the SME-agriculture community amounting to 27 -36 people.The methods of activities used in the devotion to the community are methods of lectures, practices, questions and answers and discussions.The analytical technique is done by observing the cognition and skills of the trainees by assessing the results of the pre test and post test of the trainees.  Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pamulang adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait pemasaran barang/ jasa baik secara online maupun secara konvensional (offline) bagi para pelaku usaha kecil menengah pertanian (UKM-P). Manfaat langsung dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah sebagai tambahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman kepada pemilik usaha terkait pemanfaatan kegiatan dalam pemasaran untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan. Manfaat turunan diharapkan, dapat menjadikan para pelaku UKM-P mampu merasakan kesejahteraan lebih baik serta meningkatnya daya saing usaha seiring dengan meningkatnya aspek kognisi dan skill para pelaku usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dengan pemberian materi dan praktik pemanfaatan digital marketing sebagai sarana pemasaran. Pelatihan diselenggarakan selama 3 hari, Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaku usaha kecil menengah yang tergabung dalam komunitas UKM-Pertanian berjumlah 27 -36 orang. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah, praktik, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan observasi aspek kognisi dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dengan menilai hasil pre test dan post test peserta pelatihan.
