The shifting in management style that prioritize the design of teams work within the company, requiring for specific approaches in managing the team. The requirement will makes the TeamPerformance Management as one of the most rational approach in order to optimize the role andperformance of the team, and to support the achievement of objectives and to increase the enterprisescompetitiveness in global business era today. Team Performance Management is continuous processof communication in a partnership between the manager and the managed team. It is embodiedthrough three phases i.e. planning and team performance agreement phase, continuousperformances communication and team performance evaluation meeting. That three phases willmark the implementation of Team Performance Management in each companies and affirmexplicitly the importance of communication as a main determinant. The purpose of this study is to describe tourism development strategies in increasing visits to theMount Fatuleu Nature Tourism object. Research types used are Qualitative Descriptive Research,Where researchers intend to describe existing phenomena by analyzing and presenting systematicfacts to facilitate understanding and withdrawal conclusions. By using Qualitative Methods thenthe data obtained will be more complete, more profound, credible, and meaningful, so the researchobjectives can be achieved. The population in this study included all those who knew and hadvisited Mount Fatuleu Tourism Object in Kupang Regency. In this study, the sample wasadjusted to Roscoe's theory (in Sugiyono, 2007), that the sample size that was feasible in the studywas at least 30 to 500. In this study the method used to analyze was descriptive analysis method toanswer the driving and inhibiting factors development of the Gunung Fatuleu Tourism Object inKupang Regency. The research method used is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees of PT. Kupang Area PLN. The number of samples taken was 43 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of independent variables Leadership Style and motivation on employee performance dependent variables that are processed using a computer program spss for window. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that hypothesis testing proves that partially variable leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kupang Area PLN, while the motivation variable does not affect employee performance. Simultaneous testing shows that the independent variable Leadership Style and motivation affect employee performance. Kupang Area PLN. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation and Performance

The research method is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees. The number of samples taken was 35 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of the independent variable Situational Leadership Style on the dependent variable Employee Productivity that is processed using a computer program SPSS for Window. The results of Simple Linear Regression analysis show that the hypothesis testing proves that the Situational Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in PDAM Kota Kupang, it means the higher the Situational Leadership Style, the higher Employee Productivity. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of queue service and to find solutions to overcoming queues at Liliba gas station. This study using the observation method. Based on the observation data obtained and then set up a calculation of the observed system. The data analysis method uses multiple line queue models (Single Channel – Multi Phase). Data in the analysis is descriptively quantitative and qualitative. The results derived from such calculations are noticeable that there is a queue in the afternoon. So that the solution is given that in the period of busy time or at the time there is a long queue, companies should divert motorcycle customers to the car line if on the car line there is no queue, so it can improve efficiency of service at Liliba gas station. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan observasi serta wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada para pengemudi Grab Bike di kota Kupang dengan sampel sebanyak 83 pengemudi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengemudi Grab Bike di kota Kupang. Temuan tersebut dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi manajemen Grab di Kota Kupang agar dapat menigkatkan program insentif bagi para pengemudi sehingga dapat mendorong pengemudi untuk berkinerja baik.

Isu dan fenomena konkrit tentang keberadaan BUMDES Di Kecamatan Laenmanen ialah: kondisi tempat usaha yang memprihatikan, belum ada pemetaan potensi ekonomi di Desa yang dapat dikembangkan oleh BUMDES, keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial pada tingkat pengelola dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan, kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk melakukan menyusun rencana bisnis BUMDES di kecamatan Laenmanen, pemetaan potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan BUMDES, untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDES untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan; dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Desa dan mitra bisnis dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang eksistensi BUMDes serta bagaimana cara pengelolaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terutama para pengurus BUMDES tentang bagaimana melakukan pembukuan. Rencana pendampingan akan dilakukan selama 3 bulan dalam hal pembukuan, identifikasi dan pemetaan potensi desa, dll

The sample in this study was taken using the total sample technique where the entire population was sampled with a total of 43 respondents. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh dari bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat dan promosi) secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Buku Suci Kupang. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja pada Toko Buku Suci Kupang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik accidental sampling Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik Analisis data pada peneliaan ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga, tempat dan promosi berpengaruh signifiakan terhadap leputusan pembelian pada Toko Buku Suci Kupang. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Buku Suci Kupang. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan Pembelian
