Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemikiran kewirausahaan dan pengalaman suksesor terhadapkeberlanjutan bisnis keluarga di Kampung Batik Laweyan dan Kampung Batik Kauman di Surakarta. BisnisKeluarga memiliki tantangan yang sangat besar apabila tidak mempersiapkan generasi penerus dalammenjalankan bisnisnya, sehingga perlu diketahui faktor apa saja yang harus dimiliki dalam usaha bisnis keluargasehingga mampu bertahan dari generasi ke generasi. Mitos dalam bisnis keluarga yang berkembang adalah “generasi pertama yang mendirikan, generasi kedua yang membangun, dan generasi ketiga yang merusak”.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden yang merupakan pemilik Batik yang berbasisbisnis keluarga. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 21 dengan analisis linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemikiran kewirausahaan dan pengalaman suksesi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investment knowledge, information technology, perceived return and perceived risk on investment interest among students in Solo. This research was carried out in the city of Solo, with active students studying in the city of Solo as the target population. This study uses primary data whose population is not known with certainty, so the calculation uses the Roscoe formula (1986) and a minimum sample of 107 respondents is found. This study obtained the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, processed with SPSS 25. Partially, information technology, investment knowledge and risk perception have a negative and insignificant effect on students' investment interest. Partially, perceived return has a positive and significant effect on students' investment interest. Simultaneously, information technology, investment knowledge, perceived return and perceived risk affect students' investment interest in Solo City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang mendeskripsikan kondisi faktual dengan data-data yang terkumpul dari kuesioner berdasarkan pengamatan langsung objek dan wawancara. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perangkat Desa Bumen. Analisis secara deskriptif melalui frekuensi dan presentase, serta analisis secara statistik menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja karyawan telah diterapkan karyawan dan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keseluruhan variabel yang diamati berupa budaya organisasi, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinanadalah signifikan berdasarkan perolehan nilai t hitung > t tabel, dan ditemukan pengaruh kepemimpinan (X3) yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Perangkat Desa Bumen.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the influence of brand image, motivation, and purchasing decisions on Millennial Generation Consumer Satisfaction on E-commerce buyers at Shopee and Lazada. The population in this study were all Shopee, LAZADA, Bukalapak, and Tokopedia e-commerce buyers and the number of samples used was 140 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is incidental. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of calculations using Part Analysis, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Purchase motivation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. This is obtained from a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of Purchase Motivation on Purchase Decisions in the marketplace. The direct effect given by the brand image on consumer satisfaction is 0.012. The direct effect given by the purchase motivation on consumer satisfaction is 0.599.

Abstract

Tofu is a source of vegetable protein that has high nutritional value for Indonesian Tofu, which is made from soybeans, produces waste from production, one of which is tofu dregs which cannot be stored for long and can pollute the environment. In general, the protein content in tofu dregs is still high, while until now its use is still relatively simple, namely only as animal feed. The content of tofu dregs which is still high in nutrition needs to be optimized for its use as an alternative functional food by processing it into tofu dregs flour, where in 100% tofu dregs flour contains 66.24% carbohydrates, 17.72% protein, 3.23% crude fiber, and 2.62% fat. However, the lack of knowledge about tofu dregs management, knowledge about nutrition and the benefits of tofu dregs, as well as the lack of innovation that can be applied from tofu dregs, causes most of the tofu manufacturing entrepreneurs to still consider the economic value of tofu dregs to be low. The solutions that have been provided include (1) Counseling on the nutritional content that is still present in tofu dregs (2) Socialization on methods that can be applied to process tofu dregs into flour and the benefits of tofu dregs flour. The result of this service activity is that partners get additional knowledge about the management of tofu dregs into high-fiber and low-fat food flour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial literacy and lifestyle influences on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo Artist community. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was active members of the Mojopolo Artist community, with a total of 98 members. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the analysis and discussion of financial literacy, lifestyle, on the financial behavior of members of the Mojopolo artist community, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on financial behavior in members of the Mojopolo artist community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of lifestyle, OCR and E-WOM on the decisions of OVO application users. This research method is associative research where the research method is a quantitative approach. This study uses a questionnaire to share basic data. In this study, the population is all the people of Solo Raya and the research sample is 100 respondents, and the sampling method uses Purposive Sampling and uses the roscoe formula, the analytical method is assisted by SPSS version 25. The data analysis method uses Instrument Tests, Classical Assumptions tests, and Multiple Regression Tests. secondary data obtained from books that reveal user decisions, the internet and previous research journals. The results of this study conclude that simultaneously (F test) shows if there is a significant effect between lifestyle, OCR, and E-WOM on user decisions..

Abstract

Kegiatan pencatatan transaksi dilakukan mulai dari pendapatan, pengeluaran, dan modal usaha. Niatnya secara rutin dilakukan namun berhenti di beberapa periode pencatatan. Pemilik usaha masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi dan melakukan perencanaan bisnisnya karena tidak memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang menjadi acuan dalam menjalankan usaha. Pembukuan bukan hanya melakukan pencatatan angka atau transaksi keuangan, namun upaya sebagai alat analisis dalam kondisi keuangan UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Tahap persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara untuk melakukan identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi, tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada tahap ini adalah dilakukan pendampingan, dengan melakukan wawancara transaksi yang dilakukan dan tahap Monitoring dan Evaluasi Pendampingan yang dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan dilakukan evaluasi dengan cara memonitoring secara berkala yang telah dilakukan pencatatan pada pembukuan milik UMKM Cazzen. Hasil pengabdian adalah pemilik UMKM melakukan penerapan Pembukuan sederhana dalam menjalankan usahanya. Untuk konsentrasi pencatatan keuangan, Bapak Abdullah selaku pemilik akan berbagi pengetahuan kepada istrinya agar nanti bisa membantu dalam hal pencatatan keuangan hingga menjadi pembukuan yang rapi dan mengetahui keuntungan, kerugian dan biaya operasional yang digunakan. Selanjutnya tim pengabdian akan direkomendasi untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian ini di Desa Ngrombo yang memerlukan pencatatan keuangan sehingga menghasilkan pembukuan yang baik.

Abstract

Kismantoro, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java is an area with a tropical climate and is situated in highlands, primarily dominated by agricultural land. Additionally, the cattle farming sector, particularly for cows and goats is extensively developed in Lemahbang and Pucung Villages, which are located on the border between Central Java and East Java. The potential of agricultural and livestock products in both villages is quite large, making agriculture and livestock one of the leading sectors. In order to optimise the management of agriculture and livestock, a work program was conducted with counselling and making of organic fertiliser. The basic ingredients are easy to obtain, low cost, and easy to make can be a potential economic value for farmers and breeders. The purpose of this program is to optimise the production of organic fertiliser to improve the development of the agricultural sector and support sustainable agriculture in Kismantoro. The method used in this activity is data collection in three ways, observation, interviews, and recording. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method and data analysis techniques were carried out with qualitative descriptions. In this program, counselling, and technical guidance on making Jakabawhich is aliquid fertilizer that can aid in the growth and development of plants, made from rice water, household waste-based liquid oraganic fertilizer, and solid organic fertiliser based on livestock manure was held. The products from this program are two plasticcontainers of organic fertilisers that are ready to be applied to soil and plants. The knowledge provided in this program can also be applied and practised independently or collectively by the community so that it can optimise the agricultural sector of Kismantoro and support sustainable agriculture. Thus, this program can indirectly improve the welfare of the community, especially in Kismantoro.
