Abstract

Kismantoro District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java is an area that has abundant natural resources. This potential has been utilized by local residents as a means of livelihood, one of which is through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of home industries. The types of MSMEs found in this region are herbal medicine production, tile industry, woven, various kinds of processed snacks, tempeh, bird cages, textiles, and so on. The large potential of MSMEs requires optimization in the field of marketing to maximize economic growth. Therefore, it is necessary to empower MSME actors through training and assistance in the product marketing process. The method in this study consisted of collecting data using observation, interviews, and recording then taking samples with purposive sampling while analyzing data using qualitative description data analysis techniques. Digital marketing training and assistance programs are presented to answer the problems and needs of MSMEs in local villages. Through this program, the existence of MSMEs can be known by the wider community through information on Google Maps and menu catalogs that can be shared on social media. For internal MSMEs, the presentation of information related to cooperation contracts and marketing strategies can be taken into consideration in managing MSME finances. The socialization regarding marketing strategies is expected to increase the understanding of MSME players regarding the steps of the marketing strategy and to be able to implement the steps of the marketing strategy so that products can be marketed more optimally. Through this program, MSMEs are able to implement the knowledge and knowledge gained, utilize social media to improve product marketing and be able to manage product marketing digitally so that products can be marketed more optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to address inventory and demand fluctuations at TB Gamping Pilihan Sukoharjo through the application of Safety Stock and Reorder Point methods. Efficient inventory management is crucial for both manufacturing and trading companies to deal with market demand uncertainties and maintain operational stability. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, document studies, and observation. The results show that the Safety Stock method helps the company anticipate stock shortages caused by supply chain disruptions or unexpected demand surges. Meanwhile, Reorder Point is used to determine the optimal time for reordering to prevent stockouts. Inventory calculations were tested using Microsoft Excel on 10 sample data items, showing that the inventory management system at TB Gamping Pilihan Sukoharjo operates accurately, with consistent Safety Stock and Reorder Point calculations. This study concludes that the application of these two methods can improve the efficiency of inventory management in the company

Abstract

Financial digitalization shows significant developments in financial technology, and has an important impact on financial management of the community, especially students. This study aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, locus of control, and the use of fintech payments on students' financial management behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach involving a population of 100 active students surveyed in the Soloraya area. This study found that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, locus of control, fintech payments have an effect on students' financial management behavior

Abstract

Permainan tradisional merupakan salah satu contoh dari ribuan permainan tradisional yang ada di Indonesia. Namun permainan tradisional tersebut semakin hilang keberadaannya baik di desa maupun di kota kota besar, bahkan banyak anak – anak zaman sekarang yang tidak mengenal permainan tradisional yang ada, padahal permainan tradisional merupakan salah satu warisan budaya bangsa yang wajib kita lestarikan. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan sebagian siswa SDN Karakan 01, siswa juga cenderung bermain mainan modern, bahkan ada beberapa siswa yang tidak mengenali permainan tradisional. Melihat nilai karakter gotong royong siswa SD Negeri Karakan 01 yang rendah penting dilakukan pendidikan bagi anak usia sekolah dasar untuk mengenal dan bermain dengan permainan tradisional untuk mengembangkan karakter gotog royong dan keterampilan motorik pada pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan kajian pustaka dari beberapa sumber. Sumber diperoleh dari beberapa referensi baik jurnal hasil penelitian maupun buku – buku yang relevan. Pada pembelajaran intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler guru melibatkan permainan tradisional, selain melatih keterampilan motorik melalui aktivitas fisik dalam permainan tradisional mereka juga dapat merasakan nilai karakter gotong royong yang ada pada setiap permainan yang dimainkan. Beberapa jenis permmainan yang dapat dimainkan di SD Negeri Karakan 01 antara lain, gobak sodor, petak umpet, engklek dan tarik tambang.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan maksud melihat pengaruh variabel Kepercayaan Konsumen pengguna aplikasi E-commerce Shopee terhadap minat pembelian. Teknik yang dipakai untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah responden yang sudah melakukan pembelian di E-commerce Shopee yang berjumlah 100 responden. Alat analisis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Uji analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolineritas, serta uji hipotesis. Variabel E-commerce, Sosial Media, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel Minat Beli. Hasil dari variable E-commerce, Sosial Media, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen mempengaruhi minat beli sebanyak 62,2%, variabel lainnya mempengaruhi sebanyak 37,8%.
