Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for karawo products in Gorontalo City. This population consisted of 50 people and used a simple random sampling technique. In this case, to confirm the research hypothesis which was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by the SPSS (Stratistical Product and Service Solutions) application 22. The research results show that: (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase karawo; (2) Price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Karawo products; (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase karawo. Research recommendations: (1) High product quality in the future must be maintained properly, take advantage of developments in digitalization to improve product quality in line with current developments and the need for special education and training for karawo craftsmen to be able to develop products; (2) When determining prices, you should pay attention to the suitability between the quality and benefits of the product being marketed and the price; (3) Cooperation between stakeholders is needed to be able to promote Karawo products

Abstract

There are 10 countries with the least pollutant levels in the world. This is what triggers the example of other countries. So it is necessary to explore what makes these countries superiors in environmental issues so that they are ranked in the top 10 on the world scales according to the U-Earth Team. However, a clean country can be due to a small area or a small population so that the pollutants become small. The method used for this research is a literature study with a qualitative research type based on what already exists. What is meant here is the research method with reference to the existing literature. The stages of this research are looking for problems, then collecting the existing literature. Then after that, examine the related parameters related to the problem. The final step are to find a solution to the existing problem. The importance of progress of going green in this great country so that it can save much human beings. You could say, in terms of SO2, NOx and Dust emission levels in Indonesia, Indonesia has a fairly high ratio, so it is important to check CO2 in every vehicle and industry as well as limit personal use. The essence of this research is that public education about go green energy and minimizing pollution is very much needed.

Abstract

Desa Kedung Jeruk terletak di RT/RW 4/1 Dosun Krajan Desa Kedungjeruk Kecamatan Cibuaya Kabupaten Karawang, memiliki sumber daya para pemuda yang kuat dan memupuni didalam dunia kerja. Pada umumnya masyarakat tersebut berprofesi sebagai petani. Tetapi para pemuda menginginkan pekerjaan yang dapat mengembangkan UMKM di Desa tersebut. Di Desa tersebut memiliki usaha mebel untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Kegiatan produksi mebel memiliki pengaruh pesat untuk perkembangan UMKM didesa.Namun karena tidak banyak keahlian dalam memilih material kayu mebel serta keahlian membuat mebel maka para pengabdi memberikan pelatihan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan dimulai memberikan sosialisasi, pengarahan pembuatan mebel dan pemilihan jenis kayu, proses produksi mebel dan memberika kuisioner tentang kepuasan pada pelatihan tersebut. Peserta masyarakat Kedungjeruk mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 8 orang dengan memberikan responden yaitu ingin menerapkan ilmu tentang pembuatan mebel, ingin pelatihan mebel dilanjutkan dan mengadakan pelatihan skill lainnya. Dengan responden tersebut memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat yang antusias mengikuti pelatihan untuk meningkatkan skill tersebut

Abstract

Keterampilan siswa SMK sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia tenaga kerja dari tamatan SMK sangat dibutuhkan untuk pabrik produksi yang terus berkembang. Kebutuhan untuk ahli dari tamatan SMK juga harus ditingkatkan skill dan keahlian, Proses laser cutting merupakan proses pemotongan menggunakan sinar laser yang tinggi yang di fokuskan melalui jalur optic di arahkan pada permukaan plat dengan tekanan panas yang terkompresi sehingga material mencapai titik leleh dan lebur menciptakan potongan garis tepi, berfungsi untuk memotong material logam. Laser cutting bergerak mengikuti pola gambar yang ada di layar monitor CNC mengitari area lokal material. Laser komersial yang memiliki motion control system mengikuti g-code dan menciptakan pemotongan sehingga material tersebut meleleh, terbakar, dan menguap. Salah satu untuk permesinan industry yang sudah berkembang dan banyak dibutuhkan yaitu CNC Laser Cutting. Permesinan laser cutting dibutuhkan untuk memotong dan menghasilkan bentuk potongan sesuai dengan desain 2D yang berasal dari CAD. Proses laser cutting merupakan proses pemotongan menggunakan sinar laser yang tinggi yang di fokuskan melalui jalur optic di arahkan pada permukaan plat dengan tekanan panas yang terkompresi sehingga material mencapai titik leleh dan lebur menciptakan potongan garis tepi, berfungsi untuk memotong material logam. Laser komersial yang memiliki motion control system mengikuti g-code dan menciptakan pemotongan sehingga material tersebut meleleh, terbakar, dan menguap. Dengan kebutuhan industry dan jumlah siswa SMK yang meningkat pertahunnya maka tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membuat pelatihan kepada siswa SMK untuk melatih keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan Mesin CNC Laser Cutting, dengan adanya pengabdian tersebut memberikan hasil kepada siswa SMKS dapat meningkatkan Skill dalam pengoperasian mesin CNC Laser Cutting yang digunakan oleh industry produksi.

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid was carried out through; 1) planning, which includes analyzing activities for students, processing material content, analyzing learning techniques or methods, documenting learning components, providing motivation to students; 2) Implementation of the planning design that has been determined together by integrating the government curriculum and pesantren; 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum, both on the process and its outputs and outcomes, with the principle of continuous improvement.

Abstract

The leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) has significant implications for the formation, development, and change of the organizational culture within the company. When leaders demonstrate behaviors that promote values such as integrity, collaboration, and innovation, this can positively influence the organizational culture. The objective of this research is to explore how leadership behavior at PT PLN (Persero) affects the formation and development of the organizational culture within the company. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The findings of this research indicate that all patterns of leadership behavior at PT PLN have a significant impact on the motivation, commitment, and performance of employees towards the company's goals and values. Inspirational and empowering leadership fosters an organizational culture based on loyalty and dedication.

Abstract

Transformational leaders provide autonomy and responsibility to employees, allowing them to take initiative and contribute actively to organizational goals. The aim of this research is to understand the role of transformational leadership in influencing human resource management strategies to support innovation within the State Electricity Company. The research method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership is not just about managing organizations but also about building a culture that continuously seeks ways to improve and innovate, ensuring that the State Electricity Company remains competitive and relevant in facing the challenges of the future electricity industry.

Abstract

The Influence Sevice Optiamisation and Job Motivation with Employee Dicipliner in Measure Job Satisfaction Toward Administration Power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency Provincy East Kalimantan. There is research to aim for the service optimalisation effect and employee motivation with employee dicipliner in measure work satisfaction toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Rigrncy. There is kausal study do it Eighteen District and twenty UPT between one Education Official East Kutai Regency. The method used in this Research is Quantitative method with multiple Regression Analisis. The Sample of this research is one hundred and two respondent of four hundred fifty nine at Population. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive influence either partially or colletively between the effect service optimalisation and work motivation with employee dicipliner to measure work satisfaction employees toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of this study the researcher concludes that the batter of service optimalisation and work motivation with employee to dicipliner to result in more the more feeling satisfaction in the job.(1), The Higght more the more in motivation work or duty do it to result in of satisfaction the work (2), The Dicipline more the more and rule obdient employee doing the duty or manner rule, more the more to hoist satisfaction work (3), More the more service optimalisation, more the more work motivation with more the more rule obdient employees in dicipline their work becoming satisfaction to gether the administration power, more the more to services.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap harga saham perusahaan milik Negara (Non-Bank) yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ROA sedangkan Likuiditas menggunakan CR. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dengan periode observasi 2018-2020 dan total sampel 10 perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap harga saham. Pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25.

Abstract

This article delves into the intricacies of optimizing the TIG welding process using stainless steel 304 (SUS 304) material, with particular emphasis on small-scale industries that are heavily reliant on TIG welding, especially in the production of household equipment and fences. The objective of this research is to enhance the tensile shear load (T's load) through the Taguchi Design of Experiment (DoE), which takes into account welding current, gas flow rate, and electrode diameter as primary parameters. This study evaluates T's load and hardness across the welding zone, which includes the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and base metal. The study was conducted using a Stahlweld inverter welding machine operating at 220 V/50 Hz, and a maximum T's load of 1545.1 kgf was achieved in the fourth iteration. The optimization of T's load was carried out using SN ratio analysis and involved setting the welding current to level II, gas flow rate to level I, and electrode diameter to level II following the Taguchi DoE design. The hardness peaks in the weld area decreased in the HAZ and reached their lowest point in the base metal. These findings provide valuable insights into optimizing TIG welding parameters for thin stainless steel 304 materials, which supports Sustainable Development Goal 9 (industry, innovation, and infrastructure).
