Abstract

This study aims to determine the selected agribusiness commodities to be developed and analyze the production and marketing for current and future conditions. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) model is used to determine the only things of agribusiness, while the analysis of production and marketing development uses a qualitative descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the selected superior commodities were Chili with the first rank, Coffee in the second rank, Cinnamon in the third rank, and Potato in the fourth rank. Production and marketing conditions now show no increase in added value and the role of cooperatives. Production and marketing in the future that is desired must increase added value and market control through cooperatives.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the dominant instrument in determining labor absorption and its improvement strategy in small industries in Jambi City. The method used in this study is secondary data analysis, with a multiple regression model approach to analyze the relationship between variables that affect labor absorption in small industries. The data used includes information related to production, labor, and other supporting factors in the small industry sector in Jambi City. The results of the analysis show that production value is the most dominant instrument in determining labor absorption in small industries. This shows that the higher the production value, the more labor is absorbed by the small industry. Based on these findings, the strategy to increase labor absorption needs to be focused on efforts to increase production value. One approach that can be applied is to develop more efficient and productive production techniques, and improve product quality in order to compete in a wider market. In addition, it is important to pay attention to the aspect of competitive selling prices so that products from small industries can be more easily accepted by consumers.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemandirian keuangan daerah akan berkaitan dengan besaran derajat desentralisasi fiskal (DDF). Oleh karena itu DDF perlu ditingkatkan melalui analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi DDF itu sendiri serta dampat DDF tersebut dalam kinerja ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan kepada analisis besaran DDF beserta faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta pengaruh DDF terhadap kinerja eknomi daerah pada kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jambi. Model analisis yang digunakan model regresi berganda dan sederhana data penel. Hasil menunjukan, DDF kabupaten /kota kategori masih sangat kurang sedangkan faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi DDF adalah tingkat ketergantungan fiskal dan jumlah penduduk. DDF tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi daerah

Abstract

During the global crisis, MSMEs have proven to be capable of growing and developing even in difficult times. MSMEs have also been able to overcome the decline in employment and business opportunities by shifting to independent enterprises. Although MSMEs hold a very important position in the national economy, their business operations do not always run smoothly due to various obstacles and challenges faced by MSME actors. One of the common problems in MSMEs is the lack of understanding of the factors that influence the income of potential MSMEs in Jambi City. The aim of this research is to identify the factors that affect the income of potential MSMEs in Jambi City. The respondents in this study are 50 potential MSMEs in Jambi City, based on data from the Jambi City Office of Manpower and MSMEs, IPEMI, and Bank Indonesia. The data collected were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the variables of capital, labor, technology, and production value have a significant effect on the income of potential MSMEs in Jambi City, while the variables of business duration and training do not have a significant effect on the income of potential MSMEs in Jambi City."

Abstract

This study aims to formulate efforts to increase Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) through the utilization of potential local taxes and levies, as well as the optimization of regional assets. The analytical model used is descriptive qualitative analysis with an in-depth approach. The findings indicate that to enhance PAD, key local taxes that can be optimized include Electricity Tax (PPJ), Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fee (BPHTB), Restaurant Tax, Land and Building Tax (PBB), and Hotel Tax. Priority regional levies include waste management, market services, health services, parking fees, and local business production services. The utilization of regional assets can be carried out through the rental of buildings, land, and heavy equipment. Policies to increase PAD can be implemented through the regulation of tariff settings and procedures for collecting taxes, levies, and the use of regional assets via regional regulations

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jambi selama tahun 2020-2024 dan menganalisis pola hubungan kinerja keuangan daerah tersebut dengan kemiskinan daerah. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Indeks Kinerja Keuangan Daerah (IKKD) untuk menilai kinerja keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota dan korelasi pearson product moment untuk menilai hubungan kinerja keuangan daerah dengan kemiskinan daerah. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa indeks kinerja keuangan daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi, rerata sebesar 34,63 kategori sedang tetapi ketergantungan fiskal terhadap dana transfer sangat besar yaitu 83,22% karena kemandirian keuangan daerah amat kecil sebesar 11,61% dan derajat desentralisasi fiskal juga kecil hanya sebesar 9,07%. Sedangkan hubungan antara kinerja keuangan daerah dengan kemiskinan adalah positif dan signifikan tetapi seharusnya negatif dimana peningkatan kinerja keuangan daerah dapat menurunkan kemiskinan daerah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best-performing cooperatives in Jambi City and their development strategies. This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) analysis model and a SWOT analysis model based on SAW. The results show that the best-performing cooperative selected from the respondent cooperatives in Jambi City is the BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera Jambi Cooperative as the first rank. Meanwhile, the second and third ranks are occupied by the Sehati Makmur Abadi Cooperative and the Telanai Branch of Kopkar Amartha. The development strategy is to increase turnover and cooperative business development, the number of members and member savings, and the activeness of cooperative members through cooperative education.

Abstract

This study aim to find out and analyze the characteristics of oil palm farmers in the village of chess rahayu dendang sub-district, tanjung jabung timur district. To answer the purpose of the first research objective used descriptive analysis model and to answer the second research used multiple linear regression analysis model to obtain the information needeen then used survey research methods such as primary data with the number of respondents as many as 148 and secondary data. The result showed that the characteristics of oil palm farmers in rahayu chess village were on average male, the average age of farmers was 45-55 years, the average farmer graduated from elementary school, the average number of family dependents was 4 family dependents and the average experiance farming for 11 years. While the factors that influence palm oil production in the chess rahayu village are signifcant land area with a positive rate of 7,1%, significant positive use of fertilizer at 18,8% and significant positive plant life of 84,6%. Abstract

Saat ini telah banyak tumbuh kedai kopi baru di kota Jambi yang berdampak mendorong terbukanya lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan kedai kopi di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey kepada pelanggan selama 30 hari di Kedai Kopi Lain Hati. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Probality Sampling Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi, variabel jumlah tenaga kerja dan jenis produk berpengaruh negative terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi. Sedangkan variabel modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan kedai kopi

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak DAU, DAK dan DBH terhadap Ekonomi daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang merupakan data panel yaitu gabungan antara jenis data time series 2017 – 2022 dan data silang (cross section) dari 11 kabupaten/kota di provinsi Jambi. Model Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data penel dengan dengan menggunakan alat E-Views 8.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model yang tepat untuk penelitian ini adalah Model Fixed Effect dengan memperlihatkan bahwa variable DAU berpengaruh positip terhadap PDRB, DAK berpengaruh negative terhadap PDRB sedangkan DBH tidak berpengaruh terhadap PDRB.
