Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem informasi pengarsipan merupakan salah satu aspek yang di perlukan perusahaan perbankan, Arsip memegang peranan penting dalam kelancaran dan efektifitas. Saat ini pengarsipan yang dilakukan kantor BNI wilayah 15 masih dilakukan secara tertulis menggunakan pembukuan. Dengan adanya proyek sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web ini dapat merubah sistem kinerja di dalam bagian administrasi agar mempermudah dalam pengarsipan surat masuk dan keluar, serta dokumen lebih terjaga dan terjamin kerahasiaannya. Proyek sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web ini melalui bebrapa tahap dalam metode pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak yaitu Initiating Process, Planning Processes, Executing Processes, Controlling Processes, dan Closing Processes. Dalam tahap perancangan program dibuat menggunakan Bahasa pemograman Laravel dan MySQL untuk pengolahan datanya. Teknik Analisa Data Penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan secara utuh dan nyata mengenai model implementasi sistem informasi pengarsipan surat pada Unit BMW-Funding berbasis web. Perancangan proyek sistem informasi dilakukan menggunakan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), agar penyusunan manajemen proyek yang sangat baik, maka diperlukan estimasi waktu dan biaya untuk menjalankan setiap proyek yang akan di kerjakan. Implementasi dari proyek sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web yaitu aliran data surat masuk dan keluar lebih terarah, dan efektif sehingga mempermudah user untuk mengelola pengarsipan. Abstract - The archiving information system is one aspect that is needed by banking companies, Archives play an important role in the smoothness and effectiveness. Currently filing by the BNI regional 15 office is still being done in writing using bookkeeping. With this web-based archiving information system project, it can change the performance system in the administration section to make it easier to archive incoming and outgoing letters and documents that are more secure and guaranteed confidentiality. This web-based archiving information system project goes through several stages in the software project development method, namely Initiating Processes, Planning Processes, Executing Processes, Controlling Processes, and Closing Processes. In the design stage, the program is made using the Laravel programming language and MySQL for data processing. Data Analysis Techniques This research is a descriptive analysis using qualitative methods by describing or describing in full and real terms the implementation model of the mail archiving information system in the web-based BMW-Funding Unit. Information system project design is carried out using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), so the preparation of project management is very good, it is necessary to estimate the time and cost to carry out each project to be carried out. Implementing a web-based archiving information system project, namely the flow of incoming and outgoing mail data is more directed and effective, making it easier for users to manage archiving.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and fill the existing literature gap regarding the information that only social media can influence the political participation of generation Z, but in reality, billboards can be an effective way to become an integrative and effective communication strategy in reaching generation Z. Billboards are one of the tools to explain the activities of politicians to the public. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection technique itself is carried out by distributing questionnaires through social media and non-random sampling techniques because there are certain criteria to be achieved in this study, namely generation Z. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of billboards on the political participation of generation Z in addition to increasing political awareness, especially in the candidate introduction stage. Social media with generation Z is something that cannot be separated so that when there is an interesting billboard, generation Z will upload it to X or Instagram so that this can be more highlighted billboards to raise political awareness. But of course there are weaknesses and strengths, namely the limited public space aspect but can increase popularity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude, paylater usage, and social media on students’ financial management behavior. The research employed a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument. The sampling technique applied in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The research objects were students of Politeknik Negeri Padang, with sample criteria including active students who had previously used paylater services. A total of 404 responses were collected through the distributed questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that: (1) financial literacy does not have a significant effect on students’ financial behavior; (2) financial attitude has a significant effect on students’ financial behavior; (3) paylater usage significantly influences students’ financial behavior; and (4) social media significantly affects students’ financial behavior. The implications of this study suggest that financial knowledge alone is insufficient to shape good financial management behavior without being accompanied by consistent and disciplined financial habits. Students need to develop positive financial attitudes, such as self-control and budgeting discipline, to strengthen sound financial management. The use of paylater services should be exercised responsibly, limited to essential needs, and accompanied by timely repayment. Furthermore, social media should be utilized as a medium for financial education by engaging with beneficial content and avoiding content that encourages consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the challenges of Islamic Religious Education in the era of globalization and to formulate strategic implications for strengthening students’ character and Islamic identity. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. The data were collected from books, journal articles, and previous studies relevant to globalization, Islamic education, character education, digital literacy, and youth identity. The data were analyzed through reduction, thematic categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the main challenges of Islamic Religious Education in the globalization era include the development of science and technology, democratization of education, moral decadence, the rise of secularism and liberalism, and the identity crisis among young people. These challenges require Islamic Religious Education to function not merely as a transmission of religious knowledge, but also as an instrument for character building, digital literacy strengthening, and spiritual development. This article emphasizes the need for adaptive, moderate, and contextual Islamic education learning innovations so that students can face globalization without losing their moral values and Islamic identity.
