Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Majelis Sholawat Al-Banjari (MSB) within the Banjar community in Serdang Bedagai. MSB has become an essential part of Banjar identity, which is widely recognized as a community deeply devoted to shalawat, influenced by the teachings of Tuan Guru Syaikh Zaini bin Abdul Ghani (Abah Guru Sekumpul). This research employs a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, involving participatory observation and the researcher’s direct engagement in MSB activities. The findings reveal that the etno-religious identity of the Banjar people in Serdang Bedagai has long been shaped by the tradition of Aruh Maulud, practiced well before the establishment of MSB. The presence of MSB has further reinforced this identity through the recitation of Maulid Simtudduror. Beyond serving as a medium for preserving religious traditions, MSB also functions as a space that strengthens the ties of Banjar migrants and acts as a “reminder” of their ancestral homeland in Kalimantan. This etno-religious identity becomes even more deeply embedded through the practice of shalawat inherited from Abah Guru Sekumpul, making shalawat not only a form of spiritual expression but also a symbol of the Banjar people’s collective identity in Serdang Bedagai.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor risiko yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan angka kejadian hipertensi merupakan ketidakpatuhan pasien. Obat hipertensi terbukti dapat mengontrol tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi. Desain penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita hipertensi dengan umur 26 sampai 45 tahun sebanyak 100, Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 penderita ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 sampai dengan 27 Maret 2022. Analisa dilakukan dengan proses komputerisasi melalui uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dukungan keluarga pada penderita hipertensi berada pada kategori baik (58.0%) dan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi berada pada kategori patuh (60.0%). Hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai p- value = 0,000 < α= 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita hipertensi. Diharapkan kepada dapat meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi, dan pentingnya peran keluarga dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam minum obat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of education and training simultaneously and partially on teacher performance at SMANegeri3 Banjarbaru. In this research, a descriptive design with a quantitative approach was used. The population in this research was the principal and teachers at SMANegeri 3 Banjarbaru as many as 62 people. The sampling technique used by the author is non-propability, namely using saturated sampling, that is, all members of the population totaling 62 people are used as samples. Data analysis is carried out based on primary data obtained directly through distributing questionnaires to patients, which will then be analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 26 program. for Windows. Data collection techniques use literature study, observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, then the data uses multiple regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, use the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the research explain that education and training simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. Training is a variable that has a dominant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 3 Banjarbaru. The influence of education and training variables on teacher performance is 53.6%

Abstract

The phenomenonoccurring in various universities shows an increase in cases of academic fraud, such as cheating, plagiarism, research data manipulation, and misuse of technology in the learning process. This behavior not only undermines academic integrity, but also has the potential tocreate a mindset of cheating that carries over into the workplace. Integrityis a fundamental value that forms the moral foundation of every aspect oflife, both in education and in the workplace. In the context of higher education, students are expected not only to excel academically,but also to possess honesty, responsibility, and strong professional ethics.Accountants are future professionals who will be directly involved inthe management and financial reporting of organizations. This profession demandsa very high level of honesty and integrity, because the accuracy andreliability of financial reports form the basis for business and public decision-making. However, in practice, there are many cases of accounting fraud, such as budget mark-ups, financial statement manipulation, creative accounting, and data misstatement, which occur due to weak values of integrity and moral responsibilityamong individuals. If dishonest behavior has already been established during college—for example, in the form of cheating, manipulating assignment data, or falsifying lab reports—then the risk of bringing similar habits into the workplace will be even higher.
