Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengetahuan adalah efek dari mengerti yang terjadi setelah seseorang menggunakan indra untuk memperhatikan objek tertentu. Perilaku merujuk pada segala tindakan atau ucapan yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Setiap perilaku dapat memiliki beberapa dimensi yang dapat diukur, seperti durasi dan intensitasnya. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengetahuan dan perilaku remaja putri terhadap pencegahan diabetes mellitus. Metode: Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi adalah remaja 10-19 tahun bertempat tinggal di Desa Karang Anyar. Sampel berjumlah 77 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil: Responden mayoritas berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 50,6% dan perilaku responden sebahagian besar pada kategori cukup sebanyak 51,9%. Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri mengenai pencegahan diabetes melitus, maka semakin baik pula perilaku mereka dalam menerapkan pola hidup sehat. ABSTRACT Background:. Knowledge is the effect of understanding that occurs after someone uses their senses to pay attention to a particular object. Behavior refers to all actions or words carried out by humans. Behavior can have several measurable dimensions, such as its duration and intensity. Purpose:. Knowing the knowledge and behavior of adolescent girls towards preventing diabetes mellitus Methods: The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population is adolescent aged 10-19 years living in Karang Anyar Village. The sample consists of 77 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. Results:. The majority of respondents had good knowledge at 50.6% and the majority of respondents' behavior was in the sufficient category at 51.9%. Conclusion:. The higher the level of knowledge of young women regarding the prevention of diabetes mellitus, the better their behavior in implementing a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Minimnya lahan praktik dan fasilitas yang terbatas sehingga perlu upaya untuk mengatasi kesenjangan dan keterbatasan tersebut salah satunya dengan merancang laboratorium yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan yang seolah riil lahan praktik yang disebut Laboratorium Simulasi. sehingga pengalaman belajar yang lebih relevan. sehingga mahasiswa menjadi lebih kompeten dalam memberikan asuhan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh laboratorium simulasi terhadap kompetensi asuhan persalinan normal mahasiswa Program Studi D-III Kebidanan Langsa. Tempat Penelitian di Prodi Kebidanan Langsa dan STIKes Bustanul Ulum Langsa. Desain Penelitian adalah quasi experiment pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Terbagi dalam 2 kelompok intervensi laboratorium simulasi dan kontrol dengan laboratorium konvensional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total populasi berjumlah 64 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi menggunakan daftar tilik dan kuesioner. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji Independent T-Test. Hasil Penelitian sebagai berikut: kompetensi pretest kelompok intervensi yang kompeten 7 (20,0) sedangkan kelompok kontrol 6 (20,7). Terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pada kelompok intervensi yang kompeten 28 (80,0) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol 7 (24,1) dan bermakna secara signifikan p-value=0,000. Hasil OR menunjukkan laboratorium simulasi dapat meningkatkan peluang mahasiswa menjadi kompeten sebesar 12,57 (3,38-41,20). Kesimpulannya adalah laboratorium simulasi dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam Pelaksanaan Asuhan Persalinan Normal.

Abstract

Hospitalization is often the first thing children have to face, especially during the early years, especially vulnerable to illness and hospitalization crises due to stress due to changes in health conditions, as well as children have a limited number of coping mechanisms to resolve stressors. The intervention This can be done, one way is by playing activities or play therapy. In sick condition or the child is hospitalized, this play activity is still carried out but must be appropriate with the child's condition. With games, children will be released from tension and stress experienced, because by playing children will be able to divert the pain on the game and relaxation through the pleasure of playing the game. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of play therapy on levels worry child on age preschool consequence hospitalization in Makassar Hospital. This research uses quantitative research methods with design study quasy experiment. Population in study This is all over child preschool in the Makassar Hospital Treatment Room with a sample of 20 pre-school children. From the results of the Wilcoxon test which was carried out with a value of p = 0.008, means mark p more small from α (0.05) Which show There is change response worry child before given therapy play And after given play therapy. Researchers hope for hospitals to implement play therapy to reduce anxiety levels in children and this research can be useful for respondents, especially parents, that play therapy very helpful for child in reduce level worry.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit menular masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan utama di masyarakat, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang memiliki keterbatasan akses informasi dan layanan kesehatan. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Lengkong Kecamatan Langsa Baro mengenai pencegahan dan mitigasi penyakit menular. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 orang yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tanggayang memiliki bayi/balita. Kegiatan dilakukan pada 31 Agustus 2025 dan tanggal 2 September 2025 di Desa Lengkong Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai jenis-jenis penyakit menular, cara penularan, upaya pencegahan melalui penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dan imunisasi, serta langkah mitigasi dini yang dapat dilakukan di tingkat keluarga maupun komunitas. Program pendidikan kesehatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pencegahan penyakit menular.  Kata Kunci: Program Kesehatan, Penyakit Menular, Imunisasi, Campak, TB Paru. ABSTRACT Infectious diseases continue to pose significant public health challege, particullary in rural areas where access to health information and services is limited. To enhace the comunity’s knowledge and skills Lengkong Village, Langsa Baro District, for preventing and reducing infectious diseases. The methods used included counseling, training, and mentoring with 25 participants consisting of housewives with babies or toddlers. The activity was onduted on August 31, 2025, and September 2, 2025, in Lengkong Village, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City. Activity’s outcames demostrated an increase in community knowledge and understanding of infectious diseases, including theirtransmission, prevention efforts through such as the implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and immunization, as well as early mitigation measures that can be carried out at the family and community levels. This health education program has proven effective in increasing community understanding and awareness of the importance of preventing infectious diseases. Keywords:   Medical Education, Infectious Disease, Immunization, Rubeola, Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

Abstract

The government has established the Neonatal Maternal Audit (AMP) program to assess the provision of health services to mothers and children, aiming to address obstetric and neonatal emergencies. Despite the implementation of AMP in Langsa City, the rates of maternal and infant mortality remain high. This study aimed to evaluate the AMP program in Langsa City. A cross-sectional survey research design was used, conducted at the Langsa City Health Office. The subjects of the study included the Mother and Child Program Holders at Puskesmas and hospitals, as well as the Maternal Perinatal Audit Program Implementation team at the Health Office. The findings revealed that the implementing team had an average tenure of 5 years, an average age of 38 years, and a D3 Midwifery education. They had received training on AMP and AMP-SR, possessed an AMP implementation manual, and conducted verbal autopsies, but only a few performed medical records. Strengthening materials and training on AMP-SR for program implementers in Langsa City is necessary. The implementation of the AMP program in Langsa City has shown positive aspects in terms of manpower and case selection, but areas requiring attention and improvement were also identified. Increasing the number of concurrent positions and providing comprehensive materials to program implementers will enhance their capabilities and effectiveness.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan ibu hamil,  ibu menopause dan remaja puteri masih terjadi di masyarakat. Masalah kesehatan pada kelompok tersebut disebabkan karena ketidaktahuan mereka terhadap masalah kesehatan dirinya. Masalah-masalah tersebut diantaranya: belum ada kesadaran penyiapan makanan cukup gizi pada ibu hamil dan balita, pemeriksaan kesehatan pada ibu hamil kurang teratur, belum adanya pemeriksaan SADARI pada remaja putri dan kurangnya Medical checkup rutin ibu menopause. Tujuan Program pengembangan Desa sehat  yaitu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil, ibu menopause dan remaja puteri  melalui program Bu_Retri. Menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan experimental pre-posttes. Pemecahan masalah dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi pengkajian, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner  skala likert 1-5. Peserta pengabmas adalah warga desa Meunasah Tutong Kecamatan Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar berjumlah 40 peserta. Implementasi dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan Kegiatan berlangsung tanggal 3-8 Juli 2022. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS dengan bantuan komputer. Hasilnya ditemukan bahwa penilaian masyarakat tentang pelaksanaan Bu_Retri ditemukan setuju dan mendukung kegiatan tersebut dengan nilai 75%. Nilai rata rata pengetahuan pretest adalah 3,92 (baik) dan rata rata pengetahuan posttest program Bu_Retri yaitu 4.24 (sangat baik). Kegiatan Bu_Retri dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan swadaya masyarakat, kader, tokoh gampong dan Bidan Desa. Kata Kunci: Ibu Hamil, Menopause, Remaja Putri, Gampong  ABSTRACT Health problems for pregnant women, menopausal women, and young women still occur in society. Health problems in this group were caused by ignorance of their health problems. These problems include: there is no awareness of preparing sufficient nutritious food for pregnant women and toddlers, the lack of regular health check-ups for pregnant women, the absence of breast self examinations for young women, and the lack of routine medical check-ups for postmenopausal women. The Healthy Village development program aims to improve health services for pregnant women, menopausal women, and young women through the Bu_Retri program. The research method uses quantitative with an experimental pre-posttest approach. Problem-solving with the nursing process approach includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection using a likert scale questionnaire 1-5. The community service participants were residents of the village of Meunasah Tutong, Want Jaya District, Aceh Besar, totaling 40 participants. Implementation is carried out through counseling and training. The activity takes place July 3-8 2022. Data is analyzed using SPSS with the help of a computer. The results found that the community's assessment of the implementation of Bu_Retri was found to agree and support the activity with a value of 75%. The average value of pretest knowledge is 3.92 (good) and the average posttest knowledge of the Bu_Retri program is 4.24 (very good). Abstract

The conventional laboratory learning model has proven to be inadequate in improving competencies. Therefore, there is a need to develop a learning model that integrates the knowledge gained with the skills and attitudes required when providing care, namely an integrated laboratory skills learning model. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the implementation of an integrated postpartum care laboratory skill learning model on improving the competencies of Diploma-3 midwifery students. This study adopted a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design with 79 students divided into two groups: the intervention group consisting of 39 students from STIKes Indramayu and the control group consisting of 40 students from Poltekkes BPH Cirebon. The intervention group was given the integrated learning model, while the control group was given the conventional learning model. Data analysis was conducted using t-tests, Mann-Whitney tests, and chi-square tests with a significance level of p<0.05. The results showed that the pretest competencies of the intervention group were 33 (84.6%) who were not competent, while in the control group, 35 (87.5%) were not competent. There was an increase in competencies in the intervention group by 49% (0-887) and in the control group by 19.4% (0-50.9). Further analysis indicated a significant difference in competency improvement between the group given the integrated laboratory skills learning model and the group given the conventional laboratory skills learning model (p<0.05). The conventional laboratory skills learning model was a risk factor causing students to be incompetent with a relative risk of 1.64 (95% CI 1.15-2.35) and NNT 3.2. The Integrated model of laboratory skills has a positive impact on students’ skill elevation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus pada manfaat, tantangan, serta dampaknya terhadap mahasiswa. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan penggunaan AR dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi AR mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa, mempermudah pemahaman konsep abstrak, dan menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif. Manfaat yang paling signifikan terlihat dalam mata pelajaran yang melibatkan visualisasi kompleks, seperti teknik dan kedokteran. Namun, tantangan utama dalam implementasi AR termasuk biaya pengembangan konten yang tinggi, kurangnya infrastruktur yang memadai, serta terbatasnya keterampilan dosen dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ini ke dalam kurikulum. Meskipun begitu, dampak positif AR terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran yang berbasis praktik, memberikan bukti kuat bahwa teknologi ini memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada agar AR dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Hypertension is the “Silent Killer” and a chronic diseases affecting not only the elderly but also adolescents. High blood pressure in adolescents is influenced by numerous factors, including age, height, gender, obesity, genetic predisposition, physical inactivity, smoking, and alcohol consumption. Hypertension control is a crucial aspect of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) prevention and control. This community service initiative aims to train the “Remaja Gampong Peduli Hypertensi” as part of community empowerment effort within the Hypertension Prevention and Control Program in Karang Anyar Village, Langsa Baro Subdistrict, Langsa City. The implemented methods included team formation, adolescent health screening, training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The target audience comprises 20 adolescents aged 15–18 years. The implementation stages began with the formation on the RGPH team, followed bya pretest, education and training on the 6 Healthy Lifestyle Practices which form part of comprehensive hypertension management, and mentoring for the hypertension control program. The results showed a significant increase in respondent’s knowledge before and after education about adolescent hypertension and its prevention. During the pretest, only 25% of adolescents had good knowledge category, which increased to 85% after the educational sessions. Furthermore, 20% of adolescents had blood pressure >130/90mmHg, Body Mass Index data revealed that 30% of adolescents were obese, while 10% were categorized as overweight.

ABSTRAK Penelitian lain menemukan 58,1% ibu hamil mengeluh nyeri punggung dengan rincian nyeri sedang (29,0%), nyeri ringan (22,6%), dan nyeri berat (6,5%). Perubahan selama kehamilan dapat memicu gangguan kenyamanan ibu hamilsalah satunya nyeri punggung. Akupresur merupakan cara penyembuhan yang menggunakan teknik penekanan dengan jari-jari pada titik akupunktur sebagai pengganti penusukan jarum pada sistim penyembuhan akupunktur.Terapi non-farmakologis lainnya yang dapat diberikan adalah effleurage massage, yang memberikan pijatan yang lembut, lambat dan tanpa gangguan di punggung ibu hamil sehingga dapat menyebabkan relaksasi dan mengurangi rasa sakit. Peran kader sangat diperlukan dalam mendekatkan upaya promotif dan preventif kepada masyarakat, utamanya terkait dengan upaya peningkatan status gizi masyarakat serta upaya kesehatan ibu dan anak untuk mengurangi angka kesakitan pada ibu hamil. Meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan dalam upaya mengurangi nyeri punggung ibu hamil melalui akupresur dan massage effleurage. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah intervensi edukasi kesehatan. Pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang terapi komplementer akupresur dengan kategori baik yaitu 58,4% menjadi 100% dan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang terapi komplementer massage effleuragedengan kategori baik yaitu 91,7% menjadi 100%.  Para kader kesehatan mampu memahami bahwa nyeri punggung merupakan keluhan umum yang sering dialami ibu hamil dapat diatasi melalui terapi komplementer akupresur dan massage effleurage. Kata Kunci: Akupresur, Massage Effleurage, Nyeri Punggung, Ibu Hamil.  ABSTRACT Another study found that 58.1% of pregnant women complained of back pain with details of moderate pain (29.0%), mild pain (22.6%), and severe pain (6.5%). Changes during pregnancy can trigger discomfort in pregnant women, one of which is back pain. Acupressure is a healing method that uses a technique of pressing with fingers on acupuncture points as a substitute for needle insertion in the acupuncture healing system. Another non-pharmacological therapy that can be given is effleurage massage, which provides a gentle, slow and uninterrupted massage on the back of pregnant women so that it can cause relaxation and reduce pain. The role of cadres is very necessary in bringing promotive and preventive efforts closer to the community, especially related to efforts to improve the nutritional status of the community and maternal and child health efforts to reduce morbidity in pregnant women. To increase the knowledge of health cadres in efforts to reduce back pain in pregnant women through acupressure and effleurage massage. The community service method used in this activity was a health education intervention. Health cadres' knowledge of complementary acupressure therapy increased from 58.4% to 100%, and their knowledge of complementary effleurage massage therapy increased from 91.7% to 100%. Health cadres understood that back pain, a common complaint often experienced by pregnant women, can be addressed through complementary acupressure and effleurage massage therapies. Keywords: Acupressure, Effleurage Massage, Back Pain, Pregnant Women.
