Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence and job burnout on the turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative analysis method which aims to analyze the relationship between the observed variables using multiple regression analysis. Respondent consists of 46 employees of PT. Banjarmasin Bangkit taken with a saturated sample technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the research proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,637 or 63,7% and job burnout has a positive and significant affect partially on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,274 or 27,4%. Emotional intelligence and job burnout have significant effect simultaneously on the turnover intention with the influence of 0,753 or 75,3%.   Keywords: Procedures Emotional Intelligence, Job Burnout, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Minat baca masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya di daerah pedesaan, masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat Desa Cimanuk, Kecamatan Cimanuk, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten melalui sosialisasi literasi membaca dan menonton film edukatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosialisasi dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat dalam berbagai kegiatan literasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi penyediaan bahan bacaan yang relevan dan pemutaran film-film edukatif yang dapat menstimulasi minat baca. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca pada masyarakat, yang terlihat dari meningkatnya frekuensi kunjungan ke perpustakaan desa dan bersosialisasi dalam kegiatan literasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi literasi yang terintegrasi dengan media audio-visual, seperti film edukatif, efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat baca di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, strategi ini dapat diterapkan sebagai model untuk meningkatkan literasi di wilayah-wilayah lain yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation marketing performance, as well as the moderation effect of dynamic marketing capabilities. The research sample was taken as many as 102 Sasirangan fabric craftsmen in Banjarmasin City. The questionnaire was used to collect the data and further analyzed with SEM with Smart PLS. The results prove that marketing orientation has proven to have a significant effect on dynamic marketing capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation does not have a significant effect on marketing performance, while marketing capabilities have a significant effect on marketing performance. Research also found that dynamic marketing capabilities are proven to mediate marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in their influence on marketing performance, it can be interpreted that dynamic marketing capabilities are mediating variables that strengthen marketing orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in influencing the marketing performance of sasirangan fabric industry craftsmen

Abstract

Jangkar Village, Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Bangkalan Regency, produces abundant durian seed waste every harvest season. Until now, this waste has only been discarded, potentially causing environmental problems. This community service activity aims to address this problem by developing durian seed chips as a value-added food innovation, which also creates micro-business opportunities based in the village. The methods used in this activity include situation analysis, technical training in chip processing, business management assistance, and marketing. Evaluation is carried out through consumer response testing using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Product responsiveness testing was conducted on 42 respondents from the surrounding community (after the production process). The test results showed that most respondents (80%) liked the durian seed chips. The main reasons for liking them were their savory taste and crunchy texture, although the distinctive aroma of durian was considered less prominent. A comparison between the pre-test (before trying) and post-test (after trying) of the product showed a significant increase in interest in trying the product (from 55% to 85%), taste assessment (from 50% to 80%), texture appreciation (from 48% to 75%), and suitability as a marketable product (from 45% to 70%). The initial market test also received positive responses and enthusiasm from the community. The contributions of this activity include product innovation, improvement of community skills, additional income opportunities, and support for environmental preservation. Thus, durian seed chips have the potential to become a sustainable regional specialty product with promising market prospects

Abstract

Thematic interpretation of the Qur'an is a method of interpretation that involves collecting verses from the Qur'an related to a particular theme. This approach is becoming increasingly important in dealing with the difficulties faced by society today. In the era of information and globalization, interpretation of the themes of the Koran can provide solutions to problems that are developing in various parts of the world. The thematic interpretation method can also be prepared practically and systematically by following the chronology of the revelation of the verses, so that it can keep up with the times by adapting to all places, situations and conditions. One of the figures who provides ideas and solution techniques in understanding the text of Al- Qur'an is Yusuf al-Qardhawi. He emphasized the importance of gaining a good and thorough understanding by avoiding narrow and unfounded textual interpretations. This article is a literature study that focuses on al-Qardhawi's method in understanding the text of the Qur'an. The thematic interpretation approach introduced by al-Qardhawi allows readers of the Qur'an to understand the messages of the Qur'an more broadly and are relevant to the contemporary context.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to test the partial and simultaneous influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust on brand loyalty on MS Glow products in Banjarmasin City. The method used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents who were MS Glow users obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect partially on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, brand trust has a positive but not significant effect partially on brand loyalty. Simultaneously, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty on MS Glow products in Banjarmasin City

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia. This organization was born of course from the big figures who oversee it, one of them Mahbud Djunaidi. His political abilities are obtained from various organizational experiences and abilities in writing. The problem raised in this research is how the political history of Mahbub Djunaidi as a political activist of Nahdlatul Ulama in 1960-1987. Based on these problems, this study aims to describe the political journey of Mahbub Djunaidi (1960-1987). Based on the problems and objectives of the research, the method used is the historical method which consists of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography stages. The results of the study show that Mahbub Djunaidi has the concept of khittah plus. Political democracy in the style of Mahbub Djunaidi is the ideal of democracy which is fought for through political lines.
