Abstract

The Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Interest and Consumer Satisfaction as Intervening Variables (Study on Sabana Fried Chicken Consumers at Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta).The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer buying interest and consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative research method, with the type and source of primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population and sample of this study were respondents who had bought or consumed Sabana Fried Chicken. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, resulting in 170 data samples that met the criteria. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate including: 1) Brand image affects customer satisfaction; 2) Brand image affects purchase intention; 3) Product quality affects consumer satisfaction; 4) Product quality has no effect on purchase intention; 5) Purchase intention affects customer satisfaction; 6) Brand image affects purchase intention through customer satisfaction; 7) Product quality affects purchase intention through customer satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dosen (Studi Kasus Pada Dosen FEB Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif kuantitatif dan engumpulan data dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 orang dosen. Uji yang dilakukan terhadap data yang didapat: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, persamaan regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tidak ada pengaruh secara signifikan dari motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen. Sedangkan disiplin kerja, secara parsial, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Secara Simultan (bersama-sama), motivasi dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.834 dan tingkat koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.696. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadapa variabel lain seperti: remunerasi, kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan seterusnya, agar didapat pengetahuan yang lebih komprehensip.

Abstract

The influence of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach through the Accidental Sampling technique for sampling. A total of 135 people in the city of Bekasi focusing on North Bekasi who had used Teh Pucuk Harum products were the research samples. Data examination uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM method on SmartPLS 4.0. The research findings reveal the following: 1.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 2.) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 3.) Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 4.) Product Quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, 5.) Purchasing Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of product diversity and location on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are Omah Furniture consumers. The number of samples used in this study were 136 respondents. The design used is hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study explain that the variables of product diversity, location, and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study provides advice that companies should pay more attention to product diversity and location to increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.

Abstract

Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions at Work Coffee at Bhayangkara Jaya University Bekasi Campus. This study aims to explore the effect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 126 selected respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research conducted at work coffee are as follows: 1) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 2) Facility variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions; 3) Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Facility Variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 5) Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The influence of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions of the fashion brand Airlabels at Summarecon Mall Bekasi through purchase interest as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method, with a sampling technique (Purposive Sampling), involving 119 respondents who have made purchases or at least have an interest in Air Labels products at Summarecon Bekasi. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software, with Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest; 3) Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 5) Purchase interest has a positive effect on purchasing decisions; 6) Purchase interest is able to mediate Promotion on purchasing decisions; 7) Purchase interest is unable to mediate Product Quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is used to measure the effect of social media and product quality on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. This research is a quantitative study in which the objects used are students of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. This research was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents. The data processing tool used is the structural equitation model (SEM) software application with the SmartPLS version 4.0 tool. based on the results of this study explain that; 1) Social media has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest; 3) social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 5) buying interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Potensi Daur Ulang Sampah Dari Kampus Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Aktivitas di kampus Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (Ubhara Jaya) merupakan salah satu sumber timbulan sampah di kota Bekasi yang perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk mencegah timbulnya dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Untuk mengetahui kuantitas sampah yang harus dikelola di kampus Ubhara Jaya perlu dilakukan pengukuran sampel timbulan sampah. Pada penelitian ini pengukuran sampel mengikuti panduan dalam SNI 19-3964-1994. Sampah yang berasal dari 4 gedung utama, kantin, kebun dan taman diukur berat, volume, dan komposisinya selama 8 hari berturut-turut. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, timbulan sampah rata-rata dari kampus Ubhara Jaya adalah 138,3 kg/hari. Komposisi sampah terdiri dari sampah plastik sebesar 41.14%, sampah kertas 28.49%, sampah sisa sebesar 24.27%, dan sampah lain-lain 5.67%. Sampah plastik dan kertas yang masih memiliki nilai ekonomi dapat dimanfaatkan kembali sedangkan sampah organik dapat diolah dengan pengomposan. Dengan pemanfaatan kembali dan pengomposan, sampah yang harus diangkut ke TPA dapat dikurangi sebanyak 94%. Dengan demikian, kampus Ubhara Jaya dapat mengurangi beban sampah yang harus dikelola di kota Bekasi. Kata kunci: Reduksi, Sampah, Plastik, Kompos Abstract: Recycling Potential Of Waste Generated From Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Daily activity in Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (Ubhara Jaya) is one of the domestic waste source ini Bekasi which shall be managed properly to prevent negative impact to the environment. Sampling of waste quantity is required to identify the number of waste that shall be managed Ubhara Jaya. In this research, sampling was performed according to the guidance in SNI 19-3964-1994. Domestic waste from 4 main buildings, canteen, yard, and garden was measured for its weight, volume, and composition in 8 days consecutively. The sampling result indicated that quantity of domestic waste in Ubhara Jaya is 138.3 kg/day The composition of domestic waste, i.e. 41.14% plastic waste, 28.49% paper waste, 24.27% organic waste, and 5.67% other waste. Plastic and paper waste are still valuable and can be recycled, while organic waste can be treated by composting. Domestic waste management through recycling and composting can reduce waste which shall be transported to final disposal site by 94%. Subsequently Ubhara Jaya will reduce the quantity of waste in Bekasi. Keywords: Reduce, Waste, Plastic, Compost

Abstract

Article on the influence of product variation and product quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable in hand-drawn batik. The purpose of writing this article is to determine the influence of product variation and product quality on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty in hand-drawn batik. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis tool used in this study is SEM SmartPLS 4.1.0.0 The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study was 214 respondents, with a research sample of 100 respondents, obtained from questionnaires distributed and filled out by consumers who use hand-drawn batik. The tests conducted in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model and Hypothesis Test. The results of this article are: 1) Product variety has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) Product variety has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty; 4) Product quality has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty; 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 6) Product variety has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction; and 7) Product quality has no effect and is not significant on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of the attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust as social media promotional strategies on purchasing decisions for Make Over product through purchase intention. This research uses a quantitative approach with convenience sampling techniques on 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 4.0 statistical tools. The research results show that the attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust have a significant effect on purchasing interest, furthermore the attractiveness of beauty vloggers does not influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, consumer trust influences purchasing decisions and purchasing interest also has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The attractiveness of beauty vloggers and consumer trust have a significant influence on purchasing decisions through purchasing interest as an intervention.
