Abstract

Perilaku bullying merupakan perilaku negatif yang mengakibatkan seseorang dalam keadaan tidak nyaman atau terluka dan biasanya terjadi berulang-ulang Menurut data WHO, bullying 8 hingga 50% di beberapa negara Asia, Amerika, dan Eropa. tindakan bullying menempati peringkat pertama dalam daftar hal-hal yang menimbulkan ketakutan di sekolah. Di Indonesia tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2017 kasus bullying 26.000, pada tahun 2018 161 kasus, 22,4% Pada awal tahun 2020 sebanyak 37 kasus. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku bullying di SMPN 6 Pariaman tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Juli- 31 Agustus di SMPN 6 Pariaman tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian 85 orang siswa dan siswi. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square. Penelitian ini diharapkan Sebagai sumber informasi kepada pihak sekolah SMPN 6 Pariaman dalam permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja di lingkungan sekolah agar dapat ditangani lebih maksimal lagi

Abstract

Elderly Posyandu is a forum for communication, technology transfer, and health services by the community and for the community which has strategic value for the development of human resources, especially the elderly. Knowledge and family support play a very important role in encouraging the interest or willingness of the elderly to participate in elderly Posyandu activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and family support with the low number of visits by the elderly to the elderly Posyandu in the Working Area of ​​the Talu Health Center in 2020. The research was conducted in April 2020. This type of research was a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all elderly people aged 60 to > 70 years in the work area of ​​the Talu Public Health Center, using the accidental sampling technique to obtain a sample of 30 elderly people. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using a computerized statistical test using SPSS Ver.17 with a significance limit of α = 0.05 and a 95% degree of confidence. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 46.7% of the elderly had low knowledge, 53.3% had good family support for the elderly and 60% visited the elderly Posyandu for the elderly. Bivariate analysis found a p value (p<0.05) meaning that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0.021) and attitude (p=0.004) with visits to the elderly posyandu in the Talu Health Center area in 2020. The results of this study can be concluded that it turns out that there is a relationship between knowledge and family support with visits to the elderly posyandu. It is hoped that the role of health workers will be more active in making visits to the elderly in people's homes to find out health conditions and free treatment for the elderly and not be stuck in the activities of the elderly Posyandu.

Abstract

Stretch marks are a common health problem in postpartum mothers. Stretch marks can appear in the mother's stomach area due to hormonal changes and skin stretching due to the increasing pregnancy. Management of stretch marks with non-pharmacological measures can be done with natural ingredients such as using olive oil. Olive oil which is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E can reduce itching, heat, dryness, and irritation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving olive oil to reduce stretch marks in postpartum mothers in the Pauh Kambar Health Center Work Area. The type of research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest approach. The research was conducted at the Pauh Kambar Health Center on July 22 - August 22, 2024. The population in this study were 15 postpartum mothers. The research sample was 15 postpartum mothers with a total sampling technique. The research instrument was an observation sheet. Data analysis was carried out using a paired t-test at the α = 5% level. The results of the study found that most postpartum mothers experienced stretch marks striae 3, namely 7 people (46.7%) before being given olive oil. After being given olive oil, the stretch marks formed were many striae 2, there were 8 people (53.3%). Bivariate analysis with paired t-test showed a p-value = 0.000 <α = 0.05 which means that there is an effect of giving olive oil on stretch marks in postpartum mothers in the Pauh Kambar Health Center work area. In conclusion, giving olive oil has an effect on stretch marks experienced by mothers in postpartum mothers in the Pauh Kambar Health Center work area. Suggestions for health workers should increase the provision of counseling once a month to postpartum mothers regarding stretch marks so as to reduce the fear of pregnant women.

Abstract

Pregnancy for a woman is the most difficult phase in her life, especially for primiparous mothers. Routine pregnancy check-ups can prevent high-risk pregnancies such as preeclampsia and even maternal and fetal death. Husband's knowledge and support are supporting factors that can motivate pregnant women's compliance in undergoing pregnancy check-ups. This study aims to determine the relationship between husband's knowledge and support with compliance in conducting antenatal care (ANC) visits in pregnant women in the Pariaman Health Center Work Area. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The study was conducted on July 26-August 26, 2024. The population in this study were husbands of pregnant women who underwent ANC examinations at the Pariaman Health Center. The research sample was determined as many as 42 husbands of pregnant women by random sampling. Statistical tests using Chi Square at the α level = 5%. The results of the study showed that more than half of the respondents, namely 26 people (61.9%) had good knowledge, and supported their wives to have ANC examinations, namely 22 people (52.4%), and as many as 27 people (64.3%) were compliant in making Antenatal Care (ANC) visits. The results of the Chi square test on the knowledge aspect showed a p-value = 0.01 <α = 0.05, while on the support aspect the p-value was obtained = 0.03 <α = 0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship between husband's knowledge and support with compliance with Antenatal Care visits in the Pariaman Health Center Work Area. Suggestions, further researchers from the health sector can provide counseling activities to husbands of pregnant women regarding the importance of conducting examinations during pregnancy in order to maintain the health and safety of the mother and fetus

Abstract

Febrile seizures are included in the top 3 diseases that are complained about in toddlers. Febrile seizures are seizure awakenings that occur in a rise in body temperature, temperatures above 38°C. Febrile seizures are emergency conditions that require first treatment. Early treatment of febrile seizures depends largely on parents, especially the mother. So that it can provide help to children and not to aggravate the child's condition. This research was conducted on October 4 – October 20, 2023. This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with the first treatment of febrile seizure toddlers in the emergency room of Pariaman Hospital in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with Cross Sectional Study approach. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling, which involves as many as 34 respondents. Statistical tests using Chi-Square found that most mothers had a less knowledge level on toddler febrile seizures as many as 15(44,1 %) Respondents, and most mothers did less handling on toddler febrile seizures as many as 14 (41,2 %).Respondents. There is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and the first treatment of febrile seizures with p value = 0.07 where p value < a = 0.05. Based on this study shows that parental knowledge affects the first treatment of febrile seizures. It is recommended to parents to increase knowledge of febrile seizures well, so that they can do the first treatment of febrile seizures.

Abstract

Knowledge of adolescent girls related to early signs of puberty in the form of menarche (first menstruation) is still low in Padang Pariaman Regency. Meanwhile, adolescent girls should have sufficient knowledge and information to face menarche. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and readiness to face menarche in grade V and VI students of SDN 11 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. The method used in this study was descriptive analytical using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were 30 grade V and VI students of SDN 11 Nan Sabaris. Sampling was done using the total sampling technique so that the sample size was 30 people. The instrument ini this research was questionnaire. Data processing was computerized with Chi-Square analysis at α = 5%. The results showed that 66.7% of respondents had high knowledge and 70.0% of respondents were ready to face menarche. Bivariate chi square analysis showed that p-value = 0.00 which means there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and readiness to face menarche in grade V and VI students of SDN 11 Nan Sabaris (p-value = 0.00 <α = 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the level of adolescent knowledge in facing menarche in grade V and VI students of Nan Sabaris is related to their readiness.

Abstract

Nurses as health workers are required to improve their knowledge and provide maximum service in order to provide optimal service to patients, especially emergency services which can be assessed from the nurse's ability in terms of responsiveness, timely service, good attitude in providing service, concern and attention in providing service and can improve the quality of service. Nurses must improve their professionalism in implementing nursing care, as well as understand the assessment of primary and secondary surveys, carry out triage quickly and correctly. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and perception of nurses with triage skills in the Emergency Room (IGD) of Hospitals in Pariaman City in 2024. This type of quantitative research uses a Cross Sectional Study approach. The study was conducted on September 13-20, 2024 in the Emergency Room (IGD) of the Hospital in Pariaman. The research sample was 33 people. Sampling by Total Sampling. Statistical test using Chi Square degree of significance (p value <α 0.05) The results of the study showed that more than half of the respondents had good knowledge, namely 26 23 (69.7%). The most respondents' perception was good perception, namely 16 (48.5%). More than half of the respondents had good triage skills, namely 25 (75.8%). Conclusion, There is a relationship between nurses' knowledge and perceptions with triage skills in the Emergency Room (IGD) of Hospitals in Pariaman City in 2024. Suggestion, This study is expected to be a guideline for nurses in improving triage skills in nurses in emergency services
