Abstract

Industri restoran cepat saji terus menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan, seiring dengan meningkatnya persaingan di sektor kuliner dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, terutama dari kalangan generasi muda. Dalam situasi pasar yang semakin dinamis, perusahaan dituntut untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tidak hanya terbatas pada produk, tetapi mampu menjalin kedekatan emosional dengan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, melalui keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 200 responden yang merupakan konsumen Waroeng Steak di wilayah Jabodetabek, yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk melihat keterkaitan antar variabel dalam model yang dibangun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa promosi serta keputusan pembelian memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, keputusan pembelian juga terbukti menguatkan hubungan antara citra merek dan promosi terhadap kepuasan. Sementara itu, kualitas produk tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengamatan ini mengindikasikan jika perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian lebih pada strategi promosi digital dan penguatan citra merek dalam meningkatkan intensi pembelian serta mendorong kepuasan pelanggan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Transformational leadership berperan penting dalam strategi sumber daya manusia yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan dengan memberikan dampak dari gaya pengembangan kepemimpinan dalam memberikan visi dan misi organisasi untuk memperluas perspektif karyawan dan meningkatkan performance karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur lebih spesifik pengaruh dari transformational leadership terhadap job satisfaction, organizational culture dan employee performance pada karyawan staff industri farmasi. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner kepada 200 responden staff industri farmasi berlokasi di wilayah Tangerang. Analisis data primer dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lima hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, dan variabel transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh langsung paling besar terhadap organizational culture. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi kepada perusahaan dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan employee performance dapat melihat dari beberapa faktor job satisfaction dan organizational culture yang dibentuk dari transformational leadership secara optimal dan terukur. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk dapat memperluas wilayah penelitian dan mencari objek dibidang lainnya.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Job Demands (tuntutan pekerjaan) dan Job Resources (sumber daya pekerjaan) terhadap Job Hopping Intention pada pekerja generasi milenial di wilayah Jabodetabek. Riset menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional kausalitas. Sampel berjumlah 122 responden pekerja milenial yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria pernah berpindah kerja minimal satu kali dalam kurun waktu 1–2 tahun atas keinginan sendiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner daring yang terdiri atas skala Job Demands–Resources dan Job Hopping Intention yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (α = 0,834–0,930). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwasanya Job Demand dan Job Resource secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Hopping Intention (F = 10,301; p < 0,001). Secara parsial, baik Job Demand (β = 0,379; p < 0,001) maupun Job Resource (β = 0,193; p = 0,018) berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Hopping Intention. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwasanya pekerja milenial tidak hanya terdorong berpindah karena tekanan kerja, tetapi juga karena dorongan karier yang bersifat mandiri dan fleksibel. Implikasi dari riset ini menunjukkan pentingnya organisasi guna menyeimbangkan tuntutan kerja dan pemberian sumber daya, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang bermakna dan mendukung keterikatan karyawan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Consumer Purchase Intention plays a crucial role in marketing strategies, which companies can leverage to establish direct communication and foster strong relationships with customers. This study aims to identify the factors influencing consumer purchase intention for Somethinc skincare products, with variables examined including Sustainability Environment, Sustainability Economic, Sustainability Social, Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM), and Social Media (TikTok) Advertising. This research adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, involving 205 respondents aged 17-45 who are consumers of Somethinc skincare in the Greater Jakarta area. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results indicate that sustainability environment positively affects consumer purchase intention, sustainability economic positively affects consumer purchase intention, sustainability social positively affects consumer purchase intention, electronic word of mouth positively affects consumer purchase intention, and social media advertising positively affects consumer purchase intention. This research contributes to companies by encouraging them to focus more on economic and social sustainability strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention. Future researchers are encouraged to explore different research objects and add variables such as brand image and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Healthcare workers are the frontline of patient care, making it essential to implement work systems that support their well-being and motivation. High Performance Work System (HPWS) is considered a strategic approach to enhancing employee performance and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of HPWS on nurses’ job satisfaction, with burnout and work motivation as mediating variables. A quantitative approach was employed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 265 nurses working at private hospitals in Jakarta using purposive sampling techniques. The results revealed that HPWS has a significantly positive effect on job satisfaction and work motivation, and a significantly negative effect on burnout. Furthermore, burnout negatively affects job satisfaction, while work motivation has a positive effect. Mediation analysis showed that burnout and work motivation significantly mediate the relationship between HPWS and job satisfaction. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by emphasizing the importance of implementing HPWS practices in creating a healthy and productive work environment, which ultimately enhances employee well-being, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Abstract

Organizational Effectiveness reflects the ability of an organization to achieve its goals, manage resources efficiently, and adapt to environmental changes. An effective organization is not only characterized by the achievement of business targets but also by its internal ability to optimally manage human resources, workflows, and organizational culture. This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, discipline, and Talent Management on Organizational Effectiveness among employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs. This type of research is quantitative with purposive sampling techniques distributed through a questionnaire to 250 respondents who are employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs located in the Jakarta area. Primary data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods. The research results show that Transformational Leadership, discipline, and Talent Management have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Effectiveness. These three independent variables were chosen because they are considered to play a strategic role in enhancing Organizational Effectiveness in the face of increasingly complex and competitive work environment dynamics. Thus, each hypothesis tested in this study has proven to have a significant impact. These findings provide important implications for organizational management in efforts to create a productive and results-oriented work environment.
