Abstract

The importance of repurchasing intention indicates a product's success or failure in the market. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction with Scarlett Whitening products. The data processing method in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) modeling equation with a total of 135 respondents. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach that adopts Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses inferential statistical data analysis. The first finding is that product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. The brand image on customer satisfaction is declared influential or accepted. Product quality has a positive effect on repurchase intention and is accepted. The effect of brand image on repurchase intention is declared to have no effect, or the hypothesis is proven to be rejected. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention. The results empirically prove if product quality affects repurchase intention, mediated by consumer satisfaction. Brand image has a positive effect on repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction. This study has implications for management that a good brand image of Scarlett body lotion will generate fame or can be said to attract consumers' attention, and quality Scarlett body lotion products will also increase consumer repurchases.

Abstract

In startup companies, financial and other resources are often still limited, so human resources are a valuable asset that plays a crucial role in running an entrepreneur. Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) support new companies or startups success and growth. OCB can increase efficiency and productivity, create a positive work environment, and improve the ability to adapt to change. Therefore, startup companies must encourage and foster OCB among employees to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research analyzes the factors influencing OCB by exploring the role of work values, engagement, and job satisfaction. The participants in this research were 351 employees of startup companies in Jakarta. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, and data analysis uses SEM-PLS. The research findings state that work values positively impact engagement and job satisfaction. Then, work engagement and job satisfaction were ultimately proven to increase employee OCB in startup companies. This study enriches the literature, especially in managing human resources in organizations, and becomes a basis for companies to create rules and policies to increase OCB in a dynamic and competitive business.

Abstract

This study investigates sustainable strategies in education by examining the adoption of digital circular economy principles, aiming to address the growing need for resource efficiency within educational systems. As educational institutions face pressures to reduce environmental impact and enhance sustainability, integrating circular economy practices offers promising pathways. The objective of this research is to explore how digital tools and circular principles can be effectively applied to minimize waste and promote resource regeneration in academic settings. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys across several institutions actively implementing circular economy initiatives. Data was collected from educators, administrators, and students to assess the impact of digital circular models on resource management, cost-efficiency, and environmental awareness. Findings indicate that digital circular economy strategies, including digital resource sharing platforms and waste reduction initiatives, significantly enhance both operational sustainability and educational outcomes by fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. Furthermore, the adoption of these strategies has led to measurable reductions in material waste and increased awareness of sustainable practices among students and staff. The research concludes that digital circular economy principles are not only viable but also essential for creating a sustainable educational environment that aligns with global sustainability goals. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders in education seeking to develop sustainable frameworks and underline the importance of continued investment in digital circular economy initiatives to support long-term educational and environmental objectives.

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation, this paper provides a thorough analysis of the theoretical underpinnings and real-world applications of blockchain technology. Blockchain is a revolutionary technology that is improving security, transparency, and operational efficiency and is causing significant changes in a number of industries. This study evaluates the practical efficacy of blockchain concepts in supply chain management, healthcare, and finance by reviewing a large body of research on decentralization, cryptographic security, and consensus methods. The report also identifies important barriers to blockchain adoption, such as scalability constraints, regulatory barriers, and interoperability problems. Through an analysis of these challenges, the study offers insights into the obstacles that must be overcome in order to apply blockchain technology more widely. The paper demonstrates how blockchain technology is being used to propel digital transformation by fusing theoretical viewpoints with actual case studies. The study illustrates the useful advantages and potential of blockchain in building more transparent, safe, and effective systems through these case studies.

Abstract

Readiness to change is a basic thing that teachers must have to be able to adapt to technology and scientific developments. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on job engagement. Then to determine the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on readiness to change. This research is descriptive and quantitative research conducted on 124 junior high school teachers in Pringsewu Lampung using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that self-efficacy and transformational leadership had a positive effect on work engagement. Transformational leadership also has a positive effect on readiness to change, but self-efficacy does not directly affect readiness to change. Furthermore, job engagement mediates the effect of self-efficacy and transformational leadership on readiness to change. This research has implications for being applied to teachers during the process of being more open to accepting change
