Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga hasil laut agar masa simpannya dapat bertahan lama adalah dengan dilakukan pengawetan. Teknik pengawetan ikan telah dilakukan sejak jaman dahulu, yaitu dengan melakukan penjemuran dengan memmanfaatkan cahaya matahari. Namun terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi berhasilnya proses pengeringan tersebut, seperti suhu, kelembaban dan waktu pengeringan. Namun proses pengeringan secara tradisional sering terjadi kendala pada prosesnya karena sangat bergantung pada kondisi cuaca. Pada penelitian ini mencoba untuk merancang alat yang dapat memecahkan masalah tersebut. Dengan menggunakan sensor suhu lm35 sebagai pengukur suhu pada kotak pengering. Menggunakan elemen pemanas sebagai sumber panas yang akan dikontrol panasnya sesuai dengan suhu pengeringan secara tradisional yaitu pada 36oC s/d 45oC. Menggunakan 2 buah fan sebagai pengatur sirkulasi panas pada kotak pengering. Memanfatkan sebuah motor dc sebagai aktuator pemutar tampat ikan yang bertujuan agar pengeringan ikan merata di setiap sisi. Serta menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega 8535 sebagai pengendali sistem. Kemudian hasil pembacaan suhu akan ditampilkan pada sebuah LCD 2x16

Abstract

This study aims to analyze multimedia learning tools' impact on improving grade VI students' English language skills at SDN 02 Lubuk Buaya, Padang City. In today's digital era, technology in education is increasingly important, especially in improving language skills. The method used is a quantitative experiment with a pre-test and post-test approach. The sample consisted of 52 students and was divided into two groups: an experimental group using multimedia applications and a control group using conventional methods. The results showed that multimedia significantly improved students' English skills, especially vocabulary comprehension and speaking skills. Data analysis revealed a significant difference between the control and experimental groups, which showed better progress. These findings confirm the benefits of integrating multimedia technology in language teaching, which can help students be more engaged and motivated in learning English. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of multimedia use in improving students' English learning outcomes. Multimedia tools based on mobile applications and e-learning platforms are becoming more widespread to improve students' English skills. Therefore, it is important for schools and educators further to integrate multimedia technology into the English language learning curriculum. In addition, training for teachers in the use of multimedia tools is also needed to ensure that the technology is used effectively. Thus, students' English learning outcomes can be significantly improved by applying this method.

Abstract

Companies or business units are currently utilizing the role of the internet for company activities. Applications to support company activities that have been made have started to be web-based, both related to administration, finance, marketing and management of goods or inventory so that information can be obtained more quickly and easily accessed. wherever and whenever. However, until now there is no system that is able to manage data about inventory stock, for this reason the company wants to have a system that can be used to find out inventory, so that it can easily find out the amount and place to store inventory, that the inventory inventory system is not yet effective because doing data processing is still done in a way that is still manual. The results of the analysis are applied in an application capable of processing inventory system data using a web-based programming language. With the design of this new system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for companies/business units to process existing inventory system data, and can increase work effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

PT. Cahaya Hermes Indo Abadi is one of the largest non-subsidized gas distributors in the city of Padang. Gas is a necessity in society. It is necessary to pay attention to the availability of gas to meet consumer needs, the state of gas stocks can affect the level of sales revenue. Sales relate to consumer desires for goods and services that they want to fulfill. Increasing the amount of gas demand can generate a large income. In predicting gas needs, a method is needed that is able to overcome society's gas needs. One of the methods used in this research is the Monte Carlo Method. This method is able to overcome further gas needs so data is needed to overcome this problem. The data used is 12 Kg non-subsidized gas sales data for three years, namely Gas Sales Data for 2021, 2022, and Gas Sales Data for 2023. The level of prediction accuracy in 2022 is 86.9% and in 2023 the accuracy is 86.6%. Based on the gas distribution simulation that has been carried out, the average is 86.75%. By obtaining a greater level of accuracy, this method is suitable for use and implementation in predicting future gas demand, making it easier for companies to make decisions in the future.

Abstract

Classification refers to the process of identifying a model or function that clarifies or differentiates concepts or categories of data, with the goal of predicting the class of an object. Naïve Bayes is a machine learning technique that employs probability computations. In this case study, various algorithms are used for modeling classification, and the naïve bayes algorithm is applied to examine the graduation rate. By utilizing this method, accuracy is assessed, which allows for an analysis based on criteria such as School Major, First Choice of College, Second Choice of College, Average Graduation Value, and Graduation Information. The outcome of the computation utilizing the Naïve Bayes Algorithm (Information Systems | Option 1) > (Information Engineering | Option 2) is 53.32% > 0%, which allows us to infer that the First Option of Information Systems and the Second Option of Informatics Engineering yield an Average Score of 75.00, resulting in a Graduation Information status of PASS, thus, Information Pass (Option 1-Information Systems).

Abstract

Pada era digital seperti ini Gadget merupakan benda yang sudah tidak dapat dipisahkan dari aktivitas sehari-hari manusia. Penggunaan gadget tidak hanya pada orang dewasa atau yang berusia lebih dari 15 tahun. Gadget saat ini juga sudah digunakan oleh orang yang berusia kurang dari 15 tahun, atau yang biasa disebut dengan anak-anak. Anak-anak biasanya tidak dapat mengontrol waktu penggunaan gadget. Ada beberapa dampak yang akan ditimbulkan jika menggunakan gadget tidak sesui dengan waktunya. Penggunaan gadget berlebihan pada anak dapat berakibat buruk pada kondisi anak, baik secara fisik maupun non fisik.Kondisi anak seperti ini tentunya dapat menghambat perkembangan anak menjadi generasi emas yang unggul pada 1020 tahun mendatang. Maka dari itu, perlu memberikan sosialisasi kepada anak-anak mengenai apa saja dampak yang ditimbulkan dalam penggunaan gadget yang tidak sesuai, serta memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman kepada anak-anak termasuk anak usia dini untuk mencegah hal yang lebih buruk yang kemungkinan akan terjadi akibat dari penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan di masa yang akan datang. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini nantinya dapat mengurangi penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak maupun anak usia dini, karena sadar akan dampak buruk dari penggunaan gadget. Sehingga harapan mereka akan menjadi generasi emas yang lebih baik pada 10-20 tahun mendatang dapat terwujud

Abstract

Abstarct : In the increasingly developing digital era, internet use has become an inseparable part of everyday life. However, with the convenience offered by technology, there are also various cyber security risks that can endanger children and the elderly. To address this problem, the "Cyber Security Training for Children and Parents" project aims to provide a better understanding of online threats and steps that can be taken to protect oneself and one's family in cyberspace. The project will present a series of trainings covering important topics such as safe use of social media, password control and privacy protection. Participants will be taught by facilitators who are experts in the field of cyber security, and they will be given a guide that can be used as a reference to ensure security in their online activities. The training will involve children aged 10-18 years as well as their parents, with the hope that the knowledge gained will provide better protection for the entire community. This project requires financial support to finance facilitators, training materials and promotional activities. With financial assistance and contributions from various parties, we hope to increase awareness about cyber security and provide the skills needed to face challenges in cyberspace. Keywords: internet of things (IoT);  internet technology  Abstrak : Di era digital yang semakin berkembang, penggunaan internet telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, dengan kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi, muncul pula berbagai risiko keamanan cyber yang dapat membahayakan anak-anak dan orang tua. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, proyek "Pelatihan Keamanan Cyber untuk Anak-anak dan Orang Tua" bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang ancaman online dan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk melindungi diri dan keluarga di dunia maya. Proyek ini akan menyajikan serangkaian pelatihan yang mencakup topik-topik penting seperti penggunaan yang aman di media sosial, pengendalian kata sandi, dan perlindungan privasi. Para peserta akan diajarkan oleh para fasilitator yang ahli di bidang keamanan cyber, dan mereka akan diberikan panduan yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk memastikan keamanan dalam aktivitas online mereka. Pelatihan akan melibatkan anak-anak usia 10-18 tahun serta orang tua mereka, dengan harapan bahwa pengetahuan yang diperoleh akan memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik bagi seluruh komunitas. Proyek ini memerlukan dukungan dana untuk membiayai fasilitator, materi pelatihan, dan promosi kegiatan. Abstract

Smartphones are important devices for many people and are considered a necessity in today's industrial age 4.0. This is the beginning of the advancement of digital technology and the internet, where information can be easily accessed in various places. Therefore, people started buying smartphones. With this, people can utilise the Decision Support System. used to determine the data criteria needed to select a smartphone. With these criteria, users can accurately and quickly determine their choice. Where in the research in choosing a smartphone according to the needs of the community using 9 criteria that are often taken into consideration including Brand, Price, Processor Specifications, RAM Specifications, Model, Battery Capacity, Camera Resolution, Internal Capacity, Screen size which will be processed using the SMART method. Where the weight for each criterion has a value range of 0-100 depending on the priority given to each criterion. Based on calculations using the SMART method, the Iphone 11 Pro smartphone ranks highest with a final score of 8.3.

Abstract

The web-based drug management information system at Mulia Pharmacy is a system used to manage drug data and process drug transactions online. However, currently the existing system still uses the manual method and has several problems, such as limitations in updating drug data in real-time; so it takes a long time to get drug information in an emergency, long report generation. Therefore, an information system is needed that includes drug data management starting from purchasing drugs to suppliers, drug sales to the general public as well as in preparing drug stock reports. The purpose of this research is to improve the old system by creating a computerized information system for managing drug data. The benefits of this system facilitate the process of recording drug data, be it buying or selling. The research methodology used in the development of a new system may include preliminary studies, system design, system implementation, and system evaluation and maintenance. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with the case study research method to obtain in-depth information about the web-based drug management system at Mulia Pharmacy and how the newly designed system can overcome existing problems. With the development of a drug management information system at Mulia Pharmacy that is web-based which is better and has been integrated, it is hoped that it will facilitate the management of drug data and the online drug transaction process, and can overcome other problems..

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang pesat telah merambah ke berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan, begitu juga dalam pembelajaran agama Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih santri TPQ Nurul Huda dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi komputer edukatif bernuansa Islami sebagai sarana belajar yang menyenangkan. Beberapa aplikasi yang digunakan meliputi game edukasi do’a sehari-hari, aplikasi tajwid interaktif, kuis Islami berbasis komputer, serta aplikasi murattal Al-Qur'an dengan animasi visual. Kegiatan ini dirancang dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang partisipatif dan berorientasi pada eksplorasi langsung oleh anak-anak, sehingga mereka dapat belajar dengan cara bermain sambil tetap mendapatkan pemahaman keislaman yang bermakna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan guru TPQ, serta eksperimen langsung dengan siswa menggunakan berbagai aplikasi Islami yang dirancang khusus untuk anak-anak. Dalam konteks ini, pengenalan aplikasi edukasi Islami berbasis komputer menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperkaya metode pembelajaran Islam yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, khususnya bagi anak-anak usia 7 hingga 12 tahun. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya antusiasme belajar anak-anak TPQ terhadap materi-materi keislaman, tumbuhnya pemahaman dasar mengenai penggunaan komputer sebagai media pembelajaran, serta meningkatnya keterampilan dasar digital yang dapat berguna di masa depan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk membantu guru TPQ dan orang tua dalam mengakses serta menggunakan sumber belajar Islami berbasis teknologi yang berkualitas dan ramah anak. Kegiatan ini juga merekomendasikan agar lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya turut memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran guna menciptakan generasi Muslim yang cakap, cerdas, dan berakhlak mulia.
