The research method used was an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. Data analysis using chi-square test. The results showed retained placenta (p value = 0.000, OR 124.667), age (p value = 0.001, OR 5.278), and birth spacing (p value = 0.025, OR 9.808). Conclusion: There is a relationship between retained placenta, age and birth spacing simultaneously with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage at Dr. HMRabain M. Enim in 2021. Through the analysis, the results obtained from 33 respondents of high risk age who experienced incomplete abortion as many as 25 respondents (75.8%) and 8 respondents (24.2%) who did not experience incomplete abortion, where p value 0.007 and OR 4.119 means that there is a relationship between age mothers with incomplete abortions. Of the 40 respondents with high parity, 26 respondents (65%) experienced an incomplete abortion and 14 respondents (35%) did not experience an incomplete abortion with ap value of 0.170 and an OR of 2.034, which means that there is no parity relationship with the incidence of incomplete abortion. abortion. and of the 21 respondents who had a history of abortion, there were 18 respondents (85.7%) who had incomplete abortions and 3 respondents (14.3%) did not experience an incomplete abortion with ap value of 0.004 OR 7.034, meaning that there was a relationship between the history of abortion and the incidence of abortion. . Data analysis used chi square statistical test with p value value (0.05). The results of this study were from 15 respondents with good knowledge who received exclusive breastfeeding (73.3%) with p value = 0.02, meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding, from 23 respondents with family support who received exclusive breastfeeding (76 ,2%) obtained p value = 0.001, meaning that there is a relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 7-12 months and 23 respondents with the support of health workers who received exclusive breastfeeding (65.2%) obtained p-value = 0.02.
