Abstract

Background : Nutrition is one of the determinants of the quality of qualified, healthy, intelligent and productive human resources. Objective: To find out the relationship between eating patterns, infectious diseases, and family smoking status with the incidence of nutritional status of children under five. Objective: To find out the relationship between eating patterns, infectious diseases, and family smoking status with the incidence of nutritional status of children under five. Methods: This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Data collection in this study used secondary and primary data, by using questionnaires and interviews. While secondary data is data obtained from the patient's status in the medical record section. Results: The results of the analysis obtained the Odds Ratio (OR) obtained a value of 12,358 which means that the respondents under five whose eating patterns are quite have a chance. The results of the analysis also obtained an OR value of 5.721, which means that respondents under five who experience infectious diseases have a chance. And the results of the analysis also obtained an OR value of 7.235, which means that respondents under five whose families smoke will have a chance.Conclusion: There is a relationship between eating patterns of infectious diseases and family smoking status with the nutritional status of children under five. Abstract

Based on data published by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, Indonesia is one of the 10 countries with the largest number of measles cases in the world. To find out the relationship between knowledge, sources of information and the provision ofMeasles Rubella immunization. This is design is quantitative by using an analytical survey method where this study uses a cross sectional approach. The population or subjects in this study were mothers who had babies from 9 months to 6 years old who were in the puskesmas, totaling 70 respondents. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. Data analysis using bivariate analysisand univariate analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge and sources of information with the provision of measles rubella immunization. Knowledge variable obtained value = 0.006. Thus the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and the provision of measles rubella immunization. Variable source of information obtained value = 0.138. Thus the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between the source of information and the provision of measles rubella immunization is not statistically proven. There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and information sources with the provision of measles rubella immunization.

Abstract

Selama persalinan, ibu mengalami penyesuaian fisiologis dan psikologis. Penyesuaian psikologis ibu setelah melahirkan adalah adaptasi psikologis ibu terhadap peran barunya sebagai ibu. 2 dalam seminggu Depresi pascapersalinan dapat terjadi pada tahap ini setelah melahirkan. Depresi pasca melahirkan adalah salah satu bentuknya penyesuaian psikologis yang abnormal selama persalinan. Bidan dapat mencoba pengobatan Implementasi Continuity of Care (CoC). CoC adalah model asuhan kebidanan yang ditawarkan Layanan yang membantu wanita membangun hubungan dengan pengasuh yang sama (mungkin kelompok) selama kehamilan, persalinan dan persalinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif hampir merupakan desain eksperimental. Pada penelitian ini kelompok eksperimen mendapat perlakuan berupa Pasokan sesuai dengan metode KHK. Setting penelitian ini adalah Praktek Kebidanan Mandiri (PMB) di Padang yang dilakukan pada tahun 2018. Subyek penelitian ini adalah semua ibu dalam waktu 6 minggu setelah melahirkan, dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sequential sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner EPDS dan checklist dari kunjungan postpartum. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test. Nilai p dari hasil tes Hipotesis adalah 0,124. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan KPK tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan signifikan untuk depresi postpartum. Namun, rata-rata kelompok pembanding lebih tinggi sebagai kelompok eksperimen, i. H.8.53 > 6.71 yang berarti kelompok kontrol atau kelompok yang tidakyang lebih mungkin menderita depresi pada periode postpartum.
