Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

In a construction activity, there are several aspects that require proper management and processingrequired to have accuracy, determination, performance, accuracy, and safety to produce the appropriate endwith expectations. In a project, it is necessary to handle good scheduling management. Because ofTherefore, it needs to be handled with careful and thorough calculations so that no mistakes occur when the project is in progressjust lasts. The duration of a project does not have to add up the total time of the activity, but enough to find the critical path. Scheduling a project is an outcome factor that canprovide information about the schedule plan and progress of the project. In this case, the resource performance iscosts, personnel, equipment and materials, and project duration planning. When working on a project, problems often arise, namely the project implementation time does not match the agreed time. MatterThis will have a negative impact on the company. As a result, when a project is not well planned,Project implementation involves each other throughout a series of activities that will influence each other.

Abstract

The tourist activities at Blue Beach are divided into 3 categories: swimming, water rides and fishing. The implementation of activities in the water poses a risk to tourists, which has the potential to cause accidents and even fatalities. This is due to the lack of segregation of areas for the implementation of the three beach tourism activities, which makes it difficult for tour managers to monitor tourists. For this reason, tour managers will be equipped with knowledge on the importance of dividing beach tourism activity areas based on bathymetric contours and the use of warning flags as safety signs for beach tourism activities. This socialisation can increase the awareness of tourism managers of potential hazards and disasters in the tourist sites they manage, by completing early warning signs of potential hazards of beach tourism activities. This socialisation is done in partnership with community-based tourism managers, namely Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) of Tanjung Merdeka. The increase in knowledge and understanding of the socialisation material among the participants was 44.9 points. The service activity safety sign products were submitted by the service team in the form of a Blue Beach tourism activity map based on bathymetry contours and beach safety warning flags as occupational safety and health-based signs in the Blue Beach tourism area.

Abstract

Palipi Fishing Port is a fish landing port with the condition of the dock building facing directly to the open sea without any protection of the port pond. This causes fishermen to be afraid to anchor their ships at Palipi Harbor, especially during the west season. In addition, the condition of the soil bearing capacity at the seabed due to thick sediment deposits in the harbor water area makes it difficult to apply a pile-type breakwater. Therefore, in order to function optimally, Palipi Fishing Port needs to immediately have a breakwater that is suitable for its geographical conditions as a protection from ocean waves. Floating breakwater is the solution due to its floating structure and efficient in reducing waves. This research will identify the suitability between wave occurrence at Palipi Fishing Port and the effectiveness of using floating breakwater while still considering the ease of development so that it is expected that the port can function optimally for regional economic development.

Abstract

The Pattumbukang Ferry Port is one of the ferry ports in the Selayar Archipelago, South Sulawesi. This port is located in a small bay which results in several problems related to sedimentation and narrowing of the water area. To prevent silting due to existing sedimentation, it is necessary to carry out shipping channel planning and dredging the seabed to obtain the required depth. The purpose of this study was to determine the hydro-oceanographic conditions at the Pattumbukang Ferry Port which was then used as a source of information regarding the depth and planning of water levels for material for evaluating shipping lane planning and estimating dredging volumes. Data collection in this study was carried out directly at the location for 15 days. Observations were made to obtain data in the form of: bathymetry data, tides, and soil sediment samples. The existing data is then processed and analyzed in shipping channel planning using assistance software, like :ArcGIS, Civilian 3D, Mapsource and software other supporters. Based on the results of the survey and processed data that has been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that: The existing condition of the shipping channel at the Pattumbukang Ferry Port does not meet the criteria based on the largest ship size, namely 1000 GT. Therefore, a one-way route planning is carried out with two alternative choices of channels where each alternative has its own advantages and disadvantages and with an ideal depth of 5.528≈ 6 m
