Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo students and the magnitude of the effect of financial literacy on financial management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo students. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (Likert Scale). Data analysis techniques used to strengthen questionnaire data are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, linear regression, determinant coefficient, hypothesis testing, normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. This study used 58 respondents with Simple Random Sampling data collection technique. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy affects the Financial Management of SMA Negeri 1 Ulunoyo, South Nias Regency by 54.8%, while 45.2% is influenced by factors not in this study. With increased financial literacy, students will increasingly manage their finances wisely, carefully and regularly by applying indicators of each financial literacy variable and financial management variable, so that students can prepare for future needs and finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of risk management carried out by the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch in minimizing the risk of bad loans. In this study, the type of research used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews and documentation. To obtain information, the researcher conducted direct interviews with 6 informants, namely branch heads, 2 employees and 3 members of the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch. The data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of risk management carried out by the Nias Rural Development Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP3) Gunungsitoli Branch is carried out through a series of stages, namely risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring and risk control. The implementation of risk management to minimize the risk of bad loans has been effectively implemented by KSP3 Nias Gunungsitoli Branch as evidenced by the NPL (Non-Performing Loan) rate from 2020-2022 which is still below 5%.

Abstract

Health Operational Assistance (HOA) is a fund that is used to ease the public burden on financing the health sector, especially service in community health centers, reduction in maternal mortality, infant mortality and malnutrition. Puskesmas Sirombu as a health service unit is used as a medical center for the welfare of the community, but in reality the Puskesmas Sirombu has not been optimal in realizing the budgeted funds. This study aims to determine the transparency and accountability of budget execution Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) at Puskesmas Rawat Inap Sirombu in 2021. The research sample was taken using the method purposive sampling (specific goals or criteria). The data analysis technique used is triangulation method which combines in-depth interviews and document searches and triangulation of sources using different information to do cross check information from several sources, to improve the results of the data obtained when getting different data. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Puskesmas Sirombu has implemented its transparency and accountability well but has not been optimal in managing the budget for transportation assistance for Health Operational Officers (BOK), this can be seen from the fact that some of the budget was not realized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial inclusion has a positive effect on the sustainability of the SME sector in Lotu District, North Nias Regency, and to determine how much influence financial inclusion has on the sustainability of the SME sector, and to determine whether financial inclusion can overcome the challenges experienced by SME actors. The study was conducted in Lotu District, North Nias Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, observations. The respondents in this study were 63 SME respondents. The results of this study indicate that the influence of financial inclusion has an influence on the sustainability of the SME sector by 20.4%. With increasing financial inclusion, it will further encourage SME actors to develop their businesses in the future.
