Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the effect of promotions, service qualities and store display products on buyers' decisions at Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall. This research used a questionnaire method with a total of 100 respondents from Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall consumers. The research results show that Store Display product X3 has a greater effect on buyers’ decisions with a regression value of 0.506, while Promotion X1 has a value of 0.198 and Service Quality. The results of this research also show that multiple linear regression Y=-877 +0.198X1+0.328X2+0.506X3+1.117. The results of the Promotion Test The results of the Service Quality Test Store Display Product X3 test results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The research results show that promotion, service quality and product store displays have an influence on buyers' decisions at Hypermart Bengkulu Indah Mall, especially on the product store display variable.

Abstract

Technological changes and developments must be utilized by all groups, not only for consumption but can be used as a tool for investment, investment in this case is stock and capital market investment which can be done by all groups, including students. The problem that occurs at SMKN 3 Central Bengkulu is that students and teachers do not yet fully understand investment in the capital and stock markets. With this problem, the community service team consisting of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, in collaboration with the Indonesian Stock Exchange, representatives of Bengkulu, provided material regarding the capital and stock markets. The solution that the community service team can provide at SMKN 3 Central Bengkulu is to provide assistance in operating the applicationProfits Anywhere which has been downloaded by students and teachers on their respective smartphones. In this case, the method used is preparation, observation and presentation of the FGD. With this activity, students and teachers understand more about capital and stock market transactions and the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in life and will later be able to gain profits without just relying on job vacancies from the government and private sectors.

Abstract

The world is experiencing a shift from conventional (offline) to digital (online) marketing strategies. This digital marketing strategy has more. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the impact of store atmosphere, promotion application, and product display on consumer satisfaction at Tomoro Coffee in Bengkulu City. Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed using questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The study sampled 150 consumers of Tomoro Coffee in Bengkulu City. Results: The multiple linear regression analysis produced the equation Y = 1.454 + 0.325(X₁) + 0.240(X₂) + 0.411(X₃) + 2.837, showing a positive relationship between the three variables and consumer satisfaction. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.640 indicates that 64% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by these factors, while 36% is attributed to other unexamined variables. Findings: The combined influence of store atmosphere, promotion application, and product display significantly affects consumer satisfaction, supported by an F value of 86.424 2.67 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05. Originality: This study provides insights into consumer behavior within the growing coffee shop culture in Bengkulu. Novelty: It highlights the importance of these factors in shaping customer satisfaction, specifically in a modern coffee shop context. Conclusion: Enhancing store atmosphere, promotions, and product displays can significantly boost customer satisfaction. Type of Paper: Empirical research paper .

Abstract

The cost of producing emping melinjo using the variable costing method in 2023 is IDR. 496,225 per can and the planned profit is Rp. 148,877, the variable method is used to see the exact selling price and can group each cost incurred.The results of this research can make a positive contribution to Mrs. Ros's Emping Melinjo business, in determining the costs to be incurred, so that it can compete fairly and produce quality products.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online, kesesuaian harga terhadap minat beli eksploratif masyarakat kota Bengkulu di Shopee Shop. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji statistic t, uji F dan uji determinasi R2 dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara promosi online terhadap minat beli ekploratif masyarakat Kota Bengkulu di Shoepe Shop. Kesesuaian harga pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesesuaian harga terhadap terhadap eksploratif masyarakat Kota Bengkulu di Shopee Shop. Promosi Online yang dilakukan oleh Shopee Shop, mampu menarik minat beli konsumen untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen sehingga dapat menaikkan volume penjualan. secara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan promosi online dan kesesuaian terhadap minat beli eksploratif ekploratif masyarakat Kota Bengkulu di Shopee Shop. Abstract

The application of Digital Transformation is a technological advancement that is increasingly dynamic and is expected to be well utilized by conventional business people. MSMEs as a sector that has been proven and can survive in a crisis, therefore MSMEs are encouraged to accelerate the digital transformation process that is right for every MSME business. There are several factors that cause this MSME business to not develop, one of which tends to only follow the steps of other transformation factors so as not to create the uniqueness of the MSME which will result in the loss of opportunities to have a competitive advantage over competitors. The AL2 Briquette Business is one of the SME's of Grilled Shell Briquettes with Bengkulu Province Production. But have not implemented the Digital Transformation properly. Therefore, our team of lecturers and students of the Unived Faculty of Economics provides training on the application of simple digital transformation, especially to get excellent digital skills in order to get partners for the AL2 Briquette MSME Business. The method used is delivery in the form of counseling, practice, discussion and assistance in implementing digital transformation. The results of this service are very helpful for the owner of the AL2 Briquette Business, which is expected to be able to contribute to academic understanding of technological science, especially in digital transformation related to developing old information systems to new information systems.

Abstract

Menabung merupakan kegiatan menyisihkan sebagian uang atau pendapatan yang dimiliki untuk disimpan dengan tujuan untuk mengelola uang tersebut. Manfaat menabung bisa diperoleh hasilnya ketika kita menjalani kegiatan menabung ini secara rutin dan tekun. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk menjalankan pola hidup hemat dan juga merupakan pembangunan karakteristik untuk tidak menghaburkan uang yang semestinya diterapkan sejak dini. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Dehasen melakukan salah satu kegiatan Sosialisasi Tentang “Pembentukan Karakter Cerdas Menabung Sejak Dini Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Seluma” kepada para siswa kelas 3A. Mengingat masih rendahnya budaya menabung di kalangan siswa khususnya menabung di suatu bank. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya menabung dan manfaatnya untuk masa depan; (2) memotivasi siswa untuk mau menabung sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran pada siswa untuk dapat menyisihkan sebagian kecil dari uang jajannya untuk ditabung: Metode Pelaksanaan PKM ini yaitu dengan Metode Penyuluhan dan interaktif secara offline atau tatap muka langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan para siswa di SD Negeri 13 Seluma dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang hemat demi masa depan yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran, Uang, Pentingnya Menabung

Abstract

Sint Carolus High School is one of the private schools that plays a role in educating the nation's children, especially in Bengkulu. To attract students, Sint Carolus High School provides the best service, provides complete facilities and determines tuition fees with a cross subsidy system, according to the economic capacity of the parents of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between service quality and cost setting on the satisfaction of Sint Carolus High School students in Bengkulu. The sample in the study amounted to 73 respondents, data collection using questionnaires and the analysis method used was quantitative method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation: Y = -2.959 + 0.353 X1 + 0.419 X2 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the variable quality of service (X1) and costing (X2) has a positive influence on student satisfaction (Y) at Sint Carolus High School Bengkulu. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be known the coefficient of determination of R square of 0.677. This means that the value of service quality (X1) and the value of setting fees (X2) affect student satisfaction (Y) by 67.70% while the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study. So service quality and costing have a significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Community service cleaning activities (kerja bakti) are one of the main programs during the Community Service Program (KKN) in RT 20, RW 01 Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur aimed at improving environmental cleanliness and strengthening community togetherness. The work is carried out regularly once a week every Sunday in each neighborhood alley. This activity actively involves residents, boarding house occupants, and KKN students. The results show that kerja bakti not only positively impacts the physical cleanliness of the environment but also enhances social solidarity and a shared sense of responsibility. Despite some challenges such as limited time and cleaning tools, the activity runs effectively due to good coordination and participation. This study highlights the importance of kerja bakti as a means to strengthen the values of mutual cooperation and social capital at the local level.
